      Totally useless, over the last several years their service quality has deteriorated to the point of being nonexistent. From missed pickups, delayed deliveries, lost packages the service is terrible. All you ever get from "customer service" is how they understand your frustration and how sorry they are. Of course that is total ***** if they were truly doing more than attempting to placate angry customers things would improve instead of constantly getting worse!

      FIRST CLASS THEIFS and i will be filing a lawsuit iam so sick of paying for overnight or express shipping only to have to wait 5 days to recieve my package and then be told straight up by a ********************** customer service rep ********************** will not refund my money taking it to court this will cost you BIG TIME

      Horrible. They falsely marked 2 deliveries as delivered and driver used pic of box in weeds as proof both times.customer service doesnt investigate or escalate. They denied the seller claim to refund my money ** of the phony pic that the driver used of a package laying in grass and weeds with no house or identification of my property. No idea where my packages are only left to assume they stole them. I asked for local center to address prob for future deliveries and was told that is not possible ** theyre too busy. So frustrating. *** lost lots of money and have to panic waiting in future deliveries that I know wont arrive and no resolution. The shipper will use them and my packages are hostage to fedex. They need to be shut down.

      I recently had a two-day package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday shipped from Kauai. This is the second time that when I call FedEx they say the package was delivered and signed for at the front desk. I live in a private residence. There is no office building in the area. The irresponsibility and the fact that this was a time-sensitive package is not being addressed. It seems that they do not care about the customers they service. I called multiple times and they would not even put me through to a supervisor saying they don't escalate calls. This also shows that they do not care to get issues resolved. The management clearly does not care about the customers either. I was simply just trying to locate my package and I was doing it in a polite manner.My experience with FedEx is that they do not hold up the company core values and they do not look after their customers and consumers.

      I had important cancer medications being delivered that required a signature and I thought I had missed the first delivery because I was at work and couldn't get home in time after they sent the notification that it's out for delivery. The following days I only got notifications that the package has been delayed The next week they sent a notification saying that they're going to be delivering it on a specific day and time frame so I sat at home all day waiting for this package and it never showed up then I get a notification later that evening saying that it's going to be delivered on another date and time frame so I stayed at home that day as well and waited for this package that never came. I called FedEx and talked to a representative that contacted the location where the package was being held at and the delivery driver said that the customer declined to sign for the package and show ID. I wasn't at home that day to receive the package and my ring notification didn't show anybody coming to the house that day that they apparently came to deliver this package. The delivery driver must have gone to the wrong address or lied about delivery. The representative said that the two other days that I waited at home for this package, they weren't even going to deliver it and were it sending back to the pharmacy company. FedEx needs to send notifications if there are complications like these and not say they are resending if they are not. Some people work jobs where they don't get paid if they aren't there and support themselves. I do want to thank the representative for contacting the facility because I wouldn't have known any of this was going on.

      They lost my package, called and was lied to as to where it was. Called back to speak with a manager and was informed their policy is to not transfer people to managers, and that the agent would get fired if they transferred anyone to a manager.

      Delivered another person's package and said mine was delivered. Customer Service stated they were looking into this. I contacted 2 days later and said it was out for delivery that day. I asked how will they be picking up other person's package? Should we communicate a meeting time? All they said was they would pick this up when they delivered mine. What? I am just supposed to wait around for FedEx? Of course, no delivery. Called the next day and the package was reported as lost. So, having to follow through with original seller.Here is what I can gather: Fedex does not give a s*** if a package is delivered or not, can't ask common sense questions and it certainly doesn't seem like communication occurs between customer service and delivery staff. What do I do with other person's package? Am I liable for holding it, after reporting it in my possession? If my package was not delivered, where did it go?

      Spent 250 dollars one way to get warranty work done for my monitor and fed ex just said they arent responsible because it was 8 days after it had been delivered. Worst customer service ever, when I called the number the gentleman I spoke to hung up on me but right before told me that the warranty company paid for the return package and that they would need to refund my 250 dollars. Thats ******** because iam the one who spent the money to send the package out in the first place? Ive been in customer service for almost 10 years and this experience is by far the worst ive ever done. Do not do business with fed ex and if you do, require a signature upon arrival because they dont give a f*** and make no sense when trying to explain why you cant get your money back.
