      Was expecting a package worth over $3,000, which required a signature, from FedEx on 11-13-23 and after checking the tracking number on FedEx, it said the package was out for delivery and would be delivered on 11-13-2023. I opened my front door at 8am, leaving just the glass screen door closed, and left it open, despite it being a little cold outside and was working in the kitchen just 5 feet from the front door and my husband was in the garage when I received a text message, from FedEx, at 11:44am saying they attempted to deliver my package at 11:32am on 11-13-2023 but no one was available. This was an absolute blatant lie and I have video proof to prove it. If a delivery attempt would have been made, I would have my package in hand and not filing a complaint. Also, a door tag would have been left and there was not a door tag anywhere around my front door. I called customer service at 11:47am and explained the situation but was pretty much just ignored and was told it would be reattempted delivery on 11-14-2023. I asked for the number to the local FedEx dispatcher and was hung up on. I called customer service again at 11:55am and was told a new delivery request was submitted for the package to be delivered on 11-13-2023 and was given a case number and was told a FedEx customer service rep would be contacting me shortly- yet another lie as no one contacted me. There are thousands of complaints and videos out there showing FedEx doing the same thing to a lot of people and this is completely unacceptable! This package contains multiple items needed by my family and many of us had to rearrange our various schedules in order to receive this package and now we have to do it again tomorrow.

      10/19/23 FedEx had a package out for delivery to us, was not delivered on the 20th or the 21st, Monday afternoon the 23rd we took 3 hours out of our business day to pick up 4 packages (3 were 2 days late). 10/30/23 we made the trip again for 3 packages that were late. On 11/1/23 we had a package out for delivery that I still do not have. We have filled complaints on all of the tracking numbers. On 10 /**** I opened an email complaint with FedEx and have been taking with them with no help. My package was out for delivery at 7:30 this morning at 9:30 it was delayed again. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you ***************************

      I'm filing this complaint as I shipped a package 3 months ago and the FEDEX website does not show that the package was delivered (to a corporation). When calling Customer Service, looking for details the representatives can't give me any and keep telling me to call my local Post Office (the package originated there but clearly shows FEDEX received the package from them). I was even told by one rep that the tracking number I had was not a Fedex tracking number even when I tried to explain that I had called regarding that particular package in the past as well as could get limited details on the website.All I'm seeking is for Fedex to tell me where my package is and get the website updated with the correct information regarding delivery/transit.

      I was supposed to have a package delivered. I watched the FedEx ground truck pull up outside my house and stare at it for 3 minutes, then turned around and left without dropping off the package. I called FedEx and as expected received no help at all, but was told I need to contact the person that I ordered the shipment from. This has nothing to do with who I ordered it from, I watched the FedEx driver show up to my house and for some reason choose not to deliver my package. I'm filing a complaint because I don't understand how companies like this can offer no customer support at all, and there is no way to actually get an answer on anything. Useless. The fact there is even a "customer support" option is a complete farce.

This is a cost-effective service and is not a time-definite delivery service. Most shipments are delivered within five to seven business days.  Also, scans may not be recorded each day for this service since it is not a time-definite delivery service.

      Your concerns regarding the delivery have been brought to the attention of management responsible for operations in your area.  Our records show this shipment was delivered at 3:48 p.m. on November 13, 2023.

      I sent a package at a local ************ Fed Ex office. Package was being shipped to me at a hotel in ****** and included forgotten insulin and a dexcom glucose monitor item. I was on the phone with my daughter at the store and employee packaged items for shipping. He said there was nothing else needed except maybe custom charges upon its arrival. They took my $148.53 on Saturday 9/16. Promised arrival on 9/20/23. On 9/18, daughter was notified the package was being detained and needed a health form before it can be delivered as promised. They did not provide any information on what form was required. I emailed fed ex on 9/19 requesting the form needed to fill out. This was sent to the email address ************************************ as they requested. I never received a response with an answer. The store employee SHOULD have known about the form since Fed Ex ships all the time. I relied on their expertise to get us these two items. Needless to say, daughter was told to get a fed ex account if we wanted the shipment returned to us. Not one mention that Fed ex would charge her $88 for this as well. I should get my $148 money returned as well as my daughters debit card should be credited as well. I am working with the credit card company disputing this charge but Fed Ex has refused so far.

      My last three business dealings with fed ex have been terrible. My first experience was, I had a package enroute to me and it required adult signature. I work for **** so I knew I wouldn't be home, I'll be at work. I Had my package rerouted to a walgreen a cvs pickup spot. I chose a location close to me...fed ex delivered it to a walgreen 30 Mins away. I had to go get it. The second incident was a package that was supposed to be delivered this past Thursday, that package is pending, then the third package has been delayed and delayed. There have been delivery exceptions that they have made up. Saturday delivery excuse was I was not home or walgreen was closed, so they tried today and that did not work, another delivery exception. That bogus exception said I called to have package delivered to walgreen another day. I did not. So now here I am, two packages lost in the fed ex twilight zone

      Paid $300 for overnight next day priority shipping. Its now 4 days later and haven't recieved my package haven't gotten a single clear answer from ANYONE I've comtacted just **** being told "I totally understand how you feel right now, *******. We are still waiting for information from the facility as to why the package is taking longer to be delivered than expected. Please know that we are doing our best for this package to reach you." for 4 days straight now. Package shows its in ******* ** still they say its in ******* going to Illinois which makes no sense as I live in *******. This issue has happened EVERY time ive ordered overnight next day delivery. They clearly cannot complete their end and are defrauding customers of their money. Not only that but they have lost a $3,000 package and have no idea where it truly is and refuse to offer me any compensation or explanation as to what happened or where my package is or even when I can expect to actually recieve it. This is absolutely ludicrous.

      It is now after the end of the delivery window andnI have never had a paclage delivered after 5pm in the 6 years ive loved here and the package still has not been delivered. Once again clearly being deceptive and deceitful towards their customers. I recieved a call from corporate and was assured several times my package would be here TODAY and guess what IT ISN'T. Fedex is an absolute joke.

      I placed an order through Simpletire.com on November 6th. My order was processed and shipped on November 6th via fedex. Delivery date was November 11th before 230pm. No package arrived. Contacted FedEx and they stated they have no idea where the package is. It is missing. Refuse to open a claim or find the location of my package. Mind you my order is four 35 tires. Kind of hard to lose four items that big. I did contact simple tire an they opened a claim with fedex as well. FedEx has been *********************** every time I get a package through them.

      Fed Ex refusing to deliver my packages, is holding them somewhere and I cannot get to them currently have three packages , more than a week late luggage carrier for car medical / restaurant tray living room chair tracking numbers as I have them ************ ************ the driver is criminally negligent and has a grudge against my house and property and they are holding the packages and sending daily emails that say "operational delay"all I want is my stuff

      A fed ex delivery driver backed into my car last week. The driver left the scene and was given a citation for hit and run. My car is still in my yard with fender damage and at least a broken ball joint among other damage Im sure. My vehicle was pushed 33 inches perpendicular to where it was parked. Fed ex has yet to even reach out. I have called numerous times and been given the run around. Shame on a logistics company for having drivers that cause property damage and leave the scene. Shame on Fedex for not taking responsibility for the actions of their employees.
