      They lost my package and told me I should contact the sender. I told them I don't have the sender's contact info, and they said I should, and that I would since the sender sent me the package. What?? THEY should have the sender's contact info, and THEY should contact them since THEY lost the package!

      I placed an order for a reptile and fed ex was the delivery company to deliver the reptile . I called that morning of delivery as it stated I had to be home for the package to be signed for so I made areagmebys to be there all day I called five times throughout the day to get an update it never has took this long on a package . Well all five times I gave them the adress and not one time did they say there was a problem I called at 5 and said this was a reptile if theres going to be a delay I will come pick it up they sssured me tvers was no delay its on the truck zt -9 pm they sent a message saying it was not going to be delivered. I was upset I called told them this was a reptile could I go to the facility to pick it up they said no there closed I said offices are but people are there they hung up on me they did not care that it was sn animal and it needed to be tended to . So Im just telling you think twice before using this company .

      Worst delivery service ever. Delivery man lies about attempting to deliver and when you ask them to deliver it to a FedEx pickup location they keep delaying it in a daily basis. I dont know why they are still in business. I strongly recommend companies to stay away from FedEx

      Over Priced. Fedex takes no responsibility for delayed packages even if it is their fault. I paid about $80.00 for a Fedex Ground package from ** to ******. The package was a small envelope with less than one pound in it. The package took two weeks to get to **. Miss directed to **********, then back to ******* then sat in ******* for a week before flying to ******. I know they took out the Guarantee but wow. If you are going to charge ** premium I can't believe they take zero responsibility. Will have to make sure all of my vendors use another service when sending packages to us.

      I made an e-bay purchase on Nov 27, 2022. FedEx tracking showed it was delivered on Nov 30 in the locker (LuxerOne) provided by our apartment complex. We opened the locker using the code, but nothing was inside the locker. So we filed a case with FedEx stating the same. But they denied the case just stating it was delivered per their records, but doesn't provide any proof the package was delivered inside the locker. Worst company.

      After years of almost entirely negative experiences with FedEX I am at the point of not buying goods from merchants who use this carrier. Overnight packages never come on time. Overnight packages requiring a signature sit in the destination sorting facility for days wit no updates. It's impossible to plan your life around such incompetence. I have never have a similar experience with ********* or DHL, but with FedEx they are the rule rather than the exception.

      Untrustworthy Business with no accountability. The delivery person signed for my package then marks Delivered preventing me from making arrangements to pick up package. Somehow Is able to put a delay in the system in a span of a week has Left only two door tags filled out incorrectly. The first just had my door # then a week later just saying last attempt. I am unable to call because the package is my new phone ironically. I dont know if this is a tactic for logistics, or a scam to keep my phone from the delivery person. But the system they use is severely flawed and personnel needs a route supervisor to keep them from parking and doing nothing for hours and going home. Similar negligence has been displayed in The Brooklyn residential area the last 10 years and all I can do is text about it smh

      I would give zero stars but the website doesnt allow me to. Our product was stolen from us. We filed a claim with FedEx and they basically gave us the run around for six weeks. No explanation when they denied our claim. Told us they were going to look for it. Fully knowing that they werent going to find it. It was stolen from us.I dealt with a woman named ***** from cargo claims she did nothing to help except saying she was looking for it. My Case Number C-********

      FedEx driver delivered my package which contained medications to the wrong address. This is the third time this year this has happened. Ive called the customer service number and filed complaints and nothing is being done to hold these drivers accountable this is a serious issue which could result in someone dying and or lawsuits and no one is doing anything but telling me theyre working on it and I will receive a call and each time I never do. Trust and believe Im going to find someone to handle this situation even if I have to get an attorney

      Delivered packages to the wrong address. They took a picture and its not my porch. Im upset its a few days before Christmas and my son doesnt have no gifts. All I want is my money back. Customer service told Me I would have to call the company I ordered shoes from but its not the companys fault. The FedEx driver delivered to the wrong address and should be held Accountable.
