      We had Momentum Solar put their panels on roof since August of 2022 and as of now were still waiting to go live. But due to the fact that they NEVER changed the meter box. The box is corroded and per Eversource they stated that this need to be changed at the time of installation. Nevertheless, Ive called and email Momentum several times in regards to this issue since October and no response nor resolution from them. Per Eversource light company email, my light is going to be disconnected on January 2,2023 and as of today Momentum has done absolutely NOTHING ato rectified this matter! Please help me!!! I dont want to start the new year with no light as I have a family and small children living with me. Thanks

      I receive multiple daily calls on my cell phone from Momentum Solar despite being on the National Do Not Call Registry for years. They are robo calling me from different numbers throughout the day, every single day, without my consent, forcing me to have to continually block the number. I currently have over a hundred calls from different numbers from them. I answered one of their calls months back and told them I was not interested. I do not do business with them and do not want to do business with them. This did not stop the robocalls. This is not only constant, daily harrassment, but is also a violation of the law and I will be joining the class action lawsuit filed against them if the calls do not immediately stop. Action needs to be taken against this company for this type of activity to stop.

      For the last two weeks or so I have been getting calls daily from Momentum, despite the fact my phone number is listed on the National Do Not Call Registry. It seems as soon as I block one number (which caller ID shows to be out of a very small town in my state) they call from another number. I am aware of the class action lawsuit, and can understand why it's happening. It's ridiculous and needs to stop.

      They never came and turned the solar panels on. We have tried to contact momentum solar several times and have gotten no where it just rings. No one ever answers or goes straight to voicemail. No call back. I dont understand. Why did they mess up my brand new roof if you were not going to give me a service.

      On June 21, 2022 a Momentum Solar salesman came to our home and sold us a solar system. We received the initial approval from ******** ******* and was able to move forward with on site asseessment, approval from HOA & CPS, project layout review and so forth. The total system price was $47,880. However, if we applied for the *** ***** ****** ******* and was approved we could get $2500 deducted from the total cost (if we agreed for the funds to be released to Momenetum Solar) which would be $45,380 per the contract signed by myself and Andrew **** from Momentum Solar on August 4, 2022.
      The *** ***** ****** application was submitted and approved August 23, 2022. I received notification from *** ****** Program that the $2500 was released to Momentum Solar December 9, 2022. I contacted ******** ******* to verify the total price paid to Momentum Solar for the system. They confirmed $47,628 was paid to Momentum Solar October 29, 2022. I emailed *** ****** Program along with three contacts from Momentum Solar December 9, 2022 to advise of the discrepency and asked how the issue will be resolved. *** confirmed with me they were provided with the same contract that I have and contacted Momentum Solar directly to discuss. I have not been contacted by Momentum solar to date to resolve. *** ****** Program supervisor has followed up with them concerning the matter. She was told they are waiting to hear back from their sales manager as of December 19, 2022.
      Momentum Solar did not provide me with the full $2500 rebate as agreed per our contract. They have received a total of $50,128 for my system. Again the original price was $47,880 decreased to $45,380 with the rebate applied per the contract. They were paid $47,628 from the finance company. The system was only rebated $252 which means $2248 of the $2500 rebate has to be refunded to me. They still have not attempted to contact me to provide an explaination or discuss resolution.

      I had solar panels installed in July 2022 from this company! I have called and emailed the company over 30 times since July; it is now 5 days before Christmas of 2022 and I still do not have the worked, inspected. The few calls that were answered I received the same answer nothing they can do, they are waiting for a permit. In October I called Momentum to let them know that I called the city of *********** and was told that the permit has been in the city office and no one from their office has ever come to pick the permit up. I would give this company a one star rating or less. I will never recommend this company. Their customer service is terrible!!!!

      Momentum scheduled the customer's final inspections for 12/21 and inspections have passed. We submitted PTO (permission to operate) on the same day, and the permission to operate is currently pending with the utility company.

      On June 11th 2022 I sign up with momentum solar I was promised that I was going to get a free removal and replacement of the solar when I get my roof done I did not receive that and nobody is answering my calls to get that done and I was promised when I signed the 26% of the price of the solar was going to be deposited in my account on the day of insulation and I have 18 months to return that amount my monthly payments was supposed to be $110 now it's going to be $145 because it's 26% was not put it in my account and I can't give it back in 18 months now we had hurricane ***** I have to have my roof done and now they want to charge me $6,848 to remove and reinstall my solar

      I had momentum solar install solar panels on my brand new home earlier this year. I have since had a home inspection done by a qualified home inspector. The inspector noted that the roof anchors that penetrate the roof might not be installed correctly. I have contacted momentum solar by telephone numerous times to get somebody to come out to take a look. I have even sent them pictures of the inspection report And all I keep getting in response is will get that put in for you and I’ll personally call you back and let you know when they will be there to take a look at it. I was also emailed by one of their customer service representatives, asking if I could send her a copy of the inspection report which I did. That was back in early November. I have since sent her two different emails asking her for an update to this day. I have not heard anything back from anybody. I either want the issue corrected or I want them to come take all of the solar stuff off of my house and get rid of my loan since they can’t service what they install.

      Momentum Solar failed to return the deposit after, upon inspection of roof, they determine that I would need a new roof to make a Solar project effective. Repeatedly attempted to engage the vendor to refund my deposit.

      When the salesman came to my home we spoke about a solar lease with 32 panels. I agreed to the layout and the fixed lease payments on aprox 140 a month. I was lied to about everything. On install day I was given a contract to sign which I thought was a lease and given 5 mins to read and sign with a full crew waiting to work on my front lawn. *********** would not return my calls or voice mail or email. It turns out that it was a PPA so now I receive a bill for whatever power the system produces plus a large bill from my power company because the system doesn't produce the power due to lack of panels. I wanted a lease not a PPA. We never even spoke about a PPA.
