      Momentum Solar has been harassing me for months. They come to the front door of my house at least once per week despite me consistently telling them I am not interested in purchasing solar panels. They also call me an excessive number of times. The record is ten times in one day, despite me never picking me up. I have now picked up calls from them on 3 occasions and asked to be placed on the DO NOT CALL list, but the calls persist.

      Non stop phone calls. I was told I wasnt even eligible for the installation, yet I receive constant phone calls from this company. I have told numerous sales representatives that I cant even have their system installed, they say theyll remove my number, but then I get more calls. They tell me that I filled something out online, but that seems to just be part of a script because I havent filled anything out online. At this point even if they made a system that was compatible with my home, I would not trust them just based on the harassment level of advertising that they do. Nobody wants unsolicited phone calls multiple times per week. Their phone calls wake me up more often than my alarm clock does.

      I have received dozens of phone calls from this company, eight so far today alone! They came to my home for a sales call a number of months ago, but the salesman was unable to provide me with a report showing how much they could save me on my utility bill. A subsequent sales call with a supervisor (as he described himself) also ended without my receiving any such report. Therefore, I decided not to deal with this company any longer because if this is how inept they were when they were trying to impress me to gain my business, I could only imagine how they would be after they took my money. Since then, they have called me repeatedly. On two or three occasions, I answered the phone and told them I was not interested and to stop calling me, but to no avail. I would try to block their phone number, but my caller ID shows a different phone number for them every time they call. They appear to be spoofing their phone number. This company needs to stop harassing me. They appear to be desperate for business, but their constant unwanted calls, which seem to be "standard operating procedure" for them based on complaints I have read on the Better Business Bureau website, have instead reassured me that I was right not to deal with this company.

      Momentum Solar company is harassing me with 3 to 6 phone calls a day. I initially declined their services on the first call about 3 weeks ago. By looking at all the complaints, I see they haven't changed their ways. STOP WITH THE PHONE CALLS!

      This company seems unable to accept 'no' for an answer. I have blocked their number several dozen times and they use another number to call.They call multiple times a day. We have asked to be taken off their call list. This is after saying no several times on the phone. This has been going on for several days now and is beyond harassment at this point. I would like to be permanently removed from any further contact with this company. I am not the only one who has submitted this type of annoyance by Momentum Solar. It needs to stop!

      Harassment and Unethical Business Practices For over ten years, Momentum Solar has engaged in persistent harassment and doxxing of my husband and me at our residence. This includes repeatedly sending representatives to our home, internally publishing and distributing our personal information without consent which has caused significant distress and violated our privacy. Notably, our home is the only residence on our block targeted by this company, indicating deliberate and menacing discriminatory targeted behavior. I have security camera footage to support this claim

      I am rejecting this response because: You have said this multiple times. Your company lacks ethics, morals, integrity and you have absolutely no credibility. Just ask your employees who sued you for discrimination and all the millions of people that sued you for telephone harassment in a class action lawsuit.       We had 61 panels installed. Since they have been installed they have worked less than half the time. every time you call no one picks up the phone and you are forced to send an email. They tried to offload me to some company for my warrantee but there is no answer from them either! Currently none of my system works! And I can't speak to a human!!!!!!!!! I want my money back!!!!!!!!!

      Momentum Solar has been in direct contact with the homeowner regarding this matter. Service was completed on August 21st, and the system is currently reporting normally. The homeowners solar panels are covered under a third-party manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims under this coverage must be handled directly with the manufacturer. To support the homeowner in this process, we provided the necessary inspection and documentation that the manufacturer requires to evaluate warranty eligibility. While this type of inspection is typically a billable service, since it is outside the scope of Momentum Solars limited installation warranty, we waived the service fee in this instance due to the challenges the homeowner experienced with the claim submission.

      Calls from Momentum Solar on a daily basis for the past three to four months (minimum). I am a 75 year old widow working from home as a medical transcriptionist. I am extremely annoyed by incessant sales calls, especially from a company you never engaged with? Momentum Solar repeatedly calls me despite never consenting to receive communications and repeatedly asking them to stop contacting me. The Momentum Solar class action lawsuit (no further claims can be made after July 2025) originated from widespread consumer dissatisfaction regarding unsolicited telemarketing calls. The central issue involved allegations that Momentum Solar systematically violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by making unauthorized, automated calls and texts to consumers across multiple states. Filed in 2020, the lawsuitofficially titled ******* v. Momentum Solar LLCaccused Momentum Solar of contacting individuals without explicit consent, using automated dialing systems, and disregarding national and state-specific do-not-call registries. These calls reportedly persisted even after individuals explicitly requested Momentum Solar to cease communication. ******* is currently replacing their copper wire in my locale in **************, N.Y. I was provided with a converter to receive my landline calls by **** until they complete the transition. I do not have Caller ID or Block Caller while using this device. Can ******************** help me in any way????

      I purchased a new roof and solar panels from Momentum Solar. My complaint is in regard to the new roof that was installed. I am not happy with the quality of the roof. I saw the installers try to use subpar materials (too thin plywood) during installation and am not happy with the final quality (sagging over the garage) and wavy shingles throughout. I cannot get a manager from the roofing company to address my concerns. When I tried to withhold final payment in order to get a response, the company put a lien on my house. I have now paid in full, still with no communication with the roofing company. For resolution I am looking for my roof to be repaired and done right or a significant reduction in price as the roof I received is not the high quality roof I purchased. I have only received contact from my account manager which is not offering any resolution.

      Momentum Solar will not stop calling me. They call many times a day, always from a different number because I have blocked every number they have called me from. I have spoken to a representative and told them to stop calling and harassing me. They just wont stop.
