      I had placed an order with a company with the expectation of receiving the product on Friday (10/27). I received a notification the package was delivered so I went outside to check and it was not there. I looked at the photo and it was delivered to the incorrect address. I contacted FedEx and they told me to drive around my neighborhood to try to locate the package. I said they need to have to driver properly deliver the package and they said no I need to drive around my neighborhood and check every garage door for the package

      No ability to truly investigate this case; simply denied for the companys own benefit.No ability to add additional context via documentation when a package stolen is being investigated by police. Additionally, it is not the recipients choice whether to select signature requested especially when FedEx does not follow the proper protocols for the building. We do not have a mailroom - packages are supposed to be delivered directly to the front door, to the leasing office, to the package hub by the leasing office, or a notice left to pick-up an oversized item. I will be escalated this even further legally for FedExs lack of diligence.I provided ample documentation showcasing what my FRONT DOOR looks like. The building DOES NOT have a mail room. Items are supposed to be delivered directly to the leasing office, left in a package hub locker, delivered directly to the front door of the home, OR a notice left to pick-up item.

      I am rejecting this response because: the package was lost by FedEx and my claim was denied for reasons that do not address that fact. I have provided ample proof of the locations where packages should be delivered. None of them are what is outlined in the alleged delivery photo. We do not have mail rooms.

      FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address and its not the first time FedEx has done this. All I get is the run around from them and I have zero confidence in them resolving my issue. They said it was delivered correctly and I had to correct them because the driver pic that was included is not our mailbox. Does FedEx not require their drivers to know how to read or know their numbers? Just a month ago they did the same thing to a set of patio furniture we were supposed yo get and FedEx delivered it to a house ***** miles from our house. Very unacceptable

      I had ordered some medical supplies for my husband is diabetic. This is the only way to get what he needed for his pump is to order it. We had to call the company to get the ordered shipped but had to wait for the dr to ok it. They told him they would put a rush on these items.It was to have been here weds.but no one from fedex brought it out even though it say it was out for delivery. So we waited for the next day but still NO ONE SHOWED UP. By this time he was out of his sensor. Finally they said it was delayed. Today is the 3rd day and did not get notified it was even on the truck for delivery. Can't call anyone to find out. Finally some on ******** was looking into my issue. They came back and said that it was suppose to delivered today but it was not on the truck.This is unsatisfactory. I know that the drivers know what is being delivered, now you would think Medical Supplies humm should be high priority and should be delivered on time.You do realize you have people's health in your hands. If this would have been a life or death issue then what.... my God have some sense here.

      My package with tracking number ************ was supposed to be delivered today but the picture showed a completely different house where it was delivered. I mentioned this to my husband and he said we received a package today for a completely different address and he had to deliver it there and the lady looked weary of him. I believe that house is where my package is, but with how she reacted to my husband I do not feel comfortable go there. After I finally got through to customer service representative, they were absolutely useless and tried to use the excuse that because of how it was sent, they have no control over the package, despite it being their package, it makes absolutely zero sense. I want them to go get my package, which is pictures of my KIDS back from that house and the driver needs to be disciplined for being so negligent.

      Update: Due to going back and forth ALL day with FedEx and them being unwilling to help me and blatantly lying to me, I ended up having to go out and find the house my package was at myself, knock on the door, and bother the person for it.  So, now my resolution is different.  I want to be refunded my shipping cost due to ME having to do FedExs job.  This has also been extremely emotionally tolling knowing my kids pictures were at some random persons house and has caused me a lot of pain and anxiety along with the terrible customer service from FedEx.  They need to have better procedures for this, the driver needs to be talked to about the issues they caused, and all of my communications with customer service need to be reviewed and those employees need better training.  I will at ALL COST avoid ever ordering from a company that uses FedEx again.

      On 9/18 we shipped a suitcase from *******, ***** to ***********, **. About 3 days later, we received a call from the FedEx facility in *******, ** (about 10 miles from final destination) that they could not deliver the package due to incorrect address (the package said *************** instead of Eastern Avenue). I called and was told that they would adjust the address and take care of the delivery. A week later, I looked at my air tag and saw that the suitcase was in ***********. We have spoken to at least **** people at FedEx (each time having to recount the entire story) and each time we are assured that it would be "taken care of". The suitcase has been sitting in their unclaimed package warehouse in *********** for over 3 weeks. We paid $300 to ship this package and we are getting nowhere with FedEx.

