      I am writing to express my deep frustration with the service Ive received as a new customer. I recently purchased a home in *********** and signed up for Xfinity internet service in late September. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing from the very beginning.The technician arrived an hour before the scheduled installation window on a weekdaywithout prior noticeand hung up on me and my partner when we explained we were still at work. As a result, we went without service until we could pick up the modem ourselves after moving ***** the Xfinity store, we were given a modem incompatible with our internet plan and told it would hold us over until the correct one arrived by mail. A week passed with no delivery, so I contacted customer support. Since then, I have spoken with at least four different representativeseach assuring me that the correct modem was on its way. What eventually arrived was only a Wi-Fi adapter, not the modem I was ************, nearly a month later, I have inconsistent internet that regularly disconnects, making it impossible to work from home. Yet I am being billed $95 for a past-due balance and another payment due November 1, despite barely having functional service. To make matters worse, during my latest support chat, an agent tried to sell me a new plan for $20 off if I linked my bank accountrather than fixing the issue at hand.Frankly, I find it unacceptable to be charged nearly $191 for unreliable or nonexistent service, especially after multiple failed attempts to resolve the problem. Ive also had to make repeated trips to the Xfinity store at my own expense, wasting both time and money.I had expected a smoother experienceespecially given how many of my friends use Xfinitybut this has been nothing short of exhausting. Once I settle the current billing period, I intend to cancel my service and move to another provider unless this issue is corrected immediately and the improper charges are removed.

      I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding repeated misinformation, unfulfilled promises, and negligent customer service that I have experienced through multiple Comcast representatives. I depend on Comcasts services to work from home, and the repeated misrepresentation has directly interfered with my ability to do my job effectively.Over the past several months, every chat and phone interaction with Comcast has included misleading or inconsistent information. I have tried to maintained recordings and transcripts of these interactions, which clearly document false statements and contradictory responses provided by your representatives.These ongoing issues have caused unnecessary stress, financial strain, and work disruption. I have made every effort to resolve this matter through standard customer service channels, but I continue to be met with misinformation and a lack of accountability.

      On October 11 I transferred my services from my old residence to my house. All my services didn't transfer I couldn't use my cable boxes and my wifi was very spotty. I called for a technician to come out October 13 from 1pm to 3pm the agent never showed. I got in contact with customer service they set an appointment for October 18, 2025. The agent also stated that they will waive the technician fee since it wasn't a installation issue on my end but on xfinity. When the representative came out Saturday he was able to get my internet up and running and also my cable box in my master bedroom but didn't fix the cable box in the living room. The technician that he will send someone out later today but they will work on the services outside and that should fix the issue. Upon completion of the services at 5:30pm i notice better speeds with my internet and cable except the cable wasn't working downstairs it kept giving an error message of RDK-*****. I immediately got in contact with customer service again and they stated that it wouldn't be a charge for another representative to come out to fix the issue on Oct 19. On October 19, the technician came out in the morning I stated to him the issue that took place and the error code. The technician stated he would just a even swap the 4k wireless tv box. I talked to representative on Oct ************************************ with getting the charges off my account but stated she couldn't take it all the charges off because of the technician visit on multiple occasions. I don't understand why I was getting charge for two separate technician visits when the customer service agent stayed they will waive the charges since it was a xfinity problem not on the customer.

      This **************** is beyond ridiculous. Number one why are they having the servicing being done out of country. You cannot understand the customer service representatives. They do not have any customer service experience and are like talking to a robot reading off a script. They don't understand. You have to repeat yourself several times. They over bill and will not correct their errors, you just have to pay and pay and pay. They don't care I will be letting my friends and family know about my experiences. Spending 2 1/2 hours in a day and then calling back 3 days later because service was disconnected and then spent another 2 hours and 6 representatives later. Its completely ridiculous what you have to go thru to have internet service.

