      Xfinity account # and I have been a Comcast Xfinity costumer for over 5 years.When I moved to my current address I had a bundle package of Internet, cable and home security. In 2021 I cancelled my security system. Every since I cancelled my security someone in the Xfinity office has taken the liberty of adding someone else’s home phone to my account keeping me in a bundle package for over 2.5 years charging me an additional 30.00 a month. I have made several attempts to get this phone service off my account with no success. In may of 2023 I went into the Morrow Georgia office with my complaint. The rep closed my initial account and reopened my account assuring me that the home phone service is no longer. Since my bill was larger that I was told it would be I again examined my bill only to find out that the home phone number of is still attached to my account.
      I do have access to this phone number messages and when I dialed and used the code assigned to my account, I was able to hear messages intended for someone else. I know some of this person’s medical information and personal business. On August 12, 2023 I canceled all services with Xfinity..
      My goal is to recover my monies owed to me for a service I did not order.

      They won't let you cancel. You literally cannot get them to do it. I've been on the phone 8 times this week, and they put you into a feedback loop. Most agents speak poor english. This is a big scandal.

      Worst customer service ever.. 8 phone calls still no problem solving. Different story every time and problem STILL EXISTS. I CANT GET ANYONE TO HELP. If I did not have to use Comcast I would use ANYONE ELSE

      I have been with xfinity for a while now , so I had my sister to get the service, but they have done her wrong . They said her service will be one price, but when she got the bill it was something else . My sister called them to see what was wrong, so they said they would see how they can reduce her price . They took her call waiting, most of her stations off not telling her what they had done .She is on a fix income can not afford these high prices. She called again this time she put back everything back like it was and now the bill is $30 more. How can it change from 269 to 298 ? Now I know what they are doing they say they are fixing it ,but they take away you stations and call waiting , and when you call back to get it put back on your price change the same plan you just had but the price change. They did me the same way . They got a scam going on so look for service somewhere else . When I can find us both services elsewhere I hope we never have to have this service again . My sister left DirectTv because they was too high , and I did help her recommending Xfinity.

      All I wanted was a storm ready back up they were offering on their website. No one knew what it was, sent me the wrong devices 3 times, I was sent to a store to return it in exchange for the right device only to be told they had no idea. If the product isn't available just say it, but lie to a customer? Then they offered me a "free cell phone" and confirmed it was for a new line, only to be another lie, it wasn't for a new line. When I returned the phone and cancelled the whole thing, they went ahead and charged me a monthly bill for the phone service I am not using and a phone I don't have! When I call and chat to their agents, they never solve anything, I am still having to call to complain about their mistakes 2 months later, and I don't even know what to do, because it's like talking to a wall.

      Xfinity Mobile is a scam! I was promised a refund for all the charges I received after canceling my account. I only canceled because Xfinity Mobile's service was terrible in Washington and California... Before I canceled, I was promised by a representative in the billing department that I would not be charged for the cheap Samsung A53 phone that came with the promotion. I already had a new Samsung but they wouldn't let me use it. They said I must use the A53... They're unethical LIERS!!! They charged me over $500 for their phone because I canceled before 2 years as it was stated in the contract that I would pay full price if I canceled. When I called back multiple times, I was told by some reps that I wouldn't be getting a refund and some said that I would get my money back but they needed my new debit card on file to issue the refund. Next thing I know, they charged me yet again! I can't believe it! I wish I never signed up with this awful company!

      Have been a customer of Xfinity for a few years. Wanted to cancel and switch to another provider on April 27th, 2023. Talked to an agent and the agent told me I will get a $200 VISA prepaid card if I keep my service until the end of July cycle. Chatted again with their agent on Aug 24th, 2023 because I didn't receive any update. The agent told me there is no VISA prepaid card for me and they cannot see the history of chat. Have previous chat screenshot but no where to send it.

      Xfinity treat their customers like trash. I have been loyal for years and no return in loyalty. They lied and told me their was no outage in my area for residential. My family members has Xfinity business in the same subdivision and they were notified their was an outage. We were down the same time and received service back on at the same time. This has happened several times. They do this so they will not give you any credit. I work from home and I am not paid when service is down. They want to send a technician out which you are billed for when it's a xfinity outage. Customers are held hostage to this company because there is no other good service more than 1 gigs. My house is 4200sq. More than 25 devices needed. They play with folks life. I have been on my job 30 years. Not a vendor or contractor. I work directly with my company. This is my life and I live check to check and Xfinity is taking advantage . The folks at the top getting bonus checks off our backs. Greed has taken over quality and service for a lot of big companies and Xfinity is at the top. I see looking at their rating is under 2 and they are not paying attention and not doing anything about it. Shame on Xfinity and big companies who take advantage of your customers who are struggling but need your services.????????????????.

      I’ve been a loyal customer for at least seven years. I have many services at Comcast I have mobile service that I activated in store with the person that oversees my account managers it makes payments have made payments who makes me a platinum customer. I am handicap I don’t leave out of the house, so when we went there she’s responsible for everything on my account every since I have establish that account from day one I don’t understand how they can take money from her and authorize her to do certain things over charge her on my account but when she go to the store, they don’t even allow speaking to her When I set up the account, that’s the way it was established we provided both of our identification we have for mobile line here with Xfinity and we treated with the horrible service but they stay with the best customer got a replacement phone last week activated a brand new delivery from Xfinity. Every time we call has been on the phone for over three hours. No one has a resolution to what’s going on, I’m getting argue with if the phone was used I don’t know if the phone was used at purchased a new from Xfinity every since I purchased it I’ve been on the phone for three hours at a time at least seven times and no one has came with the resolution to make the phone work the phone has Internet, the phone receive some phone calls, but the phone do not make any phone calls, I’ve called several times to try to get it resolved. I’m being told that this was a used phone and if it’s a use phone I purchased it from them I didn’t purchase is used. I’m not aware if it’s used I don’t get any resolutions like that played a whole fall asleep while waiting to speak to someone nothing ever happens. This is the most horrible feeling in the world to be a platinum customer and you’re treated with zero appreciation

      I purchased the phone I poured it a number when I got ready to leave. The phone was not working. I have been there for three hours. I had an appointment I received a promotion from the number being poured it. I asked to buy a case the representative cannot help me because he needed to help the next customer, so I called back the next day because my phone was still not working so in order to keep the promotion, I ported second number when I purchased the phone I bought insurance as well as a promotion on the phone and I never received the promotion on the phone. I constantly call to get assistance on the phone. I never got an answer. I called him guys to the phone for a month I never got a resolution. I was always told that someone will call me get back to me a few weeks ago I looked up and the phone number has been disconnected. I never could get a resolution I never could get a replacement phone I never got any communication I will just get placed on hold told I will be call back and got the runaround now I have this bill that I owe but it shouldn’t be a bill that I owe if it was communication I will still be a good customer service like the loyal customer I’ve been to them
