      3 months ago, Xfinity mailed me a letter letting me know that my monthly payment was going to increase by $20 dollars. I contacted them to cancel my service because I was transferring to another provider. I was not going to pay $70 for just the internet. They offered me several packages when I continue to say no they offered me the same as I was paying but I needed to sign a 2 years agreement and have autopay, I was never late to pay my bills so I agree. They emailed me the contract with the agreement that both parties signed, NOW, I have to call every month to complain and explain that I have a contract that says $50, not $70, I have talked to many representatives and managers, etc, they all promise they are going to fix it but nothing. How can I cancel my contract without any penalty because they are not doing their part?

      As others, the only reason I use this service is because its the only one in the area that provides the speed I need to work from home. If it was up to us we would go with anyone else at this point. From executives to representatives, the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! For the last few months I’ve had spotty internet service to none at all some times. I was even advised to change to a different plan that would provide better coverage still service is trash. I've contacted customer service 3x times regarding this matter. I have to unplug my modem in order to reset it because the app does not communicate with my modem. Then to make matters worse, I have their phone service which is also HORRIBLE!! I needed a statement from them for an important matter and the customer service I receive from their representatives (Tony, Jacob, Nathan and Supervisor Damian and executive resolution personnel Teresa B. was HORRENDOUS!! Damian lied stated I would be sent the statement the following day and I have yet to receive anything from this company. Since all calls are recorded I know that call is on record. Teresa B. was the most repulsive representation of this company. I received emails from this personnel advising she had tried to contact me via phone to resolve the matter & I NEVER received a call nor a voice message from this person. The representation for this company is so comfortable lying to their customers. And as a customer I don't care to do business with a business that I cannot trust the brand. Comcast or Xfinity whatever name the corporation is choosing to go by these days just know THE BRAND CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!! T-mobile may have their network problems at times but the customer service and perks from being a customer makes up for the network problems and they value their customers. XFinity Mobile & Comcast internet service is GARBAGE all around. They don't care about their customers only cares to collect their payment. I strongly advised, do not use this company!!

      If I could provide 0 stars, I would. I would like to share my customer service experiences that I have just encountered. My bill the last two months has increased $30, which may not seem all that much, but to me, it is. We all work very hard for our money so as an XFinity customer, I would have expected the common courtesy of a notification before charging me an extra $360 a year. Rightfully so, I tried using the only two available forms of communication to contact the customer service department: chat and phone call. My first chat was with an individual who was not fluent in English but still, I tried to get answers to no avail. He tried saying that he could bring my bill down to $110 a month and that if I called customer service, they would offer me the same package. Well, after waiting on the automated bot on the phone for 11 minutes, I finally got in contact with May in their CS department. After a 15-minute phone call with her, she provided a different package that would cost me $100 a month. She then advised that my email was not fully registered and that is why I did not get a notification. However, I get emails from XFinity quite frequently. I proceeded to ask May how I can register said email and she beat around the bush and wasn't fully comprehending what I was asking. The only option left was to ask for a manager, when I did, she said her manager was not available and that the manager MIGHT return my call. That is absolutely unacceptable. As someone who works with Customers daily, this would never be an acceptable answer that I would provide to my consumers. Between differing information, language barriers, and the dismissing of my issues this was truly the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.

      We get sometimes four or more calls per day. We do not WANT comcast, we have never HAD comcast, and we will never want comcast. The bot and the staff obviously do not speak English, and even tho we have spoken with someone and said we were not interested, the calls continue.

      They charge me a different amount each month. Higher of course. their customer service is a joke if you get one. The one I got yesterday after 4 hrs she lied. pass me to someone else. They messed my cable all together.

      Have Xfinity Internet through the ACP low income program. Then I got a call from Xfinity Mobile - I told them no thank you - but I got hard sold on a less than $17.00 a month cell phone SVC and a FREE SamSung Galaxy Cell on was delivered to me in 1 day. I was sold 1-2 years went by no change in costs - was then told I could add a person on my account for just $7.00 more a month and they would get a FREE phone too...the next day my Mom got her hand set viabthe mail she was shocked how fast she got it. My bill went up to $25.00+- I kept the services. Then I cancelled Moms. SVC the free phone became my $7 added a month vs going back to my $16.67 just for my SVC. I was going to return the 2nd phone but no - I was told now that the other FREE phone was now $7.00 a month. Hum?? False Advertising. Feb. 2023 my Xfinity phone bill went from $25.00 to $233.26!!! I flipped out! I was not told I was going into a $15 per MB fee SVC after 1-2 years? At all by the initial overseas salesman. I have stopped my bank from the Xfinity Mobile auto-deduction. Still in dispute with them and my banks fraud dept. To-date. I want my $208.00 back NOW! I still have both cell phones. I wish to cancel the phone SVC only with Xfinity Mobile as of. Feb. 2023. Plse help!?

      The crooks stole money from my bank account.The woman i talked to promised me if i used there phone service i could keep my phones. My total bill was supposed to be 165 a month. They mailed out phones. took 81.70 from my bank account. then said owe 1000 for the phones. i see why people go postal.spent 6 hours on the phone all i got was promises and run arounds. i never talked with any one that could speak so i could understand what they was saying.

      My internet servince kept having issues and was out for multiple days over a few weeks. Comcast agreed to reduce my next bill by $15. The next bill came and they charged me the regular amount without a reduction. I spoke to someone else and they said I would be refunded. Never came. Spoke to someone else and they said it'll be reflected in my next bill. Maybe that's true but there is no reason comcast should keep my $15 for a month. This is obviously a minor issue but overall, Comcast is the worst company I've ever had to deal with.

      I was receiving xfinity internet services. I decided to look into their mobile options; however my family decided not to switch.
      We never used any xfinity mobile services and when I spoke with someone on Feb. 9, 2023, he stated I would receive a full refund for the months I had been charged. I got charged Feb and a nominal amount in March, and luckily I think they stopped charging me since I was not billed in April. No one in person can help me and now I can’t speak with someone on the phone because my acct apparently does not exist.
      It is really frustrating that I was charged months for a service I did not use. Yes I should have realized this beforehand, but I had xfinity internet and I had assumed those were the charges. It was not until I canceled internet service that I realized I was being charged for Xfinity mobile.
      If the agent would have stated it was too late, that would have been frustrating, but he stated his manager confirmed all charges would be refunded.
      The worst part of this is never being able to talk to someone and try to come up with a reasonable alternative.
      I rather have no internet service than to be customer of Xfinity again.
      Hopefully ATT U-Verse and other internet companies start to become more prevalent because Xfinity needs to no longer exist or realize they need to start providing better customer service
