      Returned phone same day . Still charging me for it. Talked with Xfinity by phone they said I have to pick up phone from store get mailing label then return the phone. I'm 83 have to get transportation to return to store. Why do I have to do the work for them. Lousy customer service either at the store or by phone. Person I did business with did not tell me it was an extra phone nor that it was an android phone. She did not at that time give me a number associated with the "free" phone. When I returned it said she told me it was a Motorola phone. I didn't know that meant it was an android phone not an iPhone. She also said she gave me a number which she did not. Even when I asked to make sure my phone number I have was being transferred over to xfinity. Nothing mentioned of additional phone number. So they are charging me for the phone even tho I returned it to the store. This was only a 1/2 hr after I got it. The phone is in their possession not mine. I immediately changed over to Verizon.

      I cancelled my internet subscription, have EVIDENCE of doing so, their staff didn’t cancel me correctly and now they are charging me for service that should’ve been cancelled.

      I am a senior citizen. I have received an incorrect amount on bills for months. Apparently they have been giving me one of their higher payer channels when I cleared stated I wanted the choice package. The package plan I wanted is supposed to be 152$ a month. They have also overcharged me for internet and the bill has varied in price over the months. The biggest problem is they won’t let you speak to a representative and the wait time is outrageous, at least a hour and a half or more. As well the people I have spoken to are from the Philippines and no where located in the United States. They could not help me and I have tried to resolved my problems more than once.

      I have a Xfinity internet account, and I deeply regret going into business with this company. I would like to start out by saying that the customer service that your company provides is the worst that I have ever encountered. You claim to have 24 hours customer service, but you forgot to mention that it is only AI. It is practically impossible to get a real person. Furthermore, if you can find a phone number or an email address every phone number will lead you to the same AI. Any emails sent to customer service will be undeliverable and rejected.
      Let's get to my problem; the internet line that was ran to my house comes up out of the ground about 2 feet away from the house creating a tripping hazard, mostly for me cutting the grass. I submitted a repair request June 20th through AI. I did not get any response. I submitted another request June 28th because it had been a week and I knew nothing. The second ticket was submitted on June 28th Today's date is August 16th and still no response. The email that I tried to send to the VP & Chief Customer Experience officer on August 15th was rejected. I will paste in part of the rejection email. The complete email will not fit. I need this to be resolved ASAP.

      Xfinity mobile is charging me for a service I never used. I don't have a SIM card for Xfinity - I use AT&T. When I finally got through to them (many attempts, endless circles) and complained to the FCC, they finally responded with a partial refund (which they claim they've credited my checking account but haven't seen actually deposited). They claim they will only refund for six months, it's their "policy." In short, they've been stealing from me for 16 months for a service I do not want, have never activated, and don't use. These people are criminals.

      This company tries hard to be terrible and they excel at it. When I tried to switch mobile services, they fought me tooth and nail and made it extremely difficult to port my phone number to the new carrier. After 8 or 9 days and probably 40 to 60 hours of dealing with 10 or 15 different people who told me the number could not be ported, I resigned to the only other option which was to get a new number. Getting a new number after having the same one for over 20 years causes a whole set of new headaches. I also filed a complaint with the FCC because it is illegal for a phone company to obstruct someone from porting a number. Within 12 hours of filing the FCC complaint, I had 2 different Comcast people reach out telling me they could port the number with just a couple clicks of the mouse. To add to the terribleness, they still have my credit card on file for autopay and have charged it twice now but they refuse to print or email me a copy of the charges they are billing me for. I am also blocked from being able to access my account information online. It's hard to understand how a company this bad is allowed to operate the way that they do.

      No stars for this company!! However, I’ve just been forced to leave a star rating so they get one star. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Near impossible to reach a human without getting routed to a text service and then getting stuck in a loop of unhelpful options. When you actually dial the phone number for Xfinity, the option to speak with a customer service representative does not exist. Generally takes ~ 10 minutes or more to reach a human and then another 30-40 minutes of haggling to get your issue addressed and to request a refund for poor service. If they say that someone will call you back the next day, no one ever does. Pathetic service!! The only thing they are really good at is frustrating their customers. Maybe they should hire more PEOPLE.

      terrible internet ever. it disconnect more than 10 times every singleday. and hard to talk with human . whatever i has connection matter, they said all outage looks good my area . so i changed new modem 2 times and still same matter. when i complain about it they said they goona send a techincian but they will charge! what??? why??? im so sad that i don't have any other internet company for my area. maybe thats why they ignore all of my neighbor and me. they hide something problem but they still charge 145 dollars per month just for internet and basic TV channel. i really get stress every time when i use internet and tv. they never say or explain any. they just said they gonna send a technician and they will charge.. is this kind of new ganster business or what?.... pulease......~omg

      Can’t get a rep on the phone. Multiple appointments and they have not fixed service. I have spent HOURS AND HOURS OVER 5 months trying to get my service working and I constantly get stuck on the phone with an automated system that does not help. I’ve tried talking, texting, troubleshooting through the automated system. No one helps and each technician does not fix anything. It’s absolutely horrible and insanely frustrating. I have screenshots of the texts and a manager just closing the conversation and never reaching out after that.

      One star only because I can't give it a negative rating.

      My cable went out 15 minutes ago without warning. I tried to text them using the direct-to-agent number they gave me. No answer. I called the main number: it told me to reboot the box (it already did that itself). When i refused to reboot a second time, it hung up on me. An agent finally answered my text and told me to call back tomorrow and refused to speak to me (texting for long periods of time is difficult for me) and told me i was rude and I should either call the main number (again, hung up on me once already) or ask for a callback (why should I if they're already right there?).

      A few weeks ago they moved a whole chunk of stations without prior notice. So I had no idea where 30+ channels went.

      Just an awful, awful company. Overcharges, poor service, terrible agents, zero accountability.
