    I ordered from them expecting a 60% discount on my first order. And since my first few payments did not go through due to a financial issue. They ended up not letting me use the 60% discount on my first order. They took it away, unscrupulous. I have yet to receive a meal package from them yet. But they already took the $116.00 out of my account.

    I placed an order with cook unity and didnt receive the meals. They offered me a credit to which I declined and requested a full refund, at which time they never communicated back

    I had a meal subscription plan with this business. Last week I selected my meals and waited to be charged which happens in ***** hours. My food came in the next week on Wednesday the 29th. I noticed it was not the food I selected. I sent a message to their live chat complaining about the situation. The live chat bot insisted I made the mistake. I then give up on complaining. Yesterday on the 30th I got a second set of meals from them, exactly what I had selected originally. I never once asked for a replacement but was charged twice. Today around 1:50 they charged me again for the same amount for next weeks order id like to cancel the last order. I have already canceled my subscription today.Each charge was $157.39 I am now completely broke!!!

    This has been the most horrific experience as a customer which I have ever ********** the delivery partner will not be delivering my order today (1/29/25) until after close of business (I receive all orders at a mail drop store which closes at 6:30pm), I demand a FULL REFUND on both of my orders -- prior to contacting Los Angeles news media to highlight the abhorrent service this company provides. Ignored emails, refusal to call me, and appalling customer care must be showcased for all of Los Angeles consumers. I will also be filing a complaint against Cook Unity with the California Attorney General to ensure full remediation, should this matter not be resolved immediately.Please confirm both refunds of these horrific orders immediately and urgently.

    I joined Cook Unity subscription on Jan 16 2025, and during the process I selected my first 16 meals and scheduled delivery in 27 Jan. I received scheduling order confirmation email. However, I want to change my delivery date and cook unity directly cancel my selected meals without notifications. And they processed random meals for me including so many burritos and veggie food.I tried to reach out customer services to process the meals I want or refund my order. Their solution is give 50% on my next order which is normal website promotions. I do not accept this solution and want to seek for help.The order amount is $62.27

    I recently signed up for CookUnity and in my first week of meals I found what looked like a full worm inside the baked swai. I can provide pictures if needed. This was absolutely disgusting but I couldn't find any help options on the website other than a chatbot. I went to cancel my subscription but I was offered 6 weeks of 30% off my shipments so I decided to keep it a little longer. But the 30% off was not applied to my last order that went out. I want my first week to be refunded because of the worm in my food and the 30% off that was offered to be applied to my orders going forward.

    I ordered a box of 12 meals to be delivered to my address on January 12, 2025. The order was a part of a sign-up promotion which discounted my first box by 40%, making it $99. On Wednesday, January 8, 2025, I was informed via my personal email that my order was processing. My credit card was charged $99. This is a normal process and did not raise red flags. Then, on Thursday, January 9, 2024, a received a notification from **************** that CookUnity charged my credit card a second time, this one for $125. Confused, I reached out to CookUnity (using the email provided on its website) informing them of the second charge. I was told I would hear back within 48 hours. I still have not heard back from CookUnity. On Monday, January 13, 2025, I randomly received a second box of meals at my door. The box had almost exactly the same meals as my first, with just one meal being different. This box represented the random $125 charge on my credit card, which CookUnity has still failed to resolve. So CookUnity charged my credit card for two boxes instead of one, charging me for both. I have sent numerous emails to the company pointing this out; I always get the same automated message saying I will hear back in 48 hours. The company does not have a consumer hotline to call - very suspicious to me. I simply do not have the money to pay for two boxes when all I wanted was one. I cant eat 24 meals in a single week. This is an error on CookUnitys part, and it frustrates me that they wont respond to my emails. Please help me get a resolution.

    They are charging for orders Im not receiving and there is phone number or email. That email they provided ********************************** is a joke.

    I mistakenly made an order with the company and less than 12 hours after I tried to cancel a subscription, before their cutoff date for changes, I tried the listed way to cancel and it is inaccessible. I emailed my cancellation. And they responded that I couldnt get a refund for the order. I explained I had paused delivery until cancellation was confirmed. They kept insisting my order was being prepared and couldnt be cancelled, yet I had already paused the order and no order was being prepared or delivered. They asked me three times if I wanted to cancel and I said yes. Still no confirmation of cancellation. Requested a refund as I am cancelling.

    I placed an order for this delivery meal order on 12/15/2024. I received a large shipment of 35 meals on Friday, December 20, 2024 and the food that came had ALL the boxes expiring 12/24 and 12/25/2024!I am very dissatisfied with the short expiration date on these meals since I still had other meals to finish. I contacted the company by email only because they provide no other way to contact them- theres no phone # listed. I asked several times to have a manager call me, they never did. Each time I get a ***ly from a different *** with a different excuse or request. One of them asked me to take a picture of all the boxes and all the expirations dates! The food is trash by now. Its 1/3/2025 and I still keep getting different ***lies with no resolution. I ordered a total of 35 meals. Did they really think that I would eat 35 meals ny the 2 expiring days? I cannot believe they would send this or fulfill and order because they keep ***lying that theyre food is fresh and doesnt have a long shelf life- then why fulfill an order for this amount knowing it would go rotten?! I refuse to keep going back and forth by email with different responses and no resolution from a manager. I am attaching all the proof you need. Please help
