      ******* used FedEx for delivery of scripts to me. No one has picked up my package. I was promised by ******* I'd have them Friday or Saturday. Called *******. They said FedEx driver never picked up for several customers. I'll run out of my meds if FedEx doesn't get them to me.

      I was supposed to receive a package from fedex on August 7th, today is August 12 and the package has been sitting in ******** since Aug 5th with no movement. A case was opened on Aug 8th and every time I call fedex customer service I am told that an investigation has been opened and that someone will contact me either by email or telephone within ********************************** They outsource a lot of their customer service overseas and those agents provide me with no more information than what is available online, they are essentially a glorified answering service except your inquiries go absolutely nowhere. Finally, today August 12 I was transferred to 3 different departments, from the overseas call center to the international department to the clearance department only to be told that my shipment doesnt have a customs clearance problem but a movement problem and that once again I will have to wait for someone to call me back for an update. I am now left waiting to find out where my parcel worth hundreds of dollars is, after having paid for express shipping, and unable to cancel my order with the merchant because the package is in transit. I have asked my merchant to never ship packages to me using fedex again and to only use DHL going forward because DHL manages to always get my packages to me on time and frequently before the scheduled delivery date. I am extremely frustrated and would never recommend FedEx shipping services to anyone.

      I placed an order with ******* on August 6 2024. My Package was supposed to be delivered August 8th. Drivers said I wasnt home but that was lie. Didnt leave a notice. I called August 9th and was told it was out for delivery. August 9th did not receive package. Called Fed Ex August 10th and no one at the office could give the customer representative a concrete response. No one knew where the package was. Called again August 12 asking about my package and its whereabouts. *** out of nowhere I received a text message saying it was delivered on August 9th which is a lie. My package was stolen by their employees and no one is giving me answers.

      Ive had horrible experiences with this company- specifically this location. I had issues with a package I chose to pickup at a FedEx pickup at ********** After no resolution, I was told the package was held at this ground location. On 7/24/24 I went to retrieve my package, called the number and followed instructions. Was told it would take no more than 20 minutes- I had to call several more times and ended up waiting for an hour and a half. Then, on 7/30/24 I ordered a mirror from another furniture company. I followed the tracking and stayed home waiting but the mirror never arrived. Without explaination it was shipped back to the furniture company. The company reshipped the mirror to me, saying there should be no issues receiving, confirmed address was correct. I followed the tracking and waited again, and it never arrived. I look at the tracking, it says customer refused and they shipped it back to the shipper AGAIN. FedEx delivery driver never came, but said I refused a shipment I have been anxiously waiting to receive. Ive called so many times about this issue, had a ticket put in, but no resolution or follow up attempt to correct has beed made.

      The complex does not accept any deliveries from FedEx. The driver was advised that all deliveries are handled via a third-party company named Fetch. Fetch requires to have a code on the label, your shipment was missing the code. Since the package was undeliverable, it was returned to shipper via tracking number ************ and delivered on August 12, 2024, at 2:23 p.m.

      i sent my package back to ******* (replacement device) via prepaid label from ******* on 7.9.24. as i was tracking the package to make sure it reaches the destination. 7.15.24, its stuck in ****** TX with a note stating unable to deliver. shipment exception. i called the following week and they told me that the box is empty and damage. my product is lost during in transit. i filed a claim for what the cost of the product is and only received the maximum claim because there's no declared value. again, the shipping label was from ******* and all i had to do is drop it off at a shipping location, they scan it then text me the tracking info. fedex owes what i paid for the phone since it was lost during in transit using their carrier.

      Again, the driver left my package in the street entrance to the building. He never rang my bell. He didn't even leave it in the inside of the building. He never brought it to my apartment door 2-M. This is an ongoing issue that's never been corrected. If I didn't get an email notification that it was delivered it definitely would have been stolen.       Today,  I spoke to ****** at Fed Ex at #**********. She said there's a new supervisor.  This is going on for 10 years. Obviously,  the new supervisor didn't train the drivers, nor will she or he ever train anybody.       The phone number I was given does not work. This has been going on for 10 years. It has never been corrected.  I seriously dout that it will ever e corrected.  When I see a delivery sent to my apartment door 2-M,  then I will accept Fed Ex answer. 

      It is outrageous to hire ignorent people that leave my package on the floor of the street entrance to the building.

      I had a package delivered by FedEx. FedEx did not deliver the package to my house and left it on the roadside package was either lost or stolen. FedEx did their investigation and came The conclusion that the package was lost or stolen when asked for help on a resolution they told me I had to contact the shipper. I contacted the shipper and asked them for help. The shipper told me it was not their problem. FedEx lost my package and own up too it and refused to help me, and refused to reimburse my losses!