      I cannot for the life of me contact a REAL PERSON at FedEx. This is a very simple problem with a simple solution, that apparently can't be resolved by AI. Remember when you could talk to a person and reason out a solution? Apparently FEDEX doesn't remember how to do this. I don't have a mailbox yet, but I'm working on it. I have entered on the FedEx website detailed instructions to find my house (new house). There is a sign on the roadway placed by Coos County with my street number, yet FedEx delivered my package to a house with a different street number. The resident at that address took my package into their home and opened it! This is unacceptable. I'm not able to call FedEx, the robot continuously hangs up on me. The chatbot recommends calling the robot. How ridiculous is this? FedEx has my phone number as part of the shipment. Why can't they call and say "hey, where is your driveway?" Wouldn't that be better than bringing the package on the route multiple times only to kick it out the door knowing it isn't at the recipient's house? This is crappy customer service all around. I have a lot of products ordered and I don't want to have to drive around the neighborhood doing FedEx's job for them. And guess what? *** customer service is far better! They can find my address. They have live people on chat AND on the phones that can comprehend an issue that isn't the predefined black box FedEx forces you into. *** actually called me back. Further, when I get "free shipping" on a product I CAN'T CHOOSE WHICH COMPANY BRINGS IT OR I WOULD CHOOSE ANYONE BUT FEDEX!!!! But, I don't get a choice. ****, I'm just the customer paying for all this c*** so I guess I don't really matter. *********** Wayfair, etc if you're reading this please send my purchases with ***. At least they can find me. One more thing, my mailbox is on order, if FedEx brings it, who knows where it will end up? FedEx is coming today, we put a big sign by the road, fingers crossed.

      A package was shipped to me on 10/19/23 and set to arrive 10/21/23. The package has yet to be delivered. FedEx claims they still have the package, but they don't know where it's at; and no future scheduled delivery date. I have tried contacting them, but all I get is auto recorded messages.       FedEx Ground Economy specializes in the delivery of low-weight, less time-sensitive shipments. This is a cost-effective service and is not a time-definite delivery service. Most shipments are delivered within five to seven business days, however, different conditions can impact our operations during the time in which your shipment is being transported. Also, scans may not be recorded each day for this service since it is not a time-definite delivery service.  

      We have advised you to contact your shipper for reimbursement or replacement, since there has been no notable movement since October 24, 2023.

      I order from *****com and my package was being delivered by FedEx. I was told I had to sign for my package. I was at home all day until it was time to pick my children from school. I get a notification on my phone saying my package was delivered and it was signed. I get home and check my camera. Theres no FedEx delivery driver in my cameras delivering anything. I contacted FedEx they told me to call ***** I called **** and **** told me that it stated that the package was delivered and I didnt get my package.

      Our records indicate this package was tendered to FedEx on September 22, 2023, and delivered on September 25, 2023 at 16:49 local time.  Per our conversation, you advised this package was never received.  After exhausting all our search options, we regret that we are unable to locate a package based on the information that you have provided. Local management along with Security were notified about the issues regarding this delivery and have completed an investigation. The outcome of any investigation is confidential.   

      If you still have lot located your package, please contact the shipper for further assistance. The shipper can contact FedEx for a claim if needed.

      On Monday, October 23, Fed Ex delivered a Priority Overnight Envelope (Tracking # **** **** ****) to our home at ************************************************************************** containing a Cashier's Check in the amount of $168,216.48 from ***** ********** payable to the Estate of a deceased relative for whom my wife is the Probate Court appointed Personal Representative. The Fed Ex driver ****** REPORTED that the envelope was signed at 11:14 AM by my wife "***********." This is TOTALLY UNTRUE. At 11:14 AM **** was being screened for her annual mammogram at the *******************************************************************, the first of 2 doctor's ************ at the ************* that day. The ******** ************* is located 23 miles from our home and we did not arrive back home from ****'s ************ until around 1:30 PM that afternoon. Problem is that our dogs found the Priority Mial envelope that was left somewhere at our home before we did and totally destroyed the envelope and the Cashier's Check. I have tried unsuccessfully to get Fed Ex to correct the false statement that **** signed for the envelope but all Fed Ex repeatedly says is that the driver reports that the delivery was made and that **** signed for it. I'm not asking that the driver be fired for falsification. All we want is for the record to accurately reflect that **** DID NOT SIGN to accept the delivery. Thank you.

These records indicated delivery was completed in a timely manner on October 23 at 11:14 A.M., signed for by **********. A copy of the delivery signature is available: However, we are concerned to learn of your report that you were not home at the time of delivery, this is not your signature and that your dog found the shipment and destroyed it, including a check that you advised was contained in that package.

      We certainly note the discrepancy. I want to assure you that we take this matter very seriously. Your comments, along with this response, are being forwarded to members of management responsible for your area for their review and necessary action.
