      Every single time I have A package coming via fedex theres an issue this time it was said to be a delay because no one was here to accept package , yet it doesnt need a signature and Ive been gone ALL DAY LONG! I had to find out by going to the website and checking despite having text alerts on. This is such a lazy irritating company and you cant even talk to a real person.

      I recently had a package being delivered to my home, while at work I got a message saying package was delivered, but when I got home the package wasn't on my porch, so I checked the tracking information, the picture of the package on the porch wasn't of my front porch, not my doormat, I don't keep shoes on my porch and I don't have kids to have kids shoes on my front porch, so I contacted Fed Ex. told them of there drivers mistake, they put me on hold to verify address, what a joke, they came back of course saying the package was delivered to the correct address, NO IT WASN'T, I then explained again that the image of the porch it was delivered to wasn't mine, so they said they would do an investigation and talk to driver, Today I receive an email saying that Fed Ex is closing the case because the driver delivered to the correct address, NO HE DID NOT!! I have had nothing but bad experiences with Fed Ex. they have broken packages in the past, now delivering packages to the wrong address and saying they did. I wish Companies would stop using Fed Ex. I never have an issue with *** or *****

      Said my package was delivered on the 18th at 2:57. I was sitting in my living room where I could see the front door. No delivery. Have called customer service and told by someone with heavy accent that they would intervestigate. Still no package today. The driver delivered the package somewhere. They did deliver my neighbors packages who live across the street

      I think FedEx stopped caring about their reputation and certainly about their customers.My package is now 5 days late. They tried to deliver the day after it was due unfortunately the tracking information they provided showed delivery date 2 days after their attempt. I can no longer reach a human being on the phone but when I could I heard nothing but lies. A signature is required and so I waited all day Monday but after 7 pm I was notified it was "delayed due to weather conditions in the delivery area". I LIVE IN THE DELIVERY AREA, it was a clear day with sun shining earlier in the day. The window for morning deliver has closed, today is Tuesday and as I said, I am not allowed to speak to a human being. The message I keep hearing is the same as it was yesterday: package is on delivery truck and will be delivered by the end of the day. I have lost 2 days of work so far. Had package arrived Friday as it was supposed to, my car would be fixed and I would be working right now. They were paid for their services while I continue to lose money and now probably my job as well. The last person I spoke with yesterday took my number and went through the motions of sending a note to someone who would call me regarding this issue but surprisingly enough I have received no such call. Imagine that! This was once a company people trusted. It's not just my experience but that of people I know who say they are the worst when they used to be the best. Chances are my package will not be delivered today either. I signed up to receive updates but not one text have I received. The tracking information has not been updated in 4 days and no doubt I will be fired. If I had a running vehicle I would pick up but that package has the part my car needs. I live alone and so I have to be here to sign for it, whenever they decide to deliver. It makes me angry they are costing me so much but will not let me speak to someone when I'm losing $200 a day for as long as it takes me to find another job.

      FedEx. I have been calling and complaining about the service I have received since Thursday! I called because I got a delivery notification that my package was delivered.. I was home. No one who worked for FedEx came near my door. I called and someone from FedEx said Im sorry we mis scanned your package as delivered, its actually still in our facility and it will be delivered Friday well Friday comes around and no package. I called back again. They said it will be delivered Saturday. Well Saturday comes I get Notification while Im in my driveway that my package was delivered.. there is no package outside. I call again and the person says they have lost my package even though it has been marked as delivered. This is unacceptable. Why mark ********* delivered if it is in fact lost. That is not how you do business and that is not good customer service. So I asked what are yall going to do about my list package that was misplaced in yalls care.. they said nothing. I will have to contact the people I purchased my package from. This is ridiculous. I am highly upset. I will be telling all of my family and friends about the service I was receiving with FedEx and I will no longer be using yall as a delivery service.

      I ordered a new phone From BestBuy online and was shipped via FedEx. The package was delayed at the ********, ** facility 1 minute after arriving on 12/19/22 at 4:27am then was magically delivered the next day. The package was cut open and taped back up, and the box, that should have had the phone inside, was empty. I notified BestBuy and a replacement is being sent to a nearby store for me to pickup since I no longer trust FedEx. Upon further investigation, in 2018 2 people were arrested for this exact same at the same facility. People were being paid off to look the other way while packages are looted. Then the remaining empty packages are being delivered like nothing happened. Seems like they're back at it.

      Drivers are lying about attempted delivery. I've been home all day for several days and not one knock or ring. Bad service is ruining Christmas at my house.

      I just had a package (table 57 lbs) delivered, It was supposed to be delivered to my patio, but the driver put it near my front door. I asked the driver to put it on the patio, but he refused, stating that a door is just a door, and he left. Its still by the front door and will probably remain there until I can find someone to come and put it on my patio!! Im very angry about this!!!!!

      Numerous times FedEx has been contacted via phone & by posting complaints on their site. I live in an apartment building for the elderly & disabled. Most times the drivers leave packages anywhere except where they are required to go. Either in the foyer or outside where they can be taken. The building management has signs posted that all deliveries, from any company, are to be taken directly to the recipients' apartment door. I have requested this also in my delivery instructions. These drivers blatantly ignore instructions. *********** again FedEx **************************** have reassured me that the problem will be resolved. This is the first time I left a review about this on the BBB site. I & other tenants in my building are exasperated about the situation. We are next considering contacting the ****************** with Disabilities Act!

      I received a package from FedEx on December 23, 2022. The driver hit my mailbox and bent it and knock it down to ground. He didnt even tell us and we were home. When he got out of the truck he tried to fix like nothing ever happened but he failed to reach we have cameras on the side of our house and they caught everything. I filed a complaint on the. 14th and never heard from them about my property damage. I called again on the19th and still nothing. No follow up no call or nothing. So if FedEx damages your property they arent going to do anything. Not even communicate. This could have been solved if the driver had the decency to let us know he hit the mailbox instead of trying to cover it up, FedEX complaint line *****.
