My shipper, TintX recently switched to Fedex delivery services. Ever since, I've been having issues receiving my packages on time. When it's Ground, the issue always arises in *********, **. I'm always told they are dealing with an influx of packages and can't get to all in one day. As of today, my package I was supposed to have delivered yesterday, is still not here. No updates online for 2 days. I run a mobile window tinting company, and my tint is always delayed. Causing me to lose money due to canceled appointments because I can apply the tint since Fedex decides what they want to deliver on time. ************ is my tracking number for the package I'm having issues with. Frdex never takes accountability and I am very frustrated. They won't reimburse for lost time,yet won't deliver properly. I'd like someone from the Executive Team to reach out to me. In June 2024, my son went out of his way to purchase a very specific and expensive sign for his business. We had it specially packaged and in a big crate the package is the size of a desk. We went to have it shipped to ****** at the ************************************** store *****. They said they could ship it to ****** and it would be there within two weeks We waited and waited paid $800 to have it shipped and to this date 727/24 nothing has been delivered and there has been no help in finding the package, and weve received nothing but the runaround from FedEx we filed a claim we have the tracking number And they have done nothing. They have also not even refunded his money. He has lost out on an important tool for his business, the money he paid for the sign and the money it cost to ship the sign. FedEx has done nothing to pay him back and continues to give him the runaround. This type of business is unacceptable. How can they do this? We basically paid them to rip us off. Every time we call to get help from the FedEx customer service number, which is only one number, 800 go FedEx Its the same number for everything you cannot get to a supervisor you cannot get to anyone that will help you. I feel like theyve done nothing but rip us off, and this was very valuable item that we need for a business not only did they not apologize for losing it they have not helped in recovering the package that is the size of a desk, and they have not refunded any money. Please help us, this business needs to have repercussions and they need to do what is right ! It is sad that this is supposed to be a worldwide delivery company and all they do is take your valuables and lose them and not pay you back what is owed to you! As of today, my Son has not received any refund from FedEX. I will not be satisfied with FedExs response, until he actually receives his refund has the money in his hands.
I appreciate very much the help we have received from you, the Better Business Bureau. Without your help, I dont believe FedEx would have done anything to help us or refund our valuables. Its been months and they were very slow, and provided poor customer service. As I said before, we are still waiting for an actual refund It has taken a very long time and again we are still waiting. In the future, I will never, nor will my family ever use FedEx again they seem to be a corrupt company that does not care about their customers, they only seem to care about their business, which is a bad business. I will, however, recommend the Better Business Bureau to anyone because you have been professional and quick to respond to my complaint.

The driver placed box near garage door 7/26/24, I called FedEx 7/26 813p **** took the report said would have someone call. 7/27/24 box still in driveway, now wet from rain. I called today to complain again this time spoke with ***** case#C-157253685 ref-53125. I will notify the VA what has happened. This is not the first time the delivery driver has placed by boxes near garage door, other time at street near mailbox NO RESOLVE. The equipment did not cost me only the VA. I suffer with chronic ******************* because of the pain, ptsd among other medical conditions. Every time I order with FedEx my object appears nearly a week after the scheduled delivery date. They have a money back guarantee but have not once refunded the cost of shipping. It's not my fault you hire truckers who can't get their act together. My item said today, it should be at my door. I'm not waiting an additional 3 to 4 weeks for my object to come. Either deliver it or at thus point refund me the total cost of the purchase. I shouldn't have to wait when you PROMISED today. Ordered cell phone from Xfinity to be delivered in 2 days. We waiting here from 8 this morning until now at 4:24pm till be told our package was attempted to be delivered. No driver has come down our dirt road. I live 30 ft from the road. We have had several issues with fedx not wanting to deliver because we live on a dirt road. ********* is fine to travel. This is the second time this week that I was expecting freight to be delivered by FedEx; however, the following occurred: 1-the FedEx contracted carrier *************** delivered freight to my address on July 25, ***** at ~10:50, took a picture of the package being delivered, and then four minutes later retrieved the package and drove off. (theft)2-the FedEx contracted carrier *************** delivered freight to my address on July 25. 2024 at ~13:14; marked the delivery as "Customer not available or business closed"; however, surveillance cameras show that no FedEx vehicle was in the vicinity at the time the driver alleged delivery attempt. I am rejecting this response because: The response if defamation of character. FedEx is correct; however, it is the driver (female) of contract carrier ****** & ****** that has made verbal abusive comments to this homeowner as well as verbal threats and stated that they (****** & ******) are not responsible for damage to products, theft, or property damage caused by ****** & ******. In fact, ****** & ****** willingly, knowingly, and intentionally blocked the driveway entrance to the home preventing the homeowner from leaving the property as well as backing into the driveway, willingly, knowingly, and intentionally accelerating the vehicle and slinging gravel creating ruts in the driveway, a total of $500 in damages that FedEx refuses to address. FedEx condones their contracted carrier ****** & ****** driving by the residence and throwing out the window sterile medical supplies into a drainage ditch causing the medical supplies to become contaminated. FedEx states that although the medical supplies are no longer sterile, they can still be used, and it is not FedEx's issue, problem or negligence if the individual using the contaminated supplies becomes ill and/or infected as a result; therefore, they (FedEx) are not responsible to replace the damaged supplies. 99% of the packages that contract carrier ****** & ****** has delivered has been destroyed. I received a call from FedEx representative **** concerning this issue and it is apparent after our conversation that she (****) has no issues with the verbal threats and abusive language from contract carrier ****** & ****** driver, nor does she have any issues regarding ****** & ****** tossing medical supplies into a drainage ditch to become contaminated and unusable. FedEx has a legal responsibility to deliver freight to my residence, and as it stands and will continue to stand, contract carrier ****** & ****** is barred from my property. FedEx is retaliating and holding packages hostage as a result of me barring their (FedEx) contract carrier from my property.