      We did call the shipper (payor) and provided details regarding this delivery and requested that a Claim is opened on FedEx.com.  All Claims are settled with shipper.

      I am rejecting this response because the bridge has been there for over 30 years. FedEx has always delivered packages to my house, along with *** and ***** They took it upon themselves to assume that that the bridge wouldnt hold because the driver just didnt want to do their job. The bridge has been engineered 4 times in the last 30 years. Each time, a house was built across the bridge. This bridge is rated for ******* pounds and exceeds anything FedEx would be hauling. Not 1 person has contacted me since filing with you, including phone call or email until yesterday afternoon. 

      FedEx 3rd party delivery company called me, not FedEx. My package was stolen due to complete laziness. The question is why after 30 years delivering packages to me they all the sudden wont? I assume it is due to a new driver that just doesnt want to do its job.

      FedEx driver tossed packages out of the truck rather than carry them. This is not how packages should be delivered and shows a serious lack of respect for customers. I have ring footage of the delivery to my home on 8/10/2024. I am not able to upload video footage but am willing to share if needed.

      I dropped off my package with a label provided by Apple to return a phone within a specified period of time. I dropped off at an actual Fed Ex location in *************** on 8/2/24. My package needs to be at its destination by 8/14/24 or I will be charged $879 by Apple. I found out today, 8/11/24, that the package is still sitting in the ************** location and was never sent to its destination. When I called and spoke to a Fed Ex Representative, she could not tell me why; she could only escalate the issue and said someone would be calling me ASAP. She first said it was lost. Then she said it was marked to be returned to me! Then she said I could got to ************** where the package is sitting there for some undetermined reason and she said I could get my package and take it. But when I said I was going to do that today, which is a Sunday, of course the location is closed and I cant do that. So now I need to lose time from work on Monday, August 12 to go to the ************** location and pick up my package and pay for a different vendor, which I will probably use *** or the ***** and I will pay for an overnight delivery of the package with my own money to avoid being charged $879 for an unreturned phone. I want to know where I can send my receipt to FedEx to be reimbursed for the amount of money that I have to spend to send this package out on my own, I want an explanation of why the package was never sent from sparrows point to its intended location. The label provided by Apple looks to be fine. I have attached it.

Unfortunately, we are unable to locate the package which you advised contained an iPhone 14 that was being shipped to Apple. Management has been advised of your concerns to perform an internal review.

      As you advised during our telephone conversation, Apple did not charge you for the phone because it showed in FedEx's possession. We will work with Apple to resolve this claim.

      I have been trying to close a account that I opened with FEDEX I assume a shipping account. I was forced to open an account to file a complaint against FEDEX for a damaged package I received via mail. I really did not need an account I only wanted to address the damaged package. I later found out that the shipper of the package would take care of the damage so I no longer needed FEDEX involved. I called several times and talked to FEDEX customer support people and none of them has cancelled my account! I have spent over one hour on phones and E Mails trying to simply close my account that I do not want or need. They have all my information and yet they refuse to cancel my account. I don't know why I can't close it out . The one FEDEX person tried to get me to go into my computer and put in more personal information but they already have all my information . Name , phone, address, and account number ..I just want to close it out. I have never used this account nor did I want it. I owe no money to FEDEX and would simply like it closed an a EMAIL telling me it's closed and done with. I hope the BBB can contact FEDEX and get this issue resolved It' should be a simple procedure but FEDEX refuses to do it !!!!. WHY ?

      My account number is ********* there is no tracking number. I am only trying to get FEDEX to close my account and so far they won't comply! For some unknown reason they will not delete my account even after 4 phone calls to their customer service ....this is totally ridiculous and uncalled for. This may even be illegal not allowing one to drop out of an account! That's why I contacted the BBB to try and get them to comply for such a simple thing. I refuse to sit on the phone with FEDEX...I have wasted well over an hour plus trying to get this done.

      There is no tracking number . I only want to close my account that ********************** has me signed in for. Account  number is *********. They refuse to close my account even though I have never used it and do not want it. They have no way on their website to close out an account. I have called repeatedly to their customer service and wasted my time only to have no results ! What is so hard about this ? They out right refuse to close my account out and I believe this is an illegal practice and others should be warned! They have only contacted me once by phone and again it was a waste of my time because the customer service person said he could not do it !!!!! Why ? I never used this account EVER! I don't want it ! I want all my info deleted from this account and closed. This is an illegal practice not allowing senior citizens like myself to not be able to close a shipping account with a simple phone call or having a way to delete my account with the click of a button ! Very unfair and close to being a scam .
