      They promised me a discount by adding a mobile line to my plan and all I got was an increased in my monthly internet payment and shortened my promotion.

      I was with Xfinity for two years and was moving in with family for a few months, so no longer needed my plan. Comcast advised I cancel my plan on 7/31 and the contract ended 8/4 a few days later. I was told there would be a couple dollars fee for early cancellation, but I was fine with this. It came to my surprise that Comcast, after numerous calls and a horrible time trying to get ahold of them, that Comcast charged me $20 in early termination fees that covered two months even though I was told it would be a couple dollars by two separate individuals. This was escalated up to a supervisor who approved the price fix, and then I got another call two days later from a supervisor saying they rejected the price adjustment and there's nothing they can do. I told them I don't appreciate bring scammed and will not return to Comcast in the future.

      Comcast Business phone and internet service is horrible.... We have been trying to get our phone system corrected for a month and a half and still not corrected.. Today we have no phone and internet for our church and it has been out since yesterday morning.. And now we have to have a tech coming out tomorrow between 10-12 to fix it.. And we know from previous tech issues that they come whenever... So I am not looking forward to this at all.. We are located in PA.. The amount of money you spend on this serve and the problems are unbelieveable... And the AI for the system is ridiculous tell you to go to the portal.. How with no internet!!!

      Their customer service is the worst. The chat bot can barely do anything right. Regardless of how many times you reword a question, it keeps giving the same worthless responses.

      Then when you call the phone number, it’s blockaded by an automatic system that keeps trying to redirect you back to the chat bot. It does this by giving you limited options to choose from, and then when you can’t find your problem, its response is to send you a link to the bot.

      So finally you choose something that doesn’t actually apply to your problem, just to get a chance to hold for a human. When the human eventually responds, they end up putting you on hold again, so they can do what the automated system should have done in the beginning and send you to the right department.

      All of which means that a fairly simple problem can take at least an hour or two to resolve. Most of which is spent just trying to get to the person who can actually fix your problem.

      If this system is a good example of what people are calling AI, I’m not impressed. It’s the dumbest customer service system I’ve ever dealt with.

      Customer service billing department wouldn't solve my issue. I was chraged for services without my knowledge. Never gave permission for service. After 4 hours talking to xfinity and other service, xfinity only credited half the bill.

      Xfinity took $400 from my bank without my authorization and without any debt owed. Took then about a week to redeposit. Customer service was terrible and put me through hell . If I can find an alternative to Xfinity I will.

      Worst customer service. All they do is read scripts, can't transfer you to proper dept or supervisor. Tried to transfer my phone line and they refused to give me proper unlock codes to release despite phone being paid in full

      I have spent 2 days trying to resolve a router issue. Endless circle of computer on phone, diagnostic, wait 10 minutes for a call back, get told no agent available. Hung up on. Start over. 24/7 help with live text? Never an agent available. Literally, no one will help for days now.

      My phone is not compatible with their service, and I can't get a cancellation or refund or speak to a representative to resolve the problem.
