For 1-1/2 years, the FedEx driver has stolen 100% of packages shipped to me at the address in this complaint. I buy so many packages monthly that I have a separate building dedicated to shipping and receiving. 100% of packages shipped via *** arrive promptly. 100% of packages shipped via FedEx are marked undelivered because of bad address and the packages then disappear. The latest example is order number ****** from Guns.com, shipping tracking #************. This package contains 500 rounds of small arms ammunition. The previous order from the same seller ws shipped via *** to the same address without incident.For additional information, the FedEx driver has delivered to this address before and bought a bicycle from me, for which he still owes me money. When I complained to one seller that the driver refused to deliver because he owes me money, he did make that one last delivery. On his way out, he shouted "Good luck getting that money!" and I have never received another package since.I am preparing to sue ******* Express and Guns.com jointly, seeking $100,000 compensation for business interference and other damages. Today (November 20, 2023, I received a telephone voicemail transcription text message from someone at FedEx Corporate who identified himself as an investigator. I replied by text message to the effect that, because litigation has begun, I do not accept verbal communications and so they should reply through this BBB email channel.However, since at least part of the garbled message could be understood, this is my reply: please take notice that I am preparing a (***** Rules of Civil Procedure) Rule 202 petition to discover the name(s) of FedEx drivers for ********, ***** since April 1, 2022, for use in both criminal (theft) and civil (civil conspiracy to disrupt commerce, with actual malice) litigation.Customer Answer

Thank you for your assistance, but, based upon FedEx's response, I have decided to terminate this effort and proceed with filing a criminal complaint against Mr. ********************** and *************** Driver, for operating a package theft and stolen merchandise fencing operation. Undoubtedly acting at direction of FedEx house counsel, Mr. ******* dedicated his so-called investigation to engaging me in a verbal conversation, using the ruse that he wanted to convey to me the results of his investigation. In fact, however, there is not and never was an investigation. Again, acting pursuant to direction by FedEx house counsel, *** ********* true purpose was and still is to rusefully entrap me into saying or strongly implying that I am using threat of criminal prosecution as a device for obtaining a civil settlement. That happens to be a serious felony: extortion. Thus, the FedEx legal scheme is to precipitate a so-called Mexican stand off, in which, if I file a criminal complaint against the FedEx driver for theft and fencing, then FedEc will file a criminal complaint against me for extortion. The whole of this obscenity is that FedEx has no intention whatsoever of making a fair lawful disposition of this matter. Instead, FedEx has chosen to join ************************ criminal operation after the fact. And that is why Mr. ******* will now be complained as co-conspirator with *************** Driver in an ongoing criminal enterprise. BOTTOM LINE: I want the name and address of *************** Driver for my criminal complaint and I will get that information either the easy way or the hard way, as FedEx and Mr. ******* prefer. This is linked to complaint no. #********. Kit and Ace (the shipper) sent me a package via Fed Ex and the package was supposed to be delivered on October 26, 2023. It wasn't and no new delivery date was provided. Fed Ex claims to have delivered the package and provided a photo, but when my family member went to retrieve the package from the doorstep, it was no where to be found. See photo that Fed Ex provided (attached.) Had I been provided a new delivery date in a timely manner, I would have arranged to be home to receive the package, but this did not happen. I have now lost $375.20 (CAD) and did not receive the product I purchased. Further, FedEx makes it difficult to tell which ****** shipment centre this came from (there are three), so if this location is not correct, then they will reject this complaint.Business Response

FedEx contacted me about package **** **** ****, saying that they tried to deliver it to me four times, the week of Oct *****. However, I was home the entire week, and received no door tags, no buzz to my unit from the lobby, and no phone calls from the driver.I was contacted by a number ************ that appears to be central dispatch saying that the driver attempted delivery but I was not home and they were not able to contact me (this is not true, I was home all week). The central dispatch brushes off my concerns and insists on sending the package to a pickup location rather than delivering it to my address. I called FedEx to explain the situation, and was told that someone would contact me within 2 days. Since then, I have received 3 call from 3 different people at FedEx, saying things ranging from following up with the driver/contract company but also saying they couldn't guarantee another delivery attempt, to asking me to just go pick up the package at the pickup location to save time. At no point did FedEx acknowledge or even consider the fact that there were no delivery attempts made, nor did they have any proof of any delivery attempts made.I just want FedEx to complete the job and deliver the package to my address like they're supposed to.Business Response

I had a shipment that was to be delivered to me by FedEx. It made it to their facility in ********* ** and then evidently never left there. My complaint is that they gave me a tracking number but it was useless. Instead of telling me what the problem was they just kept saying there was no new information. Its almost impossible to get a live person to talk to. The number they give on everything just gets an automated answer. When I finally called and pushed enough numbers I finally got a live person and he just told me to contact the shipper. They have my package not the shipper! Very frustrating. Plus they pass off packages to the local post office and I have to go there to get them. And if the post office address is not on the package the post office has to return the package and I have to start my order all over again. This has happened multiple times with FedEx. FedEx home delivery drivers refuse to deliver any of my chewy packages or other shipments to my front door on the 3rd floor where I live. this has happened 6 or more times before and I filed with you before under my maiden name which changed recently which was ******. but now is ********. I ordered my cats litter and have it delivered to my door due to health issues of a bad back and a bad knee and leg. They also leave my packages in front of my building where *** had them stolen before many of times. Also after correcting the situation they throw my packages at my door in retaliation for me reporting them. Chewy.com has had to replace my packages due to them being stolen due to the drivers leaving them in front of the building in front of the stairs. Ive had to have my neighbor to carry these boxes today up to my condo because i could not and the boxes where crushed. I am going to seek an attorney if this happens again with FedEx. The last complaint through you, fedex contacted me after the last complaint and apologized and assured me it would never happen again and yet here we are yet again. Fedex driver falsified shipping manifest for a delivery expected today falsely claiming "Customer Not Available or Business Closed". We had no hang tag on our door that the driver had even been here nor was ********* closed. Package did arrive the next day but appears that Fedex employees intentionally vandalized the package. Received notice that my package was delivered to my address on 10/24/2023 at 11am Family was at home all day . We have ring camera and Blink camera .
