      They will steal your money, lie to you, steal your money, treat you badly, hang up on you, keep you on long hold times, overcharge you, and literally do everything wrong and awful to drive you crazy, and end up hating them. Save your sanity, time, and money. GET ATT INSTEAD!!! I am saving money, they are straightforward, have no hold times, excellent customer service, amazing rewards, no surprises, and lots of smiles. You will not be saving with Xfinity you will be driving yourself crazy for false promises. They will commit fraud with your banking information and take your money. Stay way!!!

      If I could leave 0 stars I would, horrible customer service and full of false advertising. You are legally required to TELL PEOPLE when a promotion is being used and not jack up rates without notice or consent. Harassed me for months due to their own incompetence

      I do not have a voicemail box on my mobile line with them. I spent more than 4 hours on the phone with them during last 3-4 months in order to fix this problem, they still did not fix the problem. I have to let them go. Their customer service cannot help, or if they can they do not want to (if you can pass their unuseful answering machine), their disregard for customer basic needs is gross.

      Because we don't want their internet service any longer the service for cable has been interrupted way before payment due. And we use to get an extension on payment now that's not an option unless we buy into their internet again

      Do you really need to read this review to know what it says? I wholeheartedly agree with another reviewer… the only reason we use this servicer is because it’s the only one in the area that provides the speed we need to work from home. If it was up to us we would go with anyone else at this point. Dishonest business practices designed to shake money from customers (like imposed data limits and restrictions on people using their own equipment, coupled with exorbitant fees for equipment “rentals”. I mentioned offhand to a customer service rep that I was just going to disable Wi-Fi on their modem/router and plug my own router in, using their equipment as a modem (a perfectly viable solution if you have a nice wireless router like mine and don’t feel like using their crappy Wi-Fi), and the rep threatened to remove their router from my account and charge me! I had to lie to them saying I wouldn’t do this perfectly reasonable and legal thing just to get them off of my back. Total scam.

      If I could just give a negative star, it would be a negative 5!!! We have been a Comcast/Xfinity customer since the mid 90's, and have had some troubles along the way, but these past two years haven't been good, and the past few months have been horrible!! I have taking the Internet box/modem in several times and switched them and also the DVR many times.....Recently, I have called or texted and even went to the store, because we were having trouble with our internet going off and on and we need the internet for our security cameras and computers and so forth! AND or DVR/Cable tv kept freezing, having a digitally screen, lagging on when we pushed buttons on the remote, even after restarting or rebooting or refreshing or reprogramming (remotes), it didn't even help when they came out and said they fixed it many many times. I finally turned in the internet box/modem and the next month we got a charge of $100 for a service call, well they were the ones supposed to fix it and they didn't, and We were still having issues with the DVR, so I decided to take it and the bill into their office and first gave them the bill and wanted credit for them charging a service fee when they didn't even fix it!!! The guy there was talking to them on a chat and tried to get them to take the charge off, but they wouldn't cause I turned the internet box in!!!! REALLY????!! I told him, well I want to turn this DVR back in then and cancel my service, and he said he understood. It's ridiculous at what they charge and even the extra fees they add on Like: Broadcast tv fee, and Regional sports fee and we don't even watch sports!! And you would think you are paying for TV why the broadcast fee anyway!!! We will just use our new company that provides internet that actually works!! And we can stream anything we want to watch. Thus week 4/10/2023 when I went to Comcast office there were so many people there turning in their equipment, they better get it right or they will have no customers

      xfinity ported my number and it doesn't work now I have no service for the last three days. I call everyday to resolve this, but no one seems to help. I've been patient for too long. The last call I was told don't call back we'll call you. Wait! What! This is unacceptable! Their customer service is unknowledgeable and I think they just don't care!!!

      Had a 2nd account opened in my name at my address - which Comcast reps say can't happen but told me it would be removed and taken care of.
      Months later it has been handed to a collection agency - affecting my credit rating.
      The next comcast rep had no explination as to what heppend but after an hour had me file fraud papers again!
      They don't do what they say and just lie to you about what they will do.
      If you can't have 2 accounts at the same address but that is what happened it is somthing they screwed up not fraud but they never admit they make errors and waste customers time.
      Also trying to reach a liver person on the phone takes 2 or 3 calls - usally you just get hung up on.
      They are aweful in so many ways.

      A Comcast employee scammed me out of $350 and Comcast apparently will not even look into it. He was definitely an employee and I called into him (he did not solicit my call). Comcast confirmed various services that I changed through him. He said he needed an e-check for installation fees and wrote out 2 checks to his own scam company. I've called Comcast many many times and they keep telling me they will look into it but do absolutely nothing. To the best of my knowledge, he is still working for Comcast. The only advice Comcast gave was to go to my own bank and they would refund me for the fraud THEIR employee committed.

      TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Techs were in my backyard at 8pm at night. We didnt know they were there so you can imagine our surprise. They turned off our services. They came the next day and still did not come to our door. Our service remained out. The service, for the neighbor who had an issue, was fixed. This happened Saturday night. Here it is Tuesday and no one has come out to fix their issue. Customer service can't communicate with techs in the area to let them know they screw up. I have to wait until someone is available. Like wth. I have internet and mobile and I'm thinking about being done with xfinity completely. TERRIBLEEEEE! I would give a zero if I could! I would also like to add that the people in tech service are the biggest liars. They act like you dont know what you are talking about and tell you anything to get you off the phone.
