      I signed up for Xfinity because they had reasonable pricing for my area compared to other services. Come to find out my apartment has torn out the Comcast wiring. I thought "Bummer, I'll just have to cancel and pay more". After chatting with nearly 5 different service representatives who did not speak ascertainable English and being unable to reach anyone on the phone, I was able to cancel my account.

      Next, I was harassed over the phone and via email for a week to return the equipment, mind you that I gave to the representative who visited my apartment. After chatting with 2 different representatives, again unable to call anyone, I got that sorted out. I thought that was the end of my ordeal with Xfinity... Wrong!

      A full 2 weeks after canceling my services, I received a text informing me that a $24 charge was going to my account for Xfinity. I had never even plugged in my modem and now was being charged for the service. Again, I chatted with a representative who said I would be receiving only a $20.55 credit to my card.. (why such an odd amount??). After the charge actually hit my account I got on chat AGAIN to contest the charges, and hopefully, now I should be receiving my refund.

      All in all, Xfinity and their HORRIBLE customer service are not worth the slight decrease in price over other providers with better service. I would never recommend Xfinity to anybody unless they improve their customer support.

      Worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with. You are not allowed to call them without chatting first. Chat puts you in a loop that you can’t get out of and you can’t chat with an agent. You just have select different options until you get someone. They lie and tell you whatever you want to hear to get you off the phone or chat. My line has been hanging in the road for 4 days and I just get told someone will be there to fix it. I have issues with channeling pixelating and they just send out a technician that tells me it’s interference and because I live in an old house. If I had a choice I wouldn’t have Comcast service, which is their biggest problem!!! No competition

      Call from Comcast “in collaboration with Target” offering 50% discount on Xfinity for 24 months because of customer losses. Not until I agreed to accept did agent indicate that payment for 1st 4 months had to be made with Target gift card. When I tried to cancel, I was told there would be a $ 400 cancellation penalty. Very deceptive.

      Constant internet disconnections all the time throughout months and months. When I complain, I get put in a loop, nobody helps, and when they did acknowledge my constant complaining, they gave me 5 dollars in credit after months of random outages. Now that they are out working in the are, they do not allow you to speak to any customer service of any type on any app or phone number. They will block you even if its about a different issue. Do not use xfinity.

      I wish I could give a negative star. How legally Xfinity can get away with saying your "promotion ended" instead of just saying they raised their prices seems CRIMINAL. I hope to god one day Xfinity is held responsible for the money they've taken. In a time period of working from home, to continuously raise prices and make a profit while taking money away from people who actually work is such a scam.

      Worst customer service EVER!!! Representatives take horrible notes. I’ve had to call and speak to 5 representative in a span of 3 days and no one has taken accurate notes from either conversation. When I ask for a conversation transcript I’m told it won’t be available for a few days. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, I’m told that it will take 24 hrs for a supervisor to call me back. When I ask for certain information about my account, it can’t be provided. Horrible. I would not recommend Xfinity service to anyone simply because of poor customer service.

      This company has has been charging me for a iphone that I returned. They told me the price of of the phone and then charged me a different higher price. As a result I returned the phone. I went though the proper channels and was directed to send the return though fedex. I never opened the box and returned it in less than 48hrs of submitting the return. They have been charging me for the phone ever since. I have called them over 15 times to explain the problem and have been assured that they will correct the problem and reimburse me as they see that there was a mistake with the intake of the return. They admit and have proof that the phone was delivered and signed for, but they can not find it in their wearhouse. They have now sent me to collections as a result of their mistake. I have talked with customer service multiple more times and have been reassured that this issue will be corrected. I was told a supervisor would call me to help correct this issue. Surprise a supervisor has never called me and every time I have called them I have to start from square one to explain the issue. The agents are not bad people but the company is very shady and this process should prove how poorly this company is run.
      This company's protocols and customer service are horrible and they should be investigated for fraudulent business processes. Anyone considering cellular service with this company should beware and consider alternative options. I can not write a negative enough review or comment to even get close to representing the time and frustration I have been dealing with for the past 5 months. What happened to customer service? As a result I have discontinued all my services and am very vocal about how horrible this company is. It would be great if some investigator or lawyer was to look at the practices of this company and bring some justice to all of the customers who have had to deal with similar problems.

      Do not ever sign up for Comcast/Xfinity or whatever they change their name to in the future.

      I switched to Xfinity because of a promise of a lower cost. Guy on the phone said all I had to do was plug in their device that they would send in the mail, and I would get their "fast" internet.

      The device came in the mail. I plugged it in, and it did not work. After fighting with the app chat system, I finally got a tech guy to call me. After spending over an hour on the phone with the guy, he said the equipment was not working, and he would have to get a technician sent to my home, which he scheduled for the next day between a specific time frame.

      As in apology for my frustration, he also signed me up for their TV service, which I never wanted, but I could not really understand that was what he was doing, and I really just wanted to get off of the phone.

      Next day comes and no technician shows up to my house. I fight with the app chat system again, telling them I work from home, and needed the technician immediately. Chat system suggested I purchase a faster speed internet for the non-functional internet I apparently signed up for.

      I finally get somebody to call me, and they sent me to tech support once again. They determined it was not working, (again), and said they would need to send a technician out to my house. I asked where the first technician was, and they said they have no record of my asking for a technician.

      They then said they would not be able to send anyone out for a few days, at which point I cancelled the service.

      I got charged an early termination fee of $110. for a "service" I never received. When I called to dispute the charge, I was told the charge was valid because I entered into a contract. They did not care about the fact that I never received a functional service.

      Worst experience ever.

      This company automatically charged my account after I cancelled service. I had to call customer service and they said it will take them 10 business days to refund my money. I wondered if this was a common practice by this company and maybe most people would not notice. I asked customer service why it happened but they could not tell me. I decided to write a review at BBB because if everyone who has the same problem spoke up maybe something would be done about it. At the very least I can warn others to check Your accounts after cancelling service to make sure this doesn't happen to You!

      Unethical company. I’ve spent hours of my life in the past 2 months speaking with Comcast. Changed plans remain unchanged. Promises of credits never get applied to my account. It’s truly a nightmare to get off the phone after an hour only to see that everything spoken of did not apply, only to have to call again, repeat. I didn’t realize companies could literally lie and steal. The BBB should look further into this company. It can’t be right.
