      Xfinity promised to reduced my phone bill by 10.00 per month in April 2023 if I sign up for paperless billing, which I did. May-August no reduction by Xfinity after they made several promises to correct.

      Force you into paying for stuff you don't want and then you can't even cancel it.

      I pay for speeds I never see, the website is super slow, customer support is terrible, I hate this company but because they are an oligopoly I have no choice but to deal with this terrible company.

      One of my 4 Xfinity mobile accounts was charged $90 for data use when I had turned data off and intended to use wifi only. We had an internet interruption due to an Xfinity problem, it was not a consumer problem. I reported it and Xfinity repaired the problem. After Wifi was restored, the phone that had data turned off, automatically turned it back on without my knowledge and my 94-year-old mother who uses the phone continued to play mobile games as she always does. When I received my bill and saw the $90 data fee on her phone, I spoke with an Xfinity agent, explained what happened, and asked for a $90 credit. I was told that the credit would be applied. However, when I got my bill, I can see that it wasn't. Today I called again and explained the problem and asked that the credit be applied because I didn't do anything wrong, the problem happened because of an Xfinity problem. After much time escalating the issue I was refused the credit and remain very unsatisfied with the lack of service or care from Xfinity.

      My Horrible experience with Xfinity:

      It is hardly possible to reach a life support….took me from 3:30pm-11:00pm trying to get a live person and solve an issue.
      Most calls are forwarded overseas I.e. India, Mexico, The Philippines hence when you have matters to address other than the basic talk they are trained for, they are totally lost and completely unaware how to direct the customer.
      After 4 of those attempts I called the 1800 that operates in USA, they drag you yo endless chats and commands and if your option is not given you go around multiple times before realizing that the system is set up to avoid any rep getting on a live call. The ONLY way I could get a person was to go for the way to communicate is via chat only with the option “reset my cable box” wait 10 min call back in order to get to the option of “if issue was not solved …”
      They didn’t honor the contract with my association installation included hence need to provide proof for them to remove the $100 charge.
      When The technician came last week, he was new and almost left because there was not a second tv as per wrongly put on order, I insisted he calls in and his supervisor explained him to go ahead and install
      One box, he drilled a hole on a structural wall before he was willing to listen that the hole had to come from the balcony window frame. I would give -5 stars if that option existed.

      we moved to a city 20 ,miles away. we wanted to transfer on service (same plan). they said it was not avilable . so we pay the same for less. no hbo showtime we lost all our extra channels. we went to the store and they cannot understand why they did this.(online) and they can't do anything about it.Bait and switch

      from may to july , My service was on and off repeatedly . All the executives at Comcast
      should be prosecuted and sent to jail for fraud and misleading the public .Collectiing money without proving service . I filed a complaint with michigan public service commission. DO NOT USE COMCAT OR XFINITY.

      Ordered plan that advertises 100mbps upload, but when processes and completed it goes only 13mbps.

      I know for a fact my equipment can handle at least 20mbps because the previous faster plan (that advertised 15mbps upload) hit 20mbps on testing.


      Not only this but going through the ordering process the price just creeps up without adding any additional services. As you select the plan it starts at one price and without any notice the price jumps up by $5 near the end. No reason behind it.

      I have several services bundled through Xfinity including home security, internet, and TV. Everything is glitchy. My network is always disconnecting, my signal is always weak, and half the time my TV won't stream anything. I've been with the company for 2 years now, and when I say I've problems the entire 2 years, I mean it.

      Xfinity was just at my home 2 weeks ago to fix my internet. When the technician was here, I told him I thought there was something wrong with the modem as it has always been glitchy for the entire time I've had it. He ran some tests, said the problem was elsewhere, "fixed" it, and was on his way.

      For 2 weeks my internet worked. Then today happened. I'm trying to work on a laptop and stream TV. I don't have much else connected to the internet except a couple of Echo Dot devices throughout my home. My email was working ok, but the TV was acting strangely. While streaming a program on Hulu, the program kept restarting, playing up to a certain point, buffering, and then starting over again. I thought maybe it was a Hulu problem, so I tried watching something in Disney+. Disney+ simply wouldn't even play. That's when I decided to do a speed test. According to Xfinity, my internet speed was only 8% of what I was paying for and clearly was the issue with the TV streaming. Then their "chat" function in the app (which is just a glorified appointment scheduler AI BS), and they told me a technician needs to come out and fix my modem.

      I'm livid. I shouldn't have to have Xfinity come out every 2 weeks to fix my internet. I've never gotten the speeds I've paid for throughout my entire contract and I'm over it. I've perpetually had problems with my internet connection. I'm a small business owner who works from home. I need my internet working. I can't keep doing with this with them. I'll be calling tomorrow to cancel my contract and going with someone else. This is nonsense.

      I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. My husband is in the hospital and is very ill and I have asked to please extend my payment to the end of the month. They said they can't change the payment arrangement I already made. I pay so much monthly as it is but I don't mind too much because I love the internet service we get.
      We get charged a month in advance so I actually only owe half of the amount listed. If I get disconnected, I will be going somewhere else and I will put this all over social media and let all my friends know I have a lot of them that when you are in need of some help they do not care. I know someone can over ride this. This is important because I work from home. I cant lose my job!!!

      Very bad experience, the bill amounts are different for each month although we have a fixed rate, when I tried to get an explanation, the agent try to lie to me, and when asked for supervisor, I am still on hold for almost two hours. Instead of paying $1000 for the whole year, they took through Auto pay over $1000 and the statements are not available on their web page. I will look for another provider since I am done doing business with liars and thieves!
