      On AR you’re suppose to cal 811 to put in an order to have marking in your yard prior to digging or any kind of gardening where you break the soul. I did that twice, tge initial call and a follow up call. I received a phone call at 7:15am on Saturday morning (5/20/23). Who calls that early on a Saturday, I digress. I spoke to Tasha, who was very rude with me and said it was my job to contact them. I told her that was her job. She hung up on me. Then I called back and spoke to a lady that refused to give me her name. I called a 3rd time and spoke to Me, yes Me was her name. She was also rude. I finally said I don’t care anymore. I tried to do the right thing but doing “your” job after I did my job by calling 811. All I have to say is…No wonder people in my area are cancelling their service with them. Very rude Customer Service!!!!
      Don’t know what you can do, I just wanted to file a report.

      This is the worst company I ever have to deal with. I sign up for internet service on Aug 2022 & until today 5/20/23 I still don’t have service at my location. They were supposed to put in an underground cable line from the street to my home in order for me to get wifi. I get many appointments but no one show up to do the work. Then, I get the run around explanation & lied to when speaking to their customers service. Yet, they kept charging me a monthly wifi service that I don’t have. I’ve spent too much time dealing with them but nothing have been resolved.

      We bought a brand new house that the yard is not fully finished. Xfinity came out and we asked them not to burry the lines. Technician said to call and schedule a time when landscaping was done. Someone came out anyways and buried the line, landscaping came and accidentally cut our buried line. No internet for 4 days and working from home. Comcast had a technician come out and because I wasn’t home during work hours which I had to go work elsewhere, he left and didn’t fix the line. I have talked to 10 different reps and 5 different managers, none of which are taking responsibility. We are now going on 5 days and there is no way they don’t hVe an emergency tech that would take them 5 minutes to do the job. I guarantee if I was a new customer signing up they would be out immediately. The customer service also has no recollection of me talking to anyone besides twice.

      Terrible Customer Experience:

      I have spoken to over 27 agents in 5 days regarding the cable service. Agents are not properly trained on products and call time to speak to an agent is upward of 20 mins. All call are routed to Philippines or Jamaica and only after requesting a US based agent will you be transferred. The wait times are extremely long by design and Comcast ensures you loose you mind in the automated process prior to speaking to an agent. I would NEVER recommend Comcast to anyone.

      I canceled wifi services for the month of April and they were suppose to cancel services on April 31st. Comcast still proceed to give me wifi services till May 10th. They charged me for the month of May 60.00 because of extra gigabit used and services that were still on going till May 10. They still gave me services and weren't supposed to. (That is illegal and a hidden charge for rendered services) Now they send me a billing statement for 55.00 for cancelation fee. Where are all these hidden fees coming from? I've been a loyal customer for the past 5years! I will NEVER EVER get Comcast ever again! I was given a $20 credit and how am I supposed to use that. I have spoken to multiple representatives and 1 representative told me that I was going to get a refund. I think its time to Sue to Comcast. So many hidden fees and that is illegal!!!

      I tried to order this service when I moved. First they had sent the package to wrong address. Then I called to cancel it. After I repeatedly had said the address several times to make sure that they understood the address. After making sure they understood I never had lived and had called 3 times about this. To resolve this issue. The company continues to insist on billing me for the service to that address I had never lived there. Saying that I owed them the equipment. It is not my fault that they sent the equipment to wrong address and they need to go get it. And to stop trying to make me paying for it.

      Our internet and cable went out. Called xfinity. They sent a signal etc.. it worked for minutes. Again called, processed done Again. Then we were talked into getting a phone. We told him on 5/5/23 that we will be leaving our vacation home on 5/8/23. He said oh today is day 1 tomorrow day 2.you get it tomorrow. It arrived Monday. We were not there to sign. FedEx delivered it 3times. No one is there. It's at FedEx office for 7 days. FedEx called said they will return it to sender if I don't pick it up.2 days ago I get email saying I activated the phone. Next day they gave me a # for the phone and charged me 30.00. Numerous calls made. I've talked to people in India, Mississippi and it's apparent they follow a script. They don't understand I'm 1500 miles away from the vacation home. And the internet and cable are not working there.and of course I'm being billed. They want to send a repair person out. I'M NOT THERE. TRY CALLING HEAD QUARTERS THE # IS BOUNCED BACK TO THE REPS SOMEWERE IN THE WORLD. and this is the only service in the area.

      Xfinity mobile is a horrible service and all they do is tell you what you want to hear w/o trying to really resolve your issue. Feel like we've been scammed. Research before signing up!

      A contacted Comcast on a service issue. The representative I reached took it upon himself to offer savings on my account.
      Cool, I am all about saving money when I can. After we were done with the trying to save $50 a month. I then was able to get a scheduled service technician.
      Within 2 weeks of that phone call I've been build approximately $500 more than I was previously, I am still waiting for a service technician to come out and deal with my service issue they did not make their scheduled appointment. I spent well over 4 and a 1/2 hours on the phone trying to get or recover that money. Just to find out that they could credit my account 1/5 of that they are not taking any ownership of any of the overbilling. And the credit didn't come back to my account it's being applied to next month's bill. Allow me to go back to the 1st part of my statement I called for a service issue and an offer was made to me.
      Absolutely worst experience. The most valuable thing I have in my life is My time and they wasted more than 4 and a 1/2 hours of it. I still have not received the credits that are owed or due to me and I will have to call them again and probably spend another 4 to 5 hours going over The very same thing. My service issue is still not fixed I have a 800m service that I can't get 300m speeds across. We have changed out cables we have power cycled multiple times we have tried multiple speed sites, we flushed the ips. I consistently get between a 175 and 325m. It has been this way for months. Had a appointment comcast never showed or called to reschedule. However the thing that drove me over the edge, Was I called for a service issue got offered a reduction in my bill and my bill trippled or I should say 3x as much was removed or pending removal from my account.

      How can one of the top ISPs have no availability for basic modem functionality? Or their customer service agents not have an understanding of what port forwarding is?
