      Disfunctional. Unreliable. Untrustworthy. Expensive. Fedex is a delivery service that did not complete the transaction it was paid to do. After being lied to daily that packages were out dor delivery, after 8 days overdue, had to send someone to their facility to pick up and they only produced 1 of the 2 packages. Disfunction at every level of customer service, as no one provides complete information, facilities dont have public phone numbers so there is no direct verification of lost packages, some reps are nasty. facility in ********** does not have staff to deliver via trucks so they hire outside contractors, except there arent any, and packages have been sitting at North ****************** facility for over a month. Getting a refund should be the minimum of how fedex should compensate me since i had to complete their end of tbe delivery by picking up. I had to play detective to find out where the missing packages were, then had to wait two days for them to locate them,only to show up at the facility and the packages were not ready. And then went to pick up packages and they only had 1 of the 2 packages. There is still a package unaccounted for after 15 days. When/If second package is located, it will be the third time we went to pick up packages that federal express should have delivered nearly two weeks after the provided delivery date.Disfunctional, unaccountable, unreliable, expensive, untrustworthy.

      I sent a package from ******* to ********. According to the tracking number, it went out for delivery from the FedEx office in ********** and 5 days later never arrived. Somehow, it ended up being delivered back to me in *******. Called FedEx customer support and they said there was nothing they could do. My only option was to buy another shipping label and try it again. I asked to speak with a manager or a supervisor and they refused.FedEx takes absolutely no responsibility for delivering your packages, which is weird since that is literally all they do!!!FedEx is a terrible company and I will never use them again.

      I have a package that is a week late. I requested a self pick up, they say its not available for self pick up. I filed a complaint with FedEx and a terminal supervisor was suppose to call me, 5 days later, no call! I call every evening and they say the same thing it will be delivered tomorrow ! Every morning FedEx sends a text saying the package is on a truck and scheduled for delivery later today. This is by far the worse delivery company and customer support of any large, medium or small corporation I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Worse part about it THEY DINT CARE!!!!

      My package has been on a truck in route to be delivered for 3 days now. Every day I get a message telling me its delayed due to weather. Im 45 minutes from where it is coming from. Their has been no bad weather here . You cant call and talk to anyone . Fed ex delivered my sons package today so I dont understand the weather deal. I want be using fed ex ever again. FED EX you need to do better..

      I have no idea how FEDEX has an A+ rating with the BBB. They are awful. This is the third Christmas in a row they have screwed up my deliveries and ruined our Christmas. I will do everything in my power to not use them to ship items. In fact, I will order items from another company that does not use FedEx whenever possible. And good luck talking to someone to rectify the situation. The customer service is bottom of the barrel. How are they still in business. They have an A+ BBB rating here but a customer review rating of 1.05/5. That alone should tell you what you need to know. I no longer trust BBB ratings as obviously actual customer service is not taken into any account. How does a company get a rating of A+ but a customer rating of barely 1/5?

      Packages are left by the front door, despite the fact that the delivery instructions say "Back Door", and there is a sign on the front door telling the delivery persons to deliver the packages to the back door. I have made numerous complaints with no results.

      Is there a zero star option? I recently ordered a Christmas gift from Hallmark, and was delivered by FedEx. Not only was my package delivered to the wrong address, but when I received it from my *************, the box was COMPLETELY damaged and half open. The HARD COVER book that I ordered was almost snapped in half because of the carelessness of the FedEx delivery driver. My neighbor said they basically just tossed it onto their parking lot (they are a local business). I wish we could choose carriers when ordering online.... FedEx is the WORST I've ever experienced. On the other hand, Hallmarks Customer Service was EXCEPTIONAL! They apologized for FedEx's mistake and are sending me a new one, free of cost.

      My experience is consistent with these other reviews. I paid extra to have my package delivered before noon and it arrived late. Told, sorry but we're not responsible for "weather delays" First, no weather issues from sending point or delivery point - no way to verify en route. And even if there is a weather delay shouldn't I get a refund of the extra I paid? Customer service is designed to create as many obstacles as possible. Horrible service would never use again.

      The ****** ****** terminal gives a new meaning to incompetents. My package according to FedEx tracking has been on a truck out for delivery for 7days now. The ****** terminal is 45 miles away. I have called everyday that it has not arrived. Getting the same run around. Then I am told last night by FedEx that they have been having trouble with this driver. I know if I did not do my job for 7 day I would not have a job. My package arrived in the ****** terminal on December 8th in the am. It was posted out for delivery later that morning. The package did not arrive that day.that night the delivery date changed to the 9th. On the 9th. FedEx posted out for delivery. It did not come on the 9th. That night FedEx changed delivery date again.to the 10th no package the 10th. FedEx changed delivery date to the 12th. I called to complain. I was insured it would be delivered by close of business on the 12th. No package on the 12th. FedEx charges delivery date against the 13th. I called FedEx again being told it would be delivered. Again no package on the 13th. I got the same story for the 14th. So today is the 15th someone in FedEx needs to do something about this incompetence. This has cost me time and money.

      I will NEVER use this company again. Customer Service is useless and their automated system gives out incorrect information. Furious customer here. I will never deal with another company that uses FedEx for their shipments.
