      Absolute WORST DELIVERY SERVICE ever. My grandmother sent me a package on 12/06 and I didn't get it until 12/14. AFTER I waited outside in freezing weather for 4-5 hours a day for 3 days in a row. The first day , 2 FedEx trucks drove right passed me and didn't even stop and attempt to deliver my package THEN MARKED IT AS UNDELIVERABLE. The second day they never even drove passed me at all and still marked it as undeliverable. Finally the 3rd day the FedEx man stopped at the apts a block away from me so I RAN after him and asked him nicely if he had my package and he said NO then proceeded to LIGHT A CIGARETTE IN THE WORK TRUCK !!! I kept calling to ask them and hold it at a local location so I could just pick it up but they wouldn't do that either. And it's nearly impossible to get ahold of a live person when calling customer service. FINALLY , 8 DAYS LATER my grandmother called and said she wanted my package delivered TODAY and she wanted me to sign for it. They FINALLY delivered it ( LEFT IT OUTSIDE) AND I DIDNT EVEN SIGN FOR IT !!! not to mention my landlord told me they have access to our building so there's no reason they kept marking it as undeliverable. They also sent my grandmother a text saying she had put the wrong zip code on my box! NO SHE DIDNT ! now I'm battling pneumonia from standing outside in 19 weather for 3 days waiting on my package that almost never came!! WORST. DELIVERY. SERVICE. EVER !!!! I will never spend another dime with them and neither will my grandma. !!!!! Terrible and lazy drivers!

      Worse delivery service in the world. How in the h*** are my packages always in transit? Hours, and sometimes days when it is expected. I would NOT use FedEx, except other companies do when I order online. Never have this issue with ********* and Amazon. FedEx needs to look at their delivery guidelines and not read their own, because is SUCKS!!! Pull your heads out!!

      I shipped a package of a sculpture worth $150 and double boxed it with packing inside the ************ and packing in between the boxes. i asked that Fragile labels be put on the box. FedEx offers $100 insurance. The sculpture arrived damaged and FedEx refuses to honor the insurance. It appears that they dropped the package as there was no damage to the boxes.They have denied the claim. Pack ************* from where i sent the package says that it is FedEx standard operating procedure to deny claims.

      They love to deliver my packages to my neighbors and never my house. My address is clearly on my house. They are always in a rush when I see them in the street view.

      Per FedEx rep. ****** claimed that they made several attempts to try to deliver a package but we have cameras and we have been home in addition they put a label over mailing address and put a work address and delivered it a half an hour away and when I attempted to call they said I would have to pay for them to deliver it to the correct even though they're the ones that made the error. The shipping company said they have no idea where Fedex even got a different address because they never had anything but the home address. What do they mean by attempted to deliver because there were no notifications nothing that showed us that they made any attempt.

      Multiple packages this month marked as "Barcode label unreadable and replaced" utterly unacceptable as one package arrived destroyed. FedEx customer service has gone downhill over the years and would rather use **** / *** / DHL as they've been more reliable.

      I ordered a TV during black Friday from ********* who used FedEx as their courier. It was scheduled to arrive on Dec 7 which was a good time frame. The tracking info appeared the next day on Nov 29. It was later updated and stated it would arrive Dec 2. Unfortunately the package, 65" TV, never arrived that day. Considering it was the weekend, I figured it may be behind. But unfortunately the whole weekend, the tracker kept stating it was out for delivery and expected to arrive Dec 2. I contacted the seller on Monday Dec 5 to report the issue. On Dec 7 I received a response from FedEx stating the package was delivered Dec 3. Someone was at the residence on Dec 3 and no FedEx vehicle was ever on the property. I reported to FedEx that the package was not received and they sent a response the next day stating they would investigate. I have not received anything else from FedEx as a follow up since then. The driveway to the residence is a quarter mile from the main road, so it would be easy to spot a FedEx vehicle driving on it. The residence is also not visible from the main road so it would not be possible to spot the package and steal it without being seen. I would expect FedEx to at least require a signature for something like this but they did not, nor did they take a picture for proof of delivery. Unsure if the driver left the package at the incorrect address and made someone lucky or if they decided to keep it for themselves. With everything FedEx has been caught doing wrong you would think they would be more careful with delivering packages and obtaining proof of delivery or receipt.

      HORRIBLE SERVICE.Fedex supposedly delivered my package today at 15:40pm at my business, however I didn't received it. Called to FedEx. They said they have confirmation of the package being delivered, but they couldn't confirm the address they delivered to. The representative on the phone was rude and absolutely unhelpful. Absolutely worst shipping company!!!! One don't need a brain to deliver packages, it is not a hard job, but apparently their drivers are so dumb that they can not even take the package to the right address.

      Only because I can't say no stars. They never deliver to my actual address. I live in an apartment building and the apartment number is on the package. Don't leave it at an entrance door or the "mail room" (there is no mail room!) to my apartment building. That's not what you get paid for. Deliver it to the actual address including apartment number.
