    I am trying to cancel a subscription to CooksUnity and it will not give an option to. I do not want another order. I cant get in touch with a live person, theres no phone number. This feels like a scam. I want this cancelled immediately without charging my card.

    I ordered a meal plan and the plan was supposed to be at my house on Wednesday 8/13/25. The meals were not delivered until 8/14/25, when they arrived the ice packs and meals were warm, the ice packs were so warm they were falling apart, and I do not feel safe eating them. I promptly requested a refund and they stated that they gave me a credit. I request no credit to their company considering I will not order again and I sent another stating so with no response. so I sent another and I was told I could not receive a refund because they already gave me company credit. I then replied I will not order again and requested my money returned to my bank account not as a store credit. I am frustrated and would like my money returned

    This company's customer service is a effing joke!! They sent me spoiled food on 8/3. I was supposed to be refunded for that entire order. The order for 8/3. Then i found a hair in my 8/10 order (gross i know) it was for one meal and I was supposed to be refunded $9.71 in that order. So customer service being as incompetent as they are instead refunded my order on 8/10. That order is less than the one that I purchased the previous week so I was supposed to be refunded for the previous week (8/3) for some reason the customer support cannot comprehend this even after numerous emails. They think just because I was refunded $9.71 that it was some kind of error and they were doing me a favor by refunding me $87 because they deducted the $9.71. I have just been trying to tell them they need to refund my entire order for August 3 and for my August 10 order only one meal is supposed to be refunded which cost $9.71 so in total I am owed a refund for the entire order I made on August 3 and $9.71 for the order I made on August 10 I am supposed to get two refunds for two separate orders. And I have been going back-and-forth with customer service and they still do not comprehend. What the h*** Im saying. I would steer far away from this company because their customer service is absolute trash and they will never understand what you are saying. I amgiving them until the end of next week to resolve this before I file a dispute.

    I subscribed to CookUnitys meal service as a Plus Member under the promise that the automatic meal selection system would provide easy, convenient selections tailored to my preferences, order history, and favorites. This was one of the main features CookUnity advertises to attract busy customers like me.However, my experience has been the opposite:1.Misrepresentation of Preferences-Based Selection: The meals automatically placed in my cart are consistently meals I would never choose. For example, Chili Mac and Cheese which I find unappealing and remove every week continues to be added automatically. At the same time, none of the meals I frequently order or have marked as favorites are ever selected.2.Failure to Deliver Promised Premium Benefits: As a Plus Member, I was supposed to receive three free premium meals. Despite this, CookUnity has never included any premium meals in my selections.3.False Advertising of Convenience: The system is marketed as a convenience, claiming to save time and reflect my preferences. In reality, it requires constant manual correction, making it more inconvenient than simply selecting meals myself. This directly contradicts CookUnitys advertising.This is not a one-time glitch the system consistently fails to deliver what is promised, while CookUnity continues to advertise the service as if it does. This is misleading and constitutes false advertising.Resolution Requested:Immediate cancellation of my CookUnity ************** of ********************* advertising claims regarding preferences-based meal selection.Assurance that future marketing materials will accurately reflect the limitations of their automatic selection system.Supporting Information:I have contacted customer service multiple times regarding these issues, but no resolution has been provided. CookUnity continues to market features that do not work as described, which is deceptive to customers.

    Approximately 2 months ago I inquired about the products, prepared food for home delivery that the companys website offered. I did NOT order any of the products or pay them for any services etc. However, from that day forward, I have been receiving non stop emails and text messages 7 days a week, multiple times per day from Cook Unity. From day one, I attempted to unsubscribe and requested multiple times for them to STOP send me all the unwanted solicitations for their products. This has caused Cook Unity to send me even more unwanted solicitations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! I have never been so harassed by any one person or company in my entire life. I feel like their continued harassment borders on criminality. I have not contacted the authorities. I have had 100% satisfactory results in my previous complaints to BBB and was hoping you could help me with this issue, and if not, I could get information on who to contact to make this business stop harassing me. Thank you for your consideration and time.

    I will no longer be using your services. I was charged for a meal selection I did not personally choose, and unfortunately, due to my demanding schedule as a nurse, I missed the deadline (which was today at 12 PM) to select my meals. When I reached out to rectify the issue, I was told the food had already been processed and the payment had already been withdrawn from my account.

    This fresh food meal delivery scheduled. At 8:00 pm after waiting all day I received a message saying due to logistics it would be delivered the next day. After talking to an agent, I was informed that the Tracking was not available and not working. Their website says tracking has expired. The next day, still NO delivery, no way to track. Who knows where that fresh food has been for days in the heat. I want a REFUND.

    After almost a year from my last order the company placed a random unapproved order and refuse to issue a credit back to my credit card.

    This complaint is in regards to an automated processing order. I attempted to cancel my automatic renewal subscription via their website on 8/6, however there were technical difficulties preventing me from logging in to cancel the upcoming order for today 8/7. I contacted customer service and spoke with ****** via messenger who informed me they can only credit the account. Unfortunately, the credit is unacceptable since I have now proceeded to cancel the subscription due to the unsatisfaction. Therefore, I am still requesting a refund for the order that was processed today for $71.99.
