      After many years of use and owning 3 different homes I would stay clear of Xfinity at all costs. Their billing systems are deliberately designed to be confusing. Canceling your service is an absolute nightmare. You HAVE to either go into the store or call them and talk to someone who tries to give you a long sales pitch as to why you do not want to cancel. My biggest concern is there was a balance on my account. The chat agent tried to explain where it came from and I just simply asked to have it removed. I have a photo of the transcript on 1/5/2023. The chat agent removed the bill and assured me I would not be contacted again. 3/30/2023 I am contacted by a debt serving company trying to service the debt. IT WAS NEVER REMOVED... Asked to talk to an Xfinity manager and one was not available. I had to close out the bill just to get Xfinity to leave me alone. I would go with basically any other option out there for internet.

      If Xfinity replies to this comment just keep in mind I literally have a photo of the chat agent on 12/5/2023 assuring me the bill had been taken care of. There is no way I could have know Xfinity made an internal error and did not actually cancel the bill.

      I am irate with Comcast. I cancelled my services in OCTOBER 2022, and they keep taking money out of my bank account. I have called numerous times and no one can tell me what account they are charging for. This is beyond ridiculous and I cannot afford to keep getting charged for NOTHING. The last attempted charge was 361.00! I don't even have an account anymore and yet they insist and charging my card. I have called and called and no one is helping me! FURIOUS!!!!

      Completely out for 12 hours+ no eta and now they refuse to answer call and message for an eta. Only answer is 'soon' via automated system. They are hampering my capability to work.

      I cancelled my subscription with Comcast Xfinity cable company in March .but Xfinity is still charging me for that mobile account untill June.I have call and try to be reasonable and asking why I'm I still being charged. But to no avail.

      Internbet is constantly going down. When this happens they actually make it so you cannot talk to an agent. You just get the message, "we're aware there is an outage call back later". I work from home so when the internet does go down (Has gone down every morning this week for hours) I have to use my cell phone (which is bundled with Xfinity). I went over my data limit strictly because Xfinity internet outages. I asked them if I could get some extra data due to running out because of their internet outages. They acknowledged my internet was down and I had to use data because of it BUT told me no we won't give you any data free of charge but I could pay more money for it. Then they offered me 10$ in credit, 10$!! What am i going to do with 10$ lol. Even when it not down it's constantly going offline for a minute or two then coming back up. I've actually had to drive to Miami get a hotel room and use their wifi in order to work. Think my bill has ever gone down? Nope once you are a customer for a while the new customer incentives expire and you pay more unless you go into the store cancel your account and then sign up again. Totally illogical.

      There stores are a complete mess, when i got a new phone an employee tried changing the sim card out by sticking a needle into the wrong hole (speaker hole) then refused to give me a new phone because he didn't think he'd done it hard enough to damage the phone. This company has a monopoly on the industry here where I live in south Florida and we have no choice but to usde their terrible service. Absolutely horrific service from customer service to cable/internet service/cell service.

      highly unethical company. was offered mobile service at a low rate when I signed up for internet. I took the deal but was totally unable to connect my apple watch. please google it, numerous people have had the same problem. this cost me massive amounts of time trying to accomplish it, with the total unassistance of their clowncar support staff. to add insult to injury, they then proceeded to bill me for the watch which never worked. they offer no way to remove a credit card once you've added it. I finally started having trouble with my mobile service, once again, wasting countless hours with their utterly useless support staff. I finally decided I'd had enough and changed mobile providers. I called to cancel and request refund of apple watch charges. after some back and forth, they finally agreed. they then proceeded to renege on this, not cancelling my service, not refunding me. they offer no way to remove a credit card once you've added it. I was finally forced to report my card lost and stolen to stop the charges and had to open a dispute with my credit card company. horrible experience.

      My service does not work, and instead of talking to me about it, they make me go through the same automated system over and over again.

      Talking to a person or scheduling someone to come out to your house to address the issue is not an option.

      I’ve had Xfinity for about 7 years and always paid the overpriced rates for just home internet. In December of 2022, I called to make adjustments to lower my internet bill. Came January I called their customer service line to speak to a representative about my bill still bill still being too high. All to have this go on up until March, and from there I found out there was fraudulent activity happening on my xfinity account… they never resolved my issue and till this day I never got answers to what went wrong. There were other credit card numbers and accounts charged on my account from cards that didn’t belong to me. I canceled my services and was still charged after the fact. I called
      To try to figure this issue out about 5 times. Each time I was transferred from teller to teller, just to be told
      We will call you back. Still no word from
      Xfinity. I had to cancel my debit card report fraud and have been without a debit card for a week now all due to someone dropping the ball at Xfinity, and having too many ppl
      Who don’t know what their doing work
      For their company. I believe someone hacked into their system and made the accounts go crazy. I have screen shots to prove all of this, and even the last teller I spoke to verified all I was telling her from
      Her end of the account she was able to see. But what did they resolve anything? No,
      And they had no problem taking $97.99 out of my debit card right before it had gotten closed. It’s a shame.

      We are having work done in our backyard that requires digging, so I contacted 811 to have all utility companies mark the utility lines. Comcast came out but didn't mark all of the lines. I was told by 811 that I needed to reach out to the company directly, if there were any issues. Needless to say, I contacted Comcast/Xfinity and Ive had 4 scheduled appointments in which no one has shown up. When I try to reach a supervisor, I'm told one will call me back and no one ever calls. When I asked to be transferred to one, I'm transferred to another agent (not a supervisor) in another department. All of my calls are sent to another country in which its hard for me to uderstnad what they are saying, and they don't understand me. To this day, the work has not been completed and I have yet to speak with a supervisor in the US.

      I called 3 weeks ago to get cable/internet at my new construction home that I closed on 2 122 weeks ago. I had a tech come out and he said they needed to bury a line. It would take 25-48 hours. They were supposed to be there Friday between 10-12. No show, no call. I spent 2 hours and 26 minutes in a supervisor who just apologized, she stated my ticket was still open but they were running late. I called Saturday, they said it still said late. She said it would be best to reschedule. She tried to reschedule me for another 2 weeks. I have explaine several times that I work from home 2 days a week and I have to have internet. Could she please call and find out when they will be there. She said she couldn’t do that. I asked if they were Comcast employees or sub contractors, she stated Comcast. I said so as a supervisor on the biggest cable company in the world, you cannot contact an employee of Comcast to see where they are??? She said no. I have spent over 12 hours on the phone with them in the last 4 days. No resolution. Lots of “ promises” still can’t move in my new house that my first payment is due on in 2 weeks!!!! The customer service for this company is horrible. If I didn’t show or call for an appointment, I’d be fired!! I have ZERO expectations that they will be there tomorrow. ZERO.
