I ordered OTC from Nations Benefits on October 20th They sent PKG via FedEx It was supposed to arrived by 24th As you of 27th they have lost the parcel. It cannot be found in the values about $100. They ask me about the contents and the size and the color of the box. I have no idea. I did give him what was in the box but can never respond to a live agent. This is a nightmare. I have ordered several items from Wayfair lately and they use FedEx Ground to deliver their packages. None of the packages ordered have been delivered to my correct address, They have either not shown up anywhere or they are constantly driving right by our house and leaving them at the wrong address down the road behind us. We have a large silver sign with green numbers next to our driveway that says "****" and they **************** by it even after I documented directions. Why don't they just call? I have called customer service many times. One of the packages that never showed I called customer service and they made a claim. Later since the tracking number showed delivered even though I never got it they just canceled the claim instead of following up. There was no picture of that delivery taken. Customer service says "well it's close right" when I tell them where they are delivering the packages like that is ok and we should just go get them. That is their job to get the packages delivered to the correct address and not to inconvenience the customer in having to go get them!Business Response

Hello,I recently sent 3 shipments via FedEx from ** to ******. I dispatched these on 2-Oct and I was shown the estimated delivery date of 9-Oct. While one of ths shipment was delivered on 9-Oct, FedEx had no clue about the other two. After a lot of search, they could locate the second parcel and delivered it on 13-Oct. As for the third, they just didnt know where it was.I had a wedding to attend in ******, and these shipments contained all the important stuff related to the wedding, which was scheduled for 13-Oct. When I called FedEx to enquire about my shipment, they had no clue where it was, nor were able to provide any details of when they will be delivered.Finally, the third shipment was delivered on 25-Oct, and most of the stuff inside the shipment was damaged. When I wrote to them, they said they cannot do anything about the delay. This is horrendous, to say the least. Here are my specific complaints against FedEx:1. They did not deliver my shipment in time, which caused serious emotional as well as financial issue for me and my family.2. They overcharged me for the shipment. While I chose their package which was or 69, they charged me 199 for each of the three shipments.Here are my tracking numbers:1. ************ 2. ************ 3. ************ If they are in the business of taking things from one place to another, and they commit for certain timelines, how is it that they dont have any accountability? I am rejecting this response because:I had a wedding to attend in the **, for which I shipped my 3 boxes, which contained all the wedding stuff from clothes to shoes, etc. While the wedding was on 13-Oct, I shipped my 3 boxes on 2-Oct from **. FedEx showed the delivery date as 9-Oct. However, FedEx misplaced 2 out of the 3 boxes, and delivered them well after the wedding was over. Because of this, I had to incur financial losses, as I had to arrange for all the wedding stuff at the last minute in the US, which was a foreign land for me.
FedEx never provided any reason for the delay, but what I understood was that they just carelessly misplaced the boxes. They had no idea where the boxes were.
As their core business is safe and timely transportation of consignment, they must be held liable for such delays, however they are refusing to own any responsibility for the delay and are saying they dont compensate for "consequential damage", which is highly unfair.
My trust was broken, and I was financially impacted severely, and I want FedEx to own up for their callousness and pay for my damages. Any amount in this regard is small, given it was a serious streess for me and my reputation was also damaged.

I ordered a cell phone from Xfinity that was supposed to be delivered by October 25, 2023 via Fed Ex. When the next day came and no package arrived I seen that the tracking still showed out for delivery. At this point I called fed ex and they claimed to open an investigation. I called again the next day and same result. I called and emailed and still they have no answers on to where my package may be. I have the packages dated back to the 16th of October that I have been waiting on to be delivered to a holding station and I have contacted FedEx multiple times concerning my packages and get the same response Everytime that there is a case open and some one will contact me but have received not response from anyone at FedEx. All the tracking on all my packs say on truck out for delivery (Delivery location is supposed to be 28th Dollar General ********** **.) but for some reason they never get there now the tracking on them say pending delivery date. I had ordered a Peace **** from ********** which they ordered through a third party vendor, ***** Farms in *****, *******. The Peace **** was supposed to be delivered on October 23rd by FedEx and I kept on getting updates about it. Then, surprisingly, I got a notification that there was an exception and my delivery was going to be delayed because it was in the ************ Warehouse of FedEx and obviously there were doing audits at that facility and my order was delayed which in all likelihood affected the condition of the plant. I am quite upset about this because not only did my plant arrived damaged but there is no one to turn to at this point. You can't get the vendor on the phone and ********** has been unable to assist me. Also, it's unacceptable that there is no one to speak to at FedEx about the damaged Peace ****. I went in to print out 13 photos of my daughter, when asking what the price would be for cardstock the individual at the Sunnyside Road location said if I wanted to do that there would be a rush fee of 20 dollars for same day print. I then proceeded to state I would print at the regular printer. Upon printing from the desk he asks how is the quality I said it was worse than my printer. I asked for a refund and he informed me that he could not do that. I called the **** number they called him and he said he told me that the quality would be bad and I proceeded anyways.
