      I give 0 stars comcast xfinity has been scamming their customers for years and now they will not refund my money after asking to stop payment and cancel service. They refuse to give a refund after being told they would the biggest scam in the world.

      We're not even customers with this new business profile yet. Have had them in the past for personal internet and phone. Trying to set up business internet now. Unable to get through their phone systems. As SOON as I signed up - I was unable to get any help or speak to a person. This is on the same line I had called in on literally one minute before. As a non-customer, I got right through to a live person who was helpful. Realizing I needed to change our appointment time, I was unable to speak to anyone and all prompts on their phone system were not working anymore.

      We all know the deal here - Comcast is famous for being a monopoly, not allowing you to cancel your account, and being an abhorrent business as far as customers go (their A+ rating on BBB is proof of that - only the worst of the worst pay to get an A+.

      I don't expect this will survive. The deal is too good and the money too much between BBB and Comcast - they're just SO evil that I had to vent about it. I'm pretty right-wing and this is a disgusting big business crushing the little guy and abusing government regulators to hold people down. Gross.

      They'ver been overcharging me for 10 months. I had their Internet and mobile services since 2017, and last year I moved to a ZIP code where they don't have Internet. Every month since Oct 2022, they've been adding $50 as a penalty for not having Internet. Every time I call, I talk to at least 2 or 3 people, and they remove the fees, and they tell me it won't happen again. And Every month, this continues. In Feb 2023, they said they submitted a support ticket because this shouldn't keep happening. It didn't help. They lost the ticket. In May 2023, they said there's a new billing plan I quality that is $70.76/month for 2 lines and unlimited data. They said this would be permanent because it's a Since then (it's now August), nothing has changed, I'm still being billed the extra $50. Today, they said beause this has been going on for so long, it's their "policy" not to reduce the bill, and they won't change it. Their "solution" now is for me to find a friend with Xfinity Internet and add my lines to their account. All I'm asking is for them to do what they said they would do: Make the new billing plan in May permanent. $70.76 including taxes and fees for 2 phone lines and unlimited data. It shouldn't take 10 months to resolve something this simple.

      Xfinity mobile is a horrible company. Their customer service is the worst. Trying to talk a real person take forever, and then once you get a live agent you can’t understand them.
      I ordered 2 iPhone 14’s and a SIM card for an old phone on March 31, 2023, only received one 1 iphone and the SIM card, the other box was empty. The next day I went to an xfinity store, they said they couldn’t help me because I had ordered it online. Since 4/4/2023, I have talk with 14 different people at differently levels of the company, I had to go to the police station to file a report but couldn’t file a report. The officer I spoke with said being the phone was not stolen from me, but from xfinity I couldn’t file a report, but she gave me a case number. Filed a dispute with FedEx, which they denied because they are only the shipper and not the packager. Finally on June 24, I was able to return the phone and SIM card that I had received.
      But they never stopped charging me for either phone and SIM card. To this day are still charging for both phones and SIM card. I spoke with a person today and she reassured like several customer service people I’ve spoken to that this would be handle it, stop charging me and credit me the money I have already paid. They also said they would me call either before the end of their shift or the next day, nothing! Also said I would receive an email the next day nothing. Today a few hours after phone I did receive an email saying they were crediting my account $203.00. Nice but they owe me $897.53.

      I have been a XFinity customer for 15 years and less than a year with the mobile . They are willing to lose a long time customer who pays $500 a month for both over $30. They keep charging me for an iwatch and line that I DO NOT have. For 8 months i call and get charges reversed. I have filed FCC complaint and contacted Rep Josh Harder to inform them about this. Do NOT sign up ! They do deceptive billing

      I signed up for service and now I am stuck with the worst service ever. When I make a call, on the receiving end it shows up as the previous persons name who had the number. I went to the storefront location. There were 8 employees standing in a cluster and I was the sole customer. I explained the problem and was told they could not help me and to call 611. After spending time on the endless phone tree I got a live human. Now all my calls show as RESTRICTED or UNKNOWN regardless if the person I am calling has me in their call log. Stuck in a contract with a phone that is worthless. I cannot call banks, pharmacies and the list goes on. People do not answer my calls or they are blocked. Xfinity has the worst service and they simply do not care,

      The insurance they sell you at the time of purchasing your phone goes to a third party who takes anywhere from
      five to ten business days, and my last experience with them on my wife's phone took over thirty days to receive a new phone. I'm the primary Account holder and was told after I dropped my phone of rwo years of paying for my insurance, it would take five to ten business days. To send me a refurbished phone.

      xfinity mob il they keep head in my credit card the amount of 75.05 a nd my account its been closefor along time . they keep sending all calls over seas and suprise me the try to collect the money that its not actual. so my problem keep persisting and keep head in my credit card. so the question its. are information its safe with out over seas transantion? watch out.

      Xfinity mobile charged me for hundreds of minutes for wifi calling while abroad, while my cellular data was off and roaming was set to NO, close to $400 just in one month. No desire from their side to understand or to help. its a shame. stay away!!!

      I switched to Comcast Business Mobile in April 2023, I was promised $200 visa gift card for each mobile line I switch & $700 for the trade in for the phone that we got a new Iphone 14. We had received the label in email & we mailed out the phone on 4/29/23 via USPS & the tracking # is 9202 0902 5048 5701 0909 26. I have not received any bill credit for trade in phone till now, I have been calling every month & spending 2 hours getting transferred from 1 department to other & still have not received any resolution. Every month the person I get says it will start from that month & will get credit for the previous months. But still have not gotten any credit.
      Even for the $200 gift cards, I received only one which should have been 4. Every month I call, I just get transferred to different departments & no one is taking care of the bills. I just talked to them today & the same issue.
