      Service is pretty reliable, but they seriously overcharge customers for service and equipment. Telephone customer service is hit and miss.

      Shittiest internet in DC. Internet is spotty. I have a 1.2G internet and it routinely goes offline. It happens sometimes every day relentlessly, other times it goes offline just long enough that when you try reporting it, it's back online. But their systems will NEVER report that they've have an outage. I'm in the Cloud business and I know what these scumbags are doing. It's a straight up lie. They go offline but because their shitty systems aren't setup to detect all the various ways someone's internet goes offline, as far as they are concerned, it never went done. Total scam. I simply cannot rely on them. I've been on important scheduled zoom calls many times in normal work times and the internet just goes down for 5 mins at that moment. I wish I had another option. Hate Xfinity service. Total crap. And good luck trying to get a hold of technical support. They all just make you restart the modem and all that jazz as if I haven't already done that a billion times.

      Comcast Xfinity is charging customers the same bill monthly for the NFL network channel they no longer have. If Comcast currently no longer have the NFL network and NFL RedZone channels that customers pay for there should be a decrease in our monthly bill. But Comcast wants to continue to bill you the same bill for a channel they no longer provides.

      AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! We’ve been with Verizon, AT&T, Sprint/T-Mobile and this is by far the worst carrier ever. The calls centers are in foreign areas and they don’t know hardly any English so you can’t understand each other. The chats and phone calls take an absolute minimum of 45 minutes.
      I have been trying to unlock a phone that’s been paid in full for 5 DAYS NOW. I had a repayment plan of $360 due that they said needed to be paid plus the remaining $330 on the device to unlock it. I paid both payments and they said it would take 24-48 hours to unlock. 5 days later, it’s still locked. The original unlock request was put in April 28th. I called in May 1st to ask what was going on. They said they will not unlock it until I pay my past due balance of the BILL THAT WAS JUST GENERATED MAY 1ST. I told them the unlock request was put in before the next bill was generated. I’m still to this day getting the run around from people who can barely understand what I’m saying due to the language barrier.
      There’s been times where we ask for a couple extra days to make our phone bill payment and the agent in the chat says yes and gives us over a month to pay it back. But then 3 days later you get your phones disconnected due to non payment. When I would call in they would say no payment arrangement was made even though I keep records/screenshots of everything that happens.
      They hook you in with “great deals”. But the minute you move out of the area where they don’t have Xfinity internet, you have to pay extra fees per line to keep using the phone service or pay the devices off in full to go to another carrier. But even when you pay devices in full, they will keep them locked FOREVER.
      110% the worst phone company ever. I’d rather go back to T-Mobile if Xfinity ever unlocks my devices.

      I can't believe that Comcast has a A + I have had nothing but trouble with the service and the worst part it hard to make any contact with a person there automate system is a joke it takes u in a circle and if you pretend you are wanting new service you can talk to someone but theses people talk limit English hard to understand them. My bill keeps coming there billi g system works perfect they should be shut down and yesterday as I was leaving for work someone showed up what no appointment was ever confrmed with me they just show up of course I had to go to work I told this person I would be back at 130 he said he had my phone number never came back never called this place is a joke.i have been a customer for years things the last 4 years has been there worst they seem to not afford to be able to pay people to answer there phones 99 percent of the people seem to be in India I ask and they told me there were from India comcast doesn't even support the USA work force money first service last.

      We are moving to Virginia from Florida and want to transfer our current service to our new address and we have been fighting with Xfinity because someone that used to live there years ago did not pay the bill. We both have perfect payment history and were treated rude and we need the internet because we work from home and have had the same cell phone numbers for about 18 years

      Been locked out of my email account . Cant get a live person, call for information on my account want to charge me to talk to them wont take my password tried to change it because they wont take my password for me to answer my e-mail in the mean time my email gets backed up. What am I suppose to do?

      I have been with this company for almost 4 years now and the only reason is because it is the only provider in my area. I have not received the services i am paying for for pretty much the whole time. They always tell me they will fix my internet speeds and data speeds on my phone and never do. They just try the same trouble shooting procedures over and over again, they have given me ticket numbers to give to the rep when i call in so i do not have to explain myself again but when i give the rep the ticket number they say it is not in their system. They have scheduled technician appointments for me and when they don't show i call in and the rep tells me i never had one scheduled. They have sent me a new sim card in an attempt to fix my phone but when i tried to activate it i had to call in and be on the phone with them for four hours because the ICCID and order number was not in their system like it didn't even exist. This company is complete garbage and does nothing but lie to its customers to try and appease them but never do their actual job. Also most of the reps are hard to understand because they have heavy accents or horrible English. Also they started turning my wifi on and off on me when i was speaking with the mobile department one time out of spite due to the constructive criticism i was giving them. How to we fight this company and get justice for the fraudulent acts they have been committing?

      Xfinity Mobile I thought was a great company until I left. Since I left the company back in June 2022, they have billed me 3 times with unauthorized charges withdrawing money without my consent. How does this happen? Xfinity Mobile will NOT remove your debit card they have on file for you even if you are no longer a customer. I asked them why and they could not answer that question. Payments have been taken out of my account in September and October of 2022 and then again April 30, 2023 even though I have a "0" balance. Confirmed by customer service and corporate that I have a "0" balance they still steal money out of my account. So I had to get a new debit card and I'm about to change my phone number as well. It's sad that they can just disrupt my world with no accountability. I am filing a police report per my bank and my money will be refunded but just beware. Xfinity is a SCAM company who will not release your debit card number once they have it. So if you leave for a new carrier, just get a new debit card all together and change your phone number.
