TERRIBLE COMPANY! They lied to me about downgrading. I agreed to upgrade service and try it out and see if it worked for me with the promise that I could downgrade if it didn’t for $175 a month. When I decided to downgrade, I was told that my downgrade service would be more than the upgraded service, because there was not a promotion. I spent over an hour on the phone with the agent just repeating what she said the entire call. Then she informed me that she could not authorize $175 a month and the supervisor would have to return the call. This company is awful. I am still dealing with them currently.

Waiting on ticket ECM0000746**to be completed. You guys should stop telling untruths. I was giving a credit towards my bill for $160 back in October. November I had no bill and December the credit was removed and I called to question the bill and was pretty much told it was a charge dispute in which my bill was on zero balance prior to the the retention team “OFFERING” the credit. I’ve explained that I has no reason to request $160 on a zero balance bill and that I was given the credit due to the mountain of internet issues which interfered with my work and being a longtime customer. They say conversations are recorder but no one could go back and hear the lady offering the credit. They claim they don’t see any notes in the system and pretty much called me Alia’s and told me to Google corporate if I wanted to speak to them. I was promised calls back that took 3 days To be told no that I disputed charges and that’s that. I only disputed the bill in which the credit was removed in December and as I tried to get them to see why would I dispute a $160 when my monthly bill was only $144 and I was on zero balance. Nothing makes sense and I need my account to reflect what I actually owe at this time which should be $7!!!!

Worst internet provider possible, zero customer service, zero support, and change your “contact “ randomly with out notice FCC should shut you down by they are on your payroll and lecture tour as soon as collusion is suspected.
Can’t wait to see your monopoly crash and burn, but the bailout will come and “we the people” will bail you out again

Customer Service is non-existent, there is no way to get in touch with someone to help with issues. I spent an hour on "live chat" only to be told that she couldn't help me but would transfer me to someone who would be with me in 1 minute and have the issue resolved in 5 minutes. Once I got transferred I got a message stating they could not connect me with a live agent and to call the 1-800 number. I then tried chatting with someone via DM on Twitter and got the same run around. Each person I've talked to has given me a different answer. I would stay far away from this company.

This is a complaint about the service we received from Xfinity and Xfinity Mobile.

In December of 2022, we purchased a new home phone system from Best Buy to use with our Xfinity home phone line. Unfortunately, we could not get the systems working correctly. Xfinity’s auto-answering would kick in after four rings before our phone could answer. To solve this problem, Xfinity tried to have their system answer after eight calls rather than four. Even though corporate customer service was involved, Xfinity could not get their systems to stop answering our line in four rings. They then tried to shut it down completely, but even this failed.

It was then suggested that we get a mobile phone with our home number assigned to it and a separate mobile line. This would then be our home phone. My wife handled the transaction for getting a phone and another line. They gave us a new line and ordered a phone. When the phone was shipped to us, it did not have a power cord or a user manual.

My wife made at least seven visits to Xfinity’s retail outlet, where she initially ordered everything (I was out of town). They could never get it working. We finally gave up, canceled the line, and paid off the phone they said we had purchased.

Xfinity is a disaster. This problem was initiated by Xfinity Home's inability to stop answering our phone before four rings. We were told the mobile phone would be the best way to solve our problem, but the people at the local Coliseum store could not help us. They sold us the line and the phone, but they could get it working correctly. They are inept.

This company does not have customer service. They have automated answer machines that make you jump-throw hoops and send you links to click on that so you can continue using their automated system.

I recommend any business other than comcast mobile if possible in your area. This company will "cancel" your account/service and somehow start a new billing again 2 months later. Then, you will have to call them 5x, each time being assured it's cancelled and you will no longer be charged. Only to continue to be charged varying amounts each time. Very unprofessional communication with customer service representatives. Will be cancelling my wireless internet service that I've had for 3 years with them due to this experience. What a joke.

Watch your OnDemand billing, they have switched from free to rent only now 2 times in the past 40 days without notice. I watched this morning, went back in to finish and now its for rent only? I Already pay for OnDemand. Can you say SCAM?!??! Charge unsuspecting customers and force them to dispute the charges, oh wait, if you dispute, they will cut you off until paid in full, then you may get your money back. I have NEVER hated a company more!! HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

They charged me for service even after I canceled it. If I stole $60 from anyone, including a multi-billion dollar corporation, I would go to jail and pay fines and do community service and be ostracized by almost the whole world for having done so, but of course when Comcast steals $60, it's apparently ok. Also had to spend an hour on the phone getting a refund, which is of course just another form of theft.

Xfinity Mobile's customer service is the worst and horrible. Ever since I purchased 2 phones from Xfinity, phone line had issues. Calls were not getting thru. I had to call and chat more than 30 times, and every time I talked, they were sure issues would be fixed, but they were not able to fix the issue at all. Because of their assurance of the fix, I past 14 days of return periods... and now, they said they cannot accept return. I had to cancel lines because phones are not functioning and I still need to make phone equipment payment for the remaining 21 months.
Receiving defected phones is not my fault, and they don't want to be accountable at all.
Also, those customer service agents are all lier. They don't know what they are doing but kept saying incorrect information. I would never recommend Xfinity Mobile to anyone as I have never faced this type of almost fruad customer service experience all my life. It is the worse ever service!!!

My mother moved out of my house in 2018 and got her own place and when she did I turned in two of my cable boxes and got rid of the DVR. Comcast sent me the wrong equipment. I had already turned in the stuff that I had intern I had to send back the stuff they sent me And then that equipment would not work. Ended up having a tech come out to the house and he could not get it to work. Finally after my frustration I sent that equipment back, switched over to AT&T Internet, and have only streaming services ever cents. Comcast is still trying to charge me for that little over two months that I didn’t have cable , I told them at that time I was not paying for service that I didn’t have. It is now been a little over three years and I am still fighting with them. They just sent it to a collections company. It is not on my credit report I am pissed that huge corporation is going to destroy my credit over $400 because some loser that works for them screwed up , well I guess I’m gonna have a collections on my report for seven years because I sure the hell ain’t paying it. Yes I can afford it but it’s the principle of it you don’t pay for service you didn’t have. !
