      Four deliveries in a week by FedEx from ******* left in the dirt in my driveway, absolutely no attempt to do a good job

      Worst shipping carrier!!! My package needs adult signature so I was waiting at home the whole day just dont want to miss the delivery, by the end of day, I checked online it says delivery attempt, no body home, will try to make a second attempt, so I try to be understandable, same thing happened the 2nd day, no one ringed my doorbell, no one called me, and it says 2nd delivery attempt failed on their website. I decided to call them and tell them I will be home, make sure the delivery address is correct and the delivery guy to ring my doorbell or call me when they delivery, guest what, it happened again!!! But this time they called me and asked me to pick up my package in one of the FedEx drop off points the next day, well I think that maybe a good idea, but the next day I got to the place, the guy told me they dont have my package, so I called Fedex again, and they told me the package still in drivers trunk, thats ridiculous!!! I am not sure what do they did to my package and dont know why they doing that!!! Its been almost a week, and I still not received my package!!!

      Despite clear instructions FedEx driver left perishable fruit on my porch to freeze. It took 10 or 12 attempts to get past the automated system and speak to a person. This person said they need to transfer me, then initiated the transfer, and I landed in a department that was closed for the day snd hung up on.Do not ever ship with FedEx. The just do not care.

      This shipping company is a night mare never will I use Fed ex for delivery! My package have been attempted for delivery 7 days in a row every agent I speak to say the same thing go online and do this and that all I have done and still no package! Even printed out the electronic signature and taped it on my front door and the package still wasnt left! I call and tell every agent no way the driver can be going to the right address but in their system my address is correct. But still no package no knocks on the door or a ring to my doorbell. No driver haven't even left a door tag but the agents keep telling me to leave a note on the door tag that they don't leave! I'm furious right now so inconvenienced this have got to be the most incompetent people ever! They hire a bunch of dummies who cant help. To top it off you cant talk to a supervisor during these times cause they simply don't want to be bothered with unsatisfied customers they leave it to the agents to figure out. eVery agent told me I cant speak to a supervisor cause the calls are at high value wow just wow. Fed ex ***** been begging them to drop it off to the nearest location so I can pick it up and they wont even agree for me to do that! This is the worst ever I will always stick with *** delivery instead.

      I ordered a Nespresso! Will I was supper excited I got a message that said my package has been delivered. When I get home theres nothing there so I called FedEx was on hold for an hour and a half. Finally spoke with someone they took down my information and proceeded to tell me that they dropped off the box at *************** So I drove to Alpha there was no package. The picture didnt even match the building. So my next question is why did their GPS say the package was delivered ay alfa. I even checked to make sure I put down the right address and I did. Im ****** because that was a$300 package.

      FedEx continues to leave my delivery outside and I am unable to bring it to my door. I am very inconvenienced anytime my delivery is thru FedEx. *** is the best service by far.

      Last night there was a ring at my doorbell and there was this family standing on my porch with a package. When speaking to them, they came my way to deliver this package that had been delivered to their home instead of mine. Address was not even close nor on the same street. THANK GOD good people still exist, because that particular package had my son's experience big Christmas gift inside. I would not have been able to replace it or locate again. The item was a limited edition. So my frustration is, why such a careless mistake on FedEx? Do your delivery drivers not check, check and check again? This is something that could be avoided. And it easily could had been. A different house of someone not so honest. Do you really want the next review to read...."FedEx Ruins Christmas" Do better please!

      FedEx is the worst delivery company out there. FedEx should be put out of business, companies and people should just stop using FedEx. It has taken 36 hours for a perishable package to make it from *********,** to *********, ** a two and half hour ride and still has not been sent out for delivery. The owners or board of FedEx should be ashamed of how the company has become and is. Do not use FedEx.

      We have had several packages delivered to the wrong address, late shipments with FedEx delivering to my State, to another State, then to mine, to another again, then finally to my address. We had a very expensive graphics card damaged when shipped, and FedEx denied the claim. Their customer service is very poor, with their automated system making it hard to speak to anyone, you have to select options that are not the reason you are calling to speak to someone. I do not know how FedEx is still in business with how poor their service is.
