    I cancelled my subscription services and then received a charge one week later stating that my meals were locked in and being prepared. I immediately signed into my account to see that somehow it was not cancelled. Customer support had no empathy and only worked against me: told me all the reasons why the order could not be cancelled although the meals were not even made at this point. I contacted customer support a week prior to the meals being delivered, they were not even prepared at this point. This is not good customer service. I will now have to make a complaint to my bank and let them know that I had to cancel twice. The second cancellation being the only cancellation they recognized. They should try to understand peoples situations better instead of arguing with people why they should pay. Forcing people to take your product that they clearly do not want is not a good business. I would like my credit card info removed as Im terrified this will happen again!

    I went through the meals and estimated the actual amount of protein/calories and multiple meals had massive disparities. The company refused to offer a refund or anything else. Blatantly lying about nutritional information.

    Cookunity refuses to cancel/refund order that has yet to be prepared despite me telling them I wont be in the country starting this week.

    I attempted to cancel my CU order, but apparently it had failed to cancel. The following day (11/9) the system processed the order to a prior address that I no longer have access to. Within hours of the order processing I reached out to customer service to attempt to cancel the box that I already tried to cancel through their system. I was told that they couldn't cancel the order but would provide a 1 time accommodation to reroute the order to my new address. I provided the new address and was told they would follow up with any developments. Today, 11/14, I receive a text message that the order will be delivered to my former address that I do not have access to. Upon emailing customer service again, I was informed that the change request was denied, and there was nothing that could be done. I was never informed that this change request was denied, and I have no way of getting access to this shipment! I now have over $100 worth of food going in the garbage because CU couldn't simply change the address within hours of the order processing!!
