    On 12/20/24 a transaction of $148.08 posted to my credit card for an order with Cookunity, that I skipped in advance of the cutoff date. When I noticed the transaction, I immediately attempted to contact the vendor via phone, No live agent is ever available. I left several messages on their voicemail, but did not receive a response. I also communicated with the help chat box, which stated that a live agent would contact me, and never did. I emailed Cookunity and was told I would receive a response within 24 hours, and I did not. It took days before I received a response, and when I did it was numerous customer service agents stating their cancelation policy and that I was responsible for the order as they could not locate anything in their system showing that I canceled the order. It is apparent that there are flaws in their system, as there is no live agent available at any time to respond to customer service concerns, voice messages are not returned, and the live chat box never got a live agent to correspond with me. Additionally, I also inquired about a charge to my account on 12/9/24 in the amount of $23.99 which I asked about in several correspondences, in addition to the delivery which I canceled, and no agent responded. I have a total of 17 email correspondences, in which no agent was able to provide me with resolution. Cookunity prides itself on being zero waste, yet delivered today 12/24/24 food which will go to waste, as I originally canceled the order because I would be out of town for the holidays. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service teams inability to respond at all, respond in a timely fashion, resolve a straightforward matter, or answer an inquiry regarding a charge. While I have enjoyed the service, this entire fiasco has left me wanting to cancel my subscription altogether and I will no longer recommend this service to friends.

    I paused my account at this business and they still charged my account. I contacted them and they refused to refund my money and still is going to send me a product that I specifically told them that I did not want. I contacted them the very next day when I notice the problem and they told me I didnt pause the account in time but I paused it twice. They charge me and I need my money back because I do not want this product and I shouldnt be forced to take something I dont want.

    I never done business with them before but I have transection on my credit card. While I contact the company they can't give me any information even I gave them a creddit card number.

    I was put on automatic deliveries without my knowledge. They charged my account $112. I tried to cancel so no food was sent and now I'm out $112. and no one is responding. They say I have credit but now I am getting no response. Previous responses are never from the same person for each contact. One of the many contacts, ****** states he is owner and CEO, offers assistance, then disappears. Last contact 1 week ago.

    I tried to cancel my subscription of meals, after trying them we find them not to our liking , to spicy to other country taste that were not familiar with I thought that they may have some that would work for us, but then they have no phone number that you can contact them. You can only do it through email and so much for that. Theyre sending us meals on Wednesday that I dont like I didnt choose. I thought I had canceled and they charged us $87, for this, my complaint is they dont allow you to contact them to talk. What if I had gotten poisoned food I never heard of a company that did not have a means to call and talk to someone. I guess I didnt do my homework fully before I ordered them first set of meals , I want canceled. I dont want their meals and I dont want them to charge me.

    This is a subscription service that offers a weekly meal plan and let's you pick the meals you want, charges you weekly, and sends them out a few days later. They picked my meals for me, and self confirmed an order for me, which I was not interested in. When I contacted them at about 7am the morning after I was charged to cancel my order, they refused. Not only that my food arrived in poor room temperatures And not to safe to consume Additionally the calories were over 1300 which is not something I would ever eat or put in my body. I offered to bring the food back and reject the order but they refused

    I skipped meal delivery for 2 weeks 10/23 and 10/30 as I am out of town. I notified the company before the deadline Friday that there was a mistake on their end. The company doesnt deliver until Wednesday. I requested that they cancel the delivery and refund my money. The customer service representative refused to do so. I want my money refunded for the 10/23 delivery and my service cancelled.

    CookUnity failed to deliver my weekly package of food. The delivery person always leaves my package on my porch and has done so for the past two months. My delivery time kept being pushed back over an 8-hour window and around 9pm, CookUnity claimed that the delivery was unsuccessful, which makes no sense at all due to their policies and past delivery practices. I was issued a credit but I specifically requested a refund several times via app chat and email. No resolution or commensurate compensation has been solidified.

    Company sent unauthorized replacement of item. I was never given the opportunity to choose a replacement, nor was I given the opportunity to request a refund. I am unable to eat the unauthorized replacement for religious and health reasons. Cook Unity refuses to refund the item and has now stopped responding. *** also requested the company remove all of my payment details from their site, as they have a history of wrongfully charging my card and taking no accountability. I am planning to cancel my subscription but want to ensure they no longer have access to my card information, seeing as they can not be trusted with that information. They refuse to remove the card details.
