      Tracking: ************ Referenece number: C158727029 I have been waiting on a package to be delivered all day for me to call the FedEx toll-free number to find out what is going on since the tracking status changed and the *** asked if I placed a vacation hold for future packages to be delivered at a different time. My response: NO. These are the sorriest drivers for FedEx in this area that I have ever witnessed in my life. I have not put in a request for any packages coming to my home to be delivered at a later date. I am home all the time. I work from home. This is unacceptable. Why did someone lie and say I placed a vacation hold with FedEx? That is untrue. I live in a town home and just like all my other packages... that one could have been left on the porch. Y'all gotta find people who actually want to work because this makes no sense at all. A delivery attempt was not even made... just scanning random options. I can understand if someone passed out in this heat and packages had to be returned to the hub... but don't lie and say I placed a vacation hold... wouldn't that hold all my other deliveries as well?

      A package was sent to me overnight on 8/8/24 for delivery the following day, 8/9/24. When I checked tracking the morning of 8/9/24, the FedEx website said it was on the truck for delivery. When I checked the website mid-afternoon pn 8/9/24 it was back at the facility and then a short time later it was delayed until Monday, 8/12/24. When I called customer service I was told there was nothing they could do, but that I could go pick it up at the facility. I absolutely needed that package on 8/9/24, but I'm also not is a position to go pick it up. I'm told that it will be delivered on Monday, too late for my needs; and I'm also not holding my breath. I don't understand how a package can be out for delivery and then back at the facility when no delivery attempt was made. This is just the latest example of the incompetence I have encounter with FedEx. Over the course of the last couple of months I have had packages sit at the facilty for several days past the original delivery date. I have also had packages requiring an adult signature just left at my door with no attempt to collect a signature - one of these packages being a shipment of alcohol. FedEx used to be such a great company with great service, but not anymore. I don't want anymore apologies from the company, I want them to address the issues that they have and actually fix them.

      On Friday, August 2nd, FedEx delivered a package in the morning. The driver said the package of dog food (The ******** Dog, #************) was not on the delivery truck. She said a distribution truck broke down and so the sort center was missing a lot of freight. Nothing was delivered Saturday either. On Wednesday, August 7th, I received an email from FedEx saying the package was delivered back on August 2nd at 3:22 pm. It was not, and the delivery *** confirmed this (she is responsible for this area). So I filed a missing package case (C-158446381) and asked for a copy of the photo FedEx is required to take. On Friday, August 9th, I received a call from FedEx simply ***eating that it was delivered and the case closed. NO PHOTO was ever provided, as well as any other proof of delivery. The nearest neighbor is 1 mile away and did not get the package. FedEx is not telling the truth and simply providing a flagrant lie.

      I ordered a car part and FedEx shipped it from parts.com. Fedex delivered the item to the wrong house and has made me jump through hoops for an answer or refund - asking me to get a written letter from the company I ordered it from before they will look into the situation, which parts.com has already told me that once the item is shipped, it is the responsibility of Fedex to locate lost packages that they incorrectly delivered. The cost of the product and shipping was only $25 but it's the priniciple - they delivered it to the wrong address so they need to rectify this situation. Fedex is known for shady business practices like this.

      date of transaction: August 2nd and August 09 2024 Amnt paid: $118 and $46 Committed to provide: delivery service Im disputing the items being delivered . i had a package indicated delivered on august the 2nd and the package cant be found i have cameras that show no fedex driver that day and i have filed 2 claims to get my money back or redelivery and they close the case and dont even respond. unfortunate for me this was all of my wedding decor and my wedding is a week. i have called corporate but no **** will answer the phone . the proof of delivery is a blank picture of grass and fedex will not do anything to help . i had the 2nd package be delivered today and i was in my yard and the driver turned around and never stopped . i got in my car to see where my package was and the driver was speeding down my road and before i could get out of my driveway she was at the end of my road which is a mile long within a minute and almost hit another driver due to speeding going around a curve. i just want my packages as for this was all of my wedding decor and my wedding make up .

      Because your financial arrangements are with the shipper, please contact them directly for any additional support regarding claims, product reimbursement, or replacement policies.  The shipper was contacted on your behalf, by FedEx to help support any resolution available.

      Due to an error on *******'s part they sent us an additional router, ******* rep told us they were going to try and stop the delivery but if FedEx did show up to refuse the delivery. Tracking # ************ On 8/5 - driver shows up and places package at door without knocking, we are able to see him from the Window, we refuse the package, and he leaves with it. Videos *********************************************************** *********************************************************** On 8/9 - another driver again shows up, leaves the package at the door without knocking again, we are able to see him from the window again, and yet again refuse the package and he leaves with it. Here's the ring video *********************************************************** I called FEDEX and had spoke with a REP named *** and he had mentioned that there was a note from the sender stopping the delivery and it should have not made it to us. The links are video proof of us refusing the package on the original delivery and then again on the re-attempt and that FEDEX is not doing their job correctly by returning a refused package to the sender. The attached PDF of the detail history shows that the tracking was updated to showing a note that we refused it on 8/5 and then working it's way back through the system to only show up again at our house. We need FEDEX to do their job and return the refused package back to *******.

      For some reason FedEx cannot find my apartment. I am home on every time they try to deliver. For some reason their drivers insist on trying to deliver it at another address or they claim they tried to deliver it. FedEx is the only shipping company that has this problem.

      My packages were delivered today. I'm still upset because FedEx always has a delay in shipping to me. I understand when it's weather but when it says out for delivery and doesn't arrive isn't right. 

      I rely on getting my purchases on time as I do not drive or leave my apartment.

      I ordered a package from *****. FedEx marked it as delivered on 8/5/2024. I did not receive the package. I have included a picture on the tracking history from the FedEx website showing that it was delivered to a completely made up address. I looked up that address and it doesnt even exist! This was $150 worth of back to school clothes for my daughter. FedEx was NO help to me and closed the case after one day of investigating. It is impossible to get anyone to help me. Their customer service is terrible and told me theres nothing they can do. Since they delivered it to a MADE UP ADDRESS, ***** views it as delivered. I need help.

      On July 3, 2024, I sold and shipped a package via ***** with FedEx as the carrier. On July 7th, the customer contacted me via email, informing me that the package had arrived damaged. The vases inside were broken, and the box itself was smashed, clearly indicating that it was not handled with care. The customer also sent me pictures of the damaged items and packaging. As a result, I had to refund her money.On the same day, July 7th, I immediately filed a claim on FedEx's website. However, the claims process was confusing and difficult to navigate. Two days later, I received an automated email stating that they were reviewing my claim, and it could take up to 14 days for a resolution. On July 16th, I received another email saying that my claim was being delayed. Since then, every time I check the status, it remains the samestill under review. I have no other way to contact them, and now, over a month after filing the claim, I still have no answers about when I will be reimbursed.I feel like FedEx is giving me the runaround and does not care about resolving customer issues or addressing the damage they caused to my package.Case Number: C-154899205

      This business charges people for delivery of packages and then lies and says they delivered them but does not. They constantly steal money from people and do not do their job. I have been waiting to accept a package for 2 days now and they claim they tried to deliver but never actually did. They are thieves and should be investigated
