      FedEx throws youre package in a ditch and calls it delivered. The complaint department claims its not their problem.

      I had ordered 3 dresses from **** to be delivered within 2 businesses days by fedex which would of been 12/7/22. One of the dresses was for christmas party on the december 10th. I got a notice from fedex 12/6/22 the shipment was delayed. Shipment arrived at ************ on 12/6/22. I thought no big deal, it Should arrive on 12/9/22 at the latest. Wrong! 12/9/22 I called fed ex to inquire why my package was still in ************. I was told by a representative that o 1 of the 3 items was missing and that they were waiting for **** to ship the item. I called **** and they stated all 3 items were shipped. Also was told fed ex is not suppose to open packages but ship package to recepient. **** refunded my 2 day shipping fee. Needless to say My package did not arrive. 12/11/22 called fed ex and told them what **** said. Fedex Representative stated all 3 items were missing and the package was empty upon arrival. By then I was livid! I called **** and demanded a refund explained that the items were not in the package. **** approved my refund. 12/14/22 a fedex representative called me and stated they could not locatec the package and I would have to contact the seller for a refund. However, they would investigate the matter. By then I had it with fed ex. I told the representative I was told by one of their reps the package arrived at the facility but all 3 dresses were missing. I told the rerepresentative " the truth is that someone at fedex stole the dresses I purchased! It was not lost/ misplaced. The items were stolen by someone(s) at fedex. The representative stated he would close the investigation on missing packages because I told him that **** is going to refund my money! No apology for someone stealing my dresses! Fedex you should have called me as soon as the items were missing and been truthful that the items were stolen not misplaced/lost! Shame on you fedex!

      FedEx is really 'that bad'. They are not transparent about delays and only give vague answers for why packages don't show up. And they have no accountability at all. For all I know the drivers are porch pirates because packages shipped by FedEx rarely show up. The tracking does not even give the specific location of where the package was last scanned!

      This company is a joke, the absolute worst! *************** ** location received my item, according to the app and the company rep, in the 11th, it has been there all this time, it is now the 16th, each day this whole week, the tracking system has said out for delivery and it would delivered that day, until about 730pm and then all of a sudden it changed to delayed and says it will be delivered the next day. It's a radiator I am waiting for, my car is not running, I've had to pay the mechanic ever time he comes to my house because it says it will be here today and he's working on my car at my house, I've also had to stay home bc it's imperative I get this package and when the system says it will be delivered on this day, I believe it. This company lies and deceives it's customers and causes extra financial burdens on top of everything else. I've never had any of these issues with ********* or Amazon, please be smart and go to them.

      Pkg shipped Dec6, arrived at delivery station Dec9, still waiting for a delivery attempt on Dec 16. Thats what happens when you purchase 3 separate divisions with 3 different logistic chains. The worst. I always expect a problem when they are delivering.

      Shipped a package with fed ex and they damaged the package then Proceeded to throw it in the garbage. Will not respond to the files claim.

      Late, no communication options, left $700 computer on my front porch, with no notice, knock at the door, nothing. Cancelled work for two days waiting. FedEx owes me $800 for lost work.

      Drivers are lazy and lie about attempting deliveries. Communication between location and customer service is terrible. Do not return call regarding packages that were not delivered due to the drivers lies or unwillingness to finish the route they start. Overall just a poorly run business.
