      Horrible customer service. They automated system says it can help you cancel your service but it just puts you into a looped system that goes no where with zero resolution and no way to talk to an actual serves agent. The only to contact a person is to google for their phone number. They make it near impossible to cancel service without going into their location and their call back service has never worked.

      My internet service is out with no timely repair 2 days for a technician to show up to fix a problem that randomly appears from your end is ridiculous. I wish my city would burn the contract with yall so you guys can fuck off with your snake tactics.

      Worst services ever!!! They do not care and have not handled my service at all. I'm over paying for under delivered services. Once you are on the phone with a rep, they don't comprehend the problem and everybody is reading off a scrip witch is very frustrating. My internet services is so slow a tuttle can beat it going across the street. I have had comcast boot campers in my home plenty of times. Where all they did is re wire the house and left holes, then informed me the person who is stalled it before in did it in correctly. They have left holes in my walls without fixing it. I have complained and nothing has been resolved besides, as half ass apology and more excuses. Today alone I have been on hold for 2 hours and still no resolution!! This is so frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      The money we've paid Comcast in the past year alone should have resolve any issues with all of our services. This is Ridiculous!!!

      I HATE comcast, xfinity customer services and the boot campers...

      This is the worst service I've ever experienced. I needed to cancel the internet service for my child's college apartment because she is graduating and moving back to our home, where we already have internet service. We only used Comcast for her service because it was the only option, and she needed it for Zoom classes; if there had been literally any other choice we would have taken it. I was unable to cancel it online and had to schedule a call a week after I first began to try. That agent spent nearly half an hour trying to convince me to keep paying for internet for a vacant apartment, and finally agreed to cancel it and told me I would receive email confirmation. I did not receive anything, so I tried using Facebook Messenger and calling the 800 number, and all of them insisted that they are unable to send emails, which is patently absurd. I still have no confirmation of the request and based on previous experience with this company, I will likely have to waste even more time when they refuse to stop billing me after the cancellation date.

      They have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Always unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issues and their technicians are never available when needed. I even had to wait for over 30 minutes on hold to dirán to a supervisor to file a formal complaint with them directly. I was late for a ver important deadline because my Inter te was down and it became a HUGE problem for me at work. They were not sympathetic to my situation and did not help me AT ALL.

      As others, the only reason we use this servicer is because its the only one in the area that provides the speed we need to work from home. If it was up to us we would go with anyone else at this point. This company takes 0 accountability for their promises. We have been trying to get our outdoor utility box replaced for over a month (it got hit by a car). Ever since that happened we have been experiencing lagging that results on issues with video calls, among other things. Instead of the customer service rep that's currently taking care of me over the phone be the one to handle the issue from beginning to end, I keep getting the run around of being told someone else will call to schedule, and I never get the call and i have to CALL AGAIN over and over until I get a tech scheduled.
      Only to find out when the tech finally comes that he is no the correct tech to do such job and he is just here to do a speed test and then approve filing a ticket to get the correct tech to come (maintenance tech they call them). Well, nothing happens for weeks and the loop starts again. They send another incorrect tech to do another speed test to file another ticket and such on and on.
      I cannot continue to call every week trying to get this solved when they dont even understand what we are experiencing/requesting.
      I cannot continue to keep being told someone "will call me" or someone "will definitely fix your issue" when its been 5 weeks and I am still not getting any calls from you guys (i have to call you back), and you still haven't fixed the issue or sent the correct technician.
      DO BETTER.

      I was lied to by multiple representatives multiple times. I have to pay a cancellation fee when I was told I didn’t have to worry because i was within the 30 day grace period. I had them for 5 years and throughout that time I always asked for the Xpods because my second floor needs them. They said they ordered them and I never received them. Then I was lied to, that I had to change plans and agree on another year contract to get them. So I did. Two weeks went by and no Xpods so I cancelled. Now I’m being charged for a service I never received.

      I have been a customer for many years and the customer service has steadily declined. It's almost impossible to reach a live person. The automated feature is not helpful for every situation. I spent way too much time on the phone trying to get a live agent which didn't happen on this day. The cost of CABLE/INTERNET constantly increasing and the service suck!! When I'm finally connected with an agent the call is filtered outside the US and it's very difficult understanding the agents. They are limited to what they can do but seems to have a scripted answer for everything. Unfortunately for the consumer we are stuck dealing with poor customer service, paying higher bills and getting no added value. The only choice left is to change service with a different company who has pretty much the same flaws. Is there any decent cable companies out there who puts their customer's first anymore?

      Comcast Have made multiple unauthorized charges on my account, and have refused to cancel my service even though I have repeatedly requested it. They have also double-charged me even though I have asked them not to process the charges. This company is run by theives, and deserves to be prosecuted for their actions against the public.

      I would like to say thank you to Xfinity that I have been with for so long that now I have been lied to. So recently on 03-22-23 I was lied to by one of the Xfinity customer service that promised that my monthly payments will stay the same $ 45 a month. Xfinity had a bright idea to find a way to get more money from customers. The way that everyone recently got by email was to update their auto payments options - choosing between two options providing credit card information: that account will be charged $ 5 extra a month or bank account number that will let you keep your monthly payments the same without extra charges. I did have the chance to ask Xfinity customer service to explain to me what is the difference between one and another as we all know that if anyone will get in possession of someone's credit card it could be easily replaced, not like a bank account. I bet that everyone cares for your $$ safety and likes to keep things private and secure. In my last question I still would like to find out why some of us that been with Xfinity for so long being treated like that and I hope I will hear that answer from Xfinity with no more lies and also hope that my account will be fixed as it was without any further threats or account blocking as I said and keep my word filing this report. Also I hope that Xfinity company will keep their integrity and loyalty to all of the customers other than that I have no other complaints just keeping my word. Thank you so much.