My new employer sent a FedEx package to me on Thursday 7/25/2024 and it was set to be delivered on 7/27/2024 between 11AM - 3:15PM. I waited all day at home for this package. I decided to check the tracking on the package about 3PM because no one had come. The tracking advised there was an attempted delivery and no one was home. They also did not leave a reattempt sticker, door hanger or anything. I called FedEx and spent about ***** minutes going through hoops and hurdles to try to speak with someone. I had to ****** how to get in touch with someone and what prompts to say to speak with someone. After almost giving up, I finally was able to get a hold of someone. I was told my package was set for delivery on 7/28/2024. I confirmed with the rep the supposed attempted delivery for today and he confirmed that there was an attempt at 11:15AM. I have cameras on the outside of my house and the fact that I wasted my entire day at home when I had other things to do is simply frustrating. Also, my package requires a signature. There is no way this package was attempted. I have contacted my new employer to let them know their items are somewhere just not at my house. This is extremely frustrating. I set up with the rep for me to pick up the package and that I will get a notification within 24 hours of when it will be ready for pickup. Since then I have gotten two notifications that my package will be redelivered to my home (when it wasn't delivered the first time). The rep told me they do not reattempt delivery. As a business owner myself, I have used FedEx in the past and I think this has put a bad taste in my mouth. Especially after reading about all the issues people having been having with FedEx. Where is my package and will I ever get it? I needed it by Monday. I will tell my new employer to use another delivery method besides FedEx int he future. I had my package rerouted to a destination facility located at *********************************. FL. which is located inside a Dollar General store. I was told I would get a notification when my package was ready to be picked. Instead, I got a notification that they tried to deliver again and was not able to. I called FedEx and was told they will try to deliver my package tomorrow. I called Dollar General and they told me ***** ever tried to deliver a package to the location. This is day #2 sifting through false delivery attempts from FedEx. I gave my new employer the update. I can't start my new job because of this.
Although they stated they will reattempt to deliver to the destination facility tomorrow, I don't believe them. This will be considered the 3rd false attempt.. Where is my package? It requires a signature. This is highly unacceptable.

Today, 7/27/24, I had 2 packages delivered to my home by FedEx. Tracking numbers 405 6933 0376, 4059 6963 0043. According to the "proof of delivery" it says they were left at the front door. The photo shows that they were left by the side of the road.This has been an ongoing problem with packages coming out of the ***************************. I thought, with the help of the *** Team that this was finally resolved, but today they were left at the road again. Both boxes contained food items, some were damaged, one should not be left in the sun. I tried calling the ***************************, there was no answer.I need this to stop. I ordered a poster through Displate.com around the end of December of 2023. I ordered it as a gift for my mother and it still hasnt been delivered. On 07/25/2024 Accredo specialty pharmacy issued a rush shipment of important medication, and used the shipping method of FedEx Priority Overnight. The package arrived at the local fedex facility in ******* ** at 5:39 AM on 07/26/2024, and was loaded onto a vehicle for delivery shortly after. Due to the urgent nature and need of the medication, I stayed home that day and also kept the display on for my security cameras around the home as well as the map view on the tracking page. A little after 11AM the map stopped updating, but the last location of the truck being near ************************************************, but no updates on the tracking status.Later, I received a notification that the package was delayed and upon checking the tracking info, and upon refreshing the tracking page again, it then showed a deliver attempt being made 11:33 AM. I know for a fact and can supply security camera footage proving that no delivery attempt was made at 11:33 AM, I can also provide the full day of footage if needed to prove that no truck came that day.At that point, I called fedex to explain what happened and after explaining, the customer service representative opened a case number in order to request a redelivery that same day. The case number is C157172427. Shortly after creating the case number, me and the customer service representative noticed another false delivery attempt, where the new delivery attempt was closed with a status of Delivery exception Adult recipient unavailable. This would make it the second false delivery attempt that day.At that point, I also had the customer service representative file a complaint: *********. They also reached out to the local facility again the manager stated that the package get another delivery attempt on Saturday 07/17/2024. They also noted that on the case number: C157172427. Now on Saturday, they are stating that they will not be attempting a redelivery even though that agreed to it on Friday.Business Response
