      This is the definition of irresponsable and neglected company… the amount of time this company have make me waist its immeasurable… I ask to get a line buried and had a contractor dig the hole and put a pipe or what ever is that to get the cables in the ground… their only job was to pull a cable down that pipe and connect it… they came over look at the pipe and them came back to just get that cable through the pipe… guess what… the cable is hanging off the pole…. Never connected it… and sent me a message saying “it’s all done” the cable on my house it’s not connected either…. I keep on calling and making new tickets and all that and they keep on saying they are coming and I’m waiting at home to make sure this time they connect that! And nop …. Nothing happens… this company it’s not worth the time and money I pay… it’s really a pain to have this company as a provider… as soon as my contract expire I’m changing…

      How about the zero stars?


      The business itself xfinity is garbage! From the online automated mess or speaking with humans from Asia somewhere! It’s a literal joke. I called yesterday on the 18th and set up an appointment for today. Nobody has called or showed up so I called back to find what’s going on! they don’t have any record of any appointment. I waited on the line 30 minutes yesterday to arrange this appointment about the outside cable box that is old weather beaten and won’t stay shut cables hanging out all over the place. The box needs to be replaced or repaired.. so today I’m told it’ll take 14 days! the way they do business is appalling! I’m just shocked they’re still in business!
      They charge you a fortune for internet but the customer service isn’t worth 5 cents! They’ve gone downhill there’s nothing special about Xfinity/Comcast anymore. I’m just hoping for the day when I won’t have to use this company at all. I no longer use them for cable or land lines. I’ve gotten rid of both of those things I pray one day in the near future I’ll be able to do something else in terms of high speed Internet, and we can get rid of these big corporate companies that are only concerned about making money.

      Don’t do it! Do get it! Don’t! They suck! They have hidden fees like old flip phones. Like the old Verizon services. After you talk for a few days you get charged for extra data even though it’s supposedly unlimited and their customer service sucks! No one is willing to listen or help. One person offers you one thing and the next have no idea what the promo is and l of a sudden it’s not a true promotion. Then they tell you that they tell you that for commission. So pretty much they lie to get you and stick you with the bill. Poor grammar I’m sorry I’m just really upset.

      I just disconnected my internet service with Comcast Xfinity because I was not happy with the speed for the monthly fee I was paying. When I called to disconnect the service, they told me I was under a contract which I was not told when they implemented the rate change and I had been a customer with Xfinity for over 10 years. They charged me early termination fee even though I was their loyal customer.

      They over charge. I have acp since I am low income my bill supposed to be $8. Every month they charge $40-70. no one speaks English no one gives straight answers.

      They overcharge for everything! They have been charging me for 2 cellphones when 1 of them is inactivated. And it says so on my account. When I went to lower my cable bill after 5+ YEARS of consistent service, they wanted a deposit of $252, to be paid back after 6 months. Just to save $37 from a $224 monthly bill. Also, they have me paying for 400mbs internet, but when I check the speed, I'm NEVER over 15mbs. What is going on in this country? If you have a choice (and our area, we DON'T, don't choose Comcast. One of their own techs warned me a few years ago about how they notoriously double bill when you're an auto pay client and (to NEVER DO AUTO PAY)! With these shady practices going on for YEARS, DECADES..... how is this company still getting away with this??

      I ordered a Galaxy fold z5 during the pre order promotion which included an 800.00 dollar credit for a Trade- in of my current, iphone mini 12, As to date 8/17/23 I have not received the promised return label required to send the phone in for credit. The deadline on the agreement was for the phone to be received by 25Aug23. The link to print the return label on the Xfinity mobile app is broken and will not allow me to print. I have voiced my concern and a placed request for the shipping label from Xfinity Customer Service. Never got a reply, 2 days later I went to Xfinity Mobile Store here in Utah. Told the representative I spent 1.5 hours on the first call to Xfinity Customer service. The Representative said he would escalate the request and put in a ticket to a Tier 3 representative. 24 hours later no call back. He made a call to customer care and generated yet another ticket ( #ECMXXXXXXX720) for a Tier 3 representative. He said if I did not here from them within 48 hours to call. 72 hours later I called Customer Care and again was told a ticket was being generated. 24 hours called again (total time from first call 7 days), this time I was told they were "still working on it and not to call back and there are great deals for adding additional lines." I did some research on Xfinity web page appears many Customers have a problem with getting the Trade-in deal offered when purchasing a new phone. I was a Comcast customer for 17 year in Philadelphia, 3 years in the south, and more then 1 year with Xfinity mobile here in the West. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. And given the other customer complaints, I am not sure I would receive the credit even if I manage to get a return label in time to send the unit in.

      Lost several days of work while trying to transfer service. I was repeatedly given the wrong information and was never told that the address I had moved to has never been hooked up for service (expecting to just hook up my equipment and go because I was told this). Finally, they told me a tech would be out to hook up service. 30 minutes past the scheduled time, I called Comcast only to be told a tech had never been scheduled. I had called two hour earlier and been told a tech was scheduled and on the way.

      They also have predatory tactics where they will raise your bill if you’re not watching it. This company is a terrible monopoly and shouldn’t be able to profit the way they do. Terrible.

      I have been ongoing internet issues for over 2 years. Comcast/Xfinity has sent a technician out multiple times and every time told me that the issue with dipping speeds is outside the house because of bad underground lines. The latest tech told me they've been trying to "find money" to fix it, but it would be a huge, costly project. I'm being charged full price for internet that the company knows is not working. I contact support by phone, they give me a runaround between technical and billing support and claim they cannot issue a refund or discount until the problem is fixed. But they continue to tell me they cannot fix the problem. This is criminal activity.

      Xfinity's customer service is bait and switch. That is ok T-mobile who I have been with for 17 years will pay Xfinity's early termination fee. Beware of this company, who refused to work with retaining me as a customer after being with Xfinity since 2018. I had this matter escalated to a manager which was a waste of time. I cancelled 8/8/23, they told me it was cancelled to find out account was not closed until 8/15/23, then charging me in full unauthorized for another month. Very slimy.
