    Hi ****** - thanks for providing this feedback. Unfortunately, someone was fraudulently sending these orders to you and we don't have much control over that. I do hope this has stopped, as we did notify our shipping provider to stop delivery. Let us know if you have any concerns!

    I ordered again after many months because there was an email sent to me saying if I placed two orders within two consecutive weeks, I would get 25% off each order. I am expecting my second order today or tomorrow, however, I have not received a discount on either order per the receipt and my charges. I emailed them on the 18th about the prior orders discount, I received a reply, saying they would respond within 24 hours. They have not responded and there is no number for customer service and a personal contact. I would like the 25% discount on both the orders as promised.

    The user initial interaction was ***** ******* est time via email around a missing referral promo and our support team answered to her ***** 24 12:50am est time with a confirmation that her discount indeed applied on her invoice from ***** 15th. (proof of invoice was attached to that interaction). She answered thinking it was about something else, and our team confirmed with additional information --> case was closed (but the user never "open" our last response. Please see attach first picture).

    Second contact was Aug 18th 3:10 am est time, claiming a 25% off discount never applied to the most recent charge. Our support team answered to her Aug 18 9:48pm est time, acknowledging that it was correct and that we applied the promo manually to her account. Aug 23 (5 days later) She replies claiming we didnt answer to her in 24hrs as stipulated on our email auto-response. Our specialists sent a screenshoot confirming we did. Final conversation and confirmation from our team is done Aug 27 3:46pm est time, but she never replied back --> the email was never open on her end.

    I asked for an order to be canceled and a partial refund due to product quality. They said the order is already being worked on... it's supposed to be fresh. I had abdominal surgery, and the food is too salty and causing vomiting. The ************ for contacting them are via text and email. Their app doesn't work, and the website says they are having issues with texting and email. This has been like that for two weeks.

    They charged my credit card just for logging back on to the account. I never re subscribed or picked any meals. They wont give you your money back and want to charge a cancel fee of ten dollars when they were not authorized to charge my card

    I started receiving 4 meals and again today 4 more meals I did not order .Checked thing there are no charges I don't understand why I'm receiving meals .Thanks

    I am not a customer nor ever been a customer and somehow they have my savings account information and deducted money without permissions from my account and my bank allowed it.Days later my bank reversed the charges however the company did not contact me. Was this company hacked and or do they have less than desirable cyber security practices?

    The delivery service they use is unreliable. ******************* can all make deliveries to my apartment. Their delivery service could not. They called me the first time on March 12th, at 2:45pm and the last time at 2:47pm, but I was taking an exam for school and was not immediately available. I take online classes and since I work full time, most of my school work is done on weekends. So they decided not to deliver the package. Mind you, this was the second week of my service. No issues the first time. The package got to my door. I followed up with them the next day for my missing delivery and was told because they tried to make a delivery, that they could not redeliver or refund.So they essentially STOLE $156 dollars from me without providing what I paid for. This was most of the money I had budgeted to eat with for the week. The 12 meals was supposed to cover the whole week. Now I don't know what to do. What they did should be considered criminal. I can't imagine I am the only person they have stolen money from.

    I ordered 12 meals per week. I got 24 meals in 3 days. I tried to cancel the next 12 meals they were going to send in 5 days but they told me it was too late because they had already charged me. I could not Sind a human being to talk to. Horrible non existent customer service. Only bots available. Wouldnt mind getting refunded for the last 12 meals I tried to cancel for $168

    I ordered a delivery of 6 meals from CookUnity, and their website says that they should last in the fridge for 4-7 days. I recieved it on Friday 2/24 at about 3pm, and the food has a use by date of this Monday 2/27. I contacted customer service at about ****** that day, and told them what happened and how I can't consume these 6 meals in a couple days (they even encourage ordering 9 or 16 meals). They have refused to take any responsibility, and say that I can freeze them if I want. It is not written anywhere on their website that there is an expectation or recommendation that you freeze them, and if I wanted frozen meals I could get that elsewhere.

    This company is charging me for a subscription I never signed up for. They refunded me the first time this happened and then I got charged again. When I told the company to refund me again, they told me they were not able to do it because it was 24 hours after. Yet again, I never placed these orders and the company had all my information but not my correct address. They will not refund me and I want my money and nothing to do with this company ever again.