      Xfinity es una compañía que se burla de los usuarios aprovechando el internet que ellos proveen en zonas que no tienen competencia oh otras compañías grandes no operan no toman reclamos en serio solo pasan de supervisor a súpervisor sin solución alguna esta compañía no respeta el tiempo que eres cliente unas tarifas muy altas y el servicio de seguridad del hogar es aún peor sus sensores defectuosos sus cámaras pierden señal y. La responsabilidad al final es del que paga el servicio por aparatos defectuosos de su compañía para las personas que monitorean la seguridad contactarlo es media hora de espera en caso de emergencia definitivamente no lo recomiendo evite dolores de cabeza pérdida de dinero inseguridad y vulnerabilidad de su familia y propiedad y vienes no recomendado estos servicios son BASURA

      I signed up in May for internet. Followed the instructions. Didn't work. I called tech support. They wanted me to have a tech come out for a couple hundred dollars. I couldn't afford that. Called back. A different tech said plug it into you phone line. Didn't work. I you tubed troubleshooting. Months later got it working. Meanwhile, I was not paying for a service that wasn't working or being used. I spoke to 3 customer service ***s.which took 1 hour. Then I was sent to a 4th ***resentative and was on hold for 2 hours and 40min. I drove to my moms house and called on her phone getting a *** in 10 min!!!! The customer service ***resentative said they could not help me. I have to pay the bill even tho the internet was not used!!!

      **** sent to collections for a cable box that was not wanted back by Comcast. Tried to send cable box back but Comcast didn't want it to be returned as it would cost more then what the box was worth so we did not send it back. Later found a bill sent to our new house and from collection agency for the unpaid amount for the box that wasn't returned. I would recommend never dealing with Comcast, xfinity, or their mobile carrier as they are a very poor unprofessional company to do business with.

      I had a wire down on my lawn and across my road. Local authorities were consulted and ************* showed up. I spoke to a *** who said " A emergency vehicle will be there in 2 hrs. They never showed up. 7 reps later, I got help from my neighbors and National Grid who moved the wire from the road. We were forced to cut the wire and attach it to a telephone pole. The 7th rep stated that the "emergency service was set up 3 days later". There is no excuse for this as I and anyone in the area was in danger. We did not know if the wire was live. It was moved with a wooden stick. Shame on you Comcast...

      Xfinity/Comcast in ********* is a joke- We recently relocated and moved into a new build home and chose to get xfinity as our cable and internet service. Everything worked fine for about 45'ish days. Then we started having repeated issues with our internet connection and signal. My Wife works from home she she need reliable internet to manage her career. I chatted, texted, emailed, and called the Xfinity 800 number many time from June til August 2025. So much that in 1 single conversation i was transferred 4 times and this phone call ended up being over 2 hours long! So we decided to cancel our services and go with another more reliable customer faced opportunity. I returned all my equipment and paid our last and final bill. A random charge for $232 dollars came on a bill after we were no longer customers and all equipment was returned to the local store- i haven't been a customer of ********************'s for 2 months now. I went down to the local store again with my receipt to prove i returned all equipment in August and they told me that the charges were valid for my pro wifi storm extender which might I add never worked because the internet never was reliable hence canceling all my services with them. They wont work with me, they wont give me back the piece of equipment that I apparently am paying for, and they aren't willing to adjust the amount owed out of good faith knowing good and well if they look at my account and it's history just how many times I've called with issues and gave them many chances before event canceling with them. If you want me to buy/pay for a piece of equipment that your company gladly took back when i returned it, then give me that piece of equipment back. or do the right thing and discount this so called charge for your lack of reliable services which ended up with us walking away to a new service provider.

      Refusing to give my early termination fee back to me even though the *** that disconnected my sevice EXPLICITLY PUT INTO MY ACCOUNT NOTES that there WOULD NOT be any termination fee sir ** related **** ******* to me. That they are waived. COMCAST/xfinity REFUSE to Honor that agreement. Basically they have charged my credit card fraudulently.
