      Paid almost $6,000 to move out of an apartment early. Per their own terms, I couldn't move out until then 5th even though rent was due on the 1st. Didn't receive my final bill until a month later in which they charged me a late fee?? On the first bill issued?? This after I already paid the early termination fee (an extra two months rent months ahead of time) - I'm still fighting with them over these charges. Lets not mention the additional charge of a full months utility charge for only 5 days. They are ethically wrong. Withholding a bill for a month to get a late fee tacked on is disgraceful. Avoid them.

      Someone stole my identity and applied for an apartment online. Greystar has been billing the application fee to me for months fraudulently. They refuse to close the account unless I dispute it with the credit reporting agency, which I can't do because they only do a "soft inquiry", and those are not disputable. I don't even live in that state. This company is horrible for fraudulently going after a cancer patient. Gross.

      I reached out to Greystar for almost four weeks. I spoke Cynthia and I emailed Bob. The RE resident experience says I owe $3980. 00. The RE application shows I paid all due for September. I had to be inconvenienced and get a cashiers check $1000.00 which was Kendall towards October rent. Kendall said she would look into the issue. No one has followed up. I want the RE application corrected so I can pay my rent online. This is unprofessional. I pay my rent early every month so I can pay my rent online. I am disappointed in the Greystar's communication.

      Parking in visitor spaces here can cost you up to $500 even if you follow the posted instructions.
      The QR code and website often don’t work, leaving no way to register.
      Fees rise $20 each time you call while the car remains, and cash is $40 cheaper than card.
      If you’re not at your car when the boot company arrives, they may leave and charge again.


      It’s frustrating that management is so strict about visitor parking where victors should park but: The pool has been closed most of the summer.
      – Pest control activity is visible outside apartments, yet overall cleanliness is lacking except in show units and the leasing office.
      – Cars have been broken into and lighting is poor, making it unsafe to pull into traffic.
      – Balconies aren’t built into any building.

      These concerns deserve more attention than punishing visitors who are parking where the space says vistors. this is fraud this is illegal, shame on you
      Please address these problems instead of profiting from false parking violations.

      I've experienced three sewage backups in both bathrooms of my Avana Dunwoody apartment in Chamblee, GA, managed by Greystar—on December 18, 2025, January 9, 2025, and September 5. Each incident occurred between 8:00–10:00 am, with delays before plumbers cleared the blockage. Sewage entered through showers, bathtubs, and toilets. My son and I contained the water ourselves using our personal vacuums and towels; the property had no onsite equipment, though staff eventually provided a vacuum during the second event. Management did not acknowledge our efforts or check on us after any incident. After January's backup, maintenance claimed repairs were made. Despite ongoing renovations, frequent management changes and high staff turnover seem to affect follow-through on unresolved issues.

      Unfortunately it has been a horrible experience living here. Me and my wife have lived here for 3 years and the living conditions got worst while the rent increased. The most recent renewal offer they sent us was almost a 40% increase!!! In the meantime, we constantly have to deal with vandalism, a humid dingy apartment, and obnoxious children leaving trash everywhere and hitting cars with their toys. They have no control over anything in their complex and refuse to get security cameras despite stolen cars and vandalism. The cherry on top is when we decided to move out and they tried to get my wife to sign a document with additional cleaning fees that were not in our contract. It is a slimy corporation run by unhelpful management and i would not recommend it in the slightest.

      Scam artist!!!!! They sold a ‘debt’ to collections when there wasn’t a debt or damages to my unit at move out. They are liars and unethical. Safe yourself the headache. Here we go another lawsuit for them.

      SCAMMERS … I filled out an application for one of there properties ( Agave apartments ELK GROVE CA ) paid the application fee for them to email me an say the application I filed out on there website is not valid . Why are you guys website letting people apply on there then ?? And where is my $25?? I’m here reporting them for false advertising and lack of information on the website had I would’ve known your not supposed to apply Directly online I would’ve wasted my time applying for a unit that’s not available. Do better people !

      I'm going to get the news & every other resource involved to take them down!!!! WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP OF ALL-TIME.... AND BY A LONG SHOT!!!!
