      Very shady business and uses unethical practices!Unethical practices #1 I initiated quote and cancel within cancellation window, month later they are calling saying they are setting up appointment for installation. It showed cancelled on their financing partner, REMOVED but their support told me I have to cancel within cancellation window their financing partner and Momentum Solar, and also need to call the sales person, and none of them specified in the contract.Unethical Practice #2 After thats been resolved, they had opened a permit with my municipality building department which I cant cancel. I chose Sunrun and they blocked installation by not canceling the permit, which took couple months to resolve.Unethical Practice #3 I used a dedicated email extension for Momentum Solar and used that only for their application and communication purpose, after the fallout, I am getting lot of spam emails from everywhere from window replacement to expired car warranty, that clearly shows that they sold my personal information. Those spam senders know my physical address, and that I am home owner etc.. Please avoid interacting with them

      Terrible dishonest company. Least us 47 panels and then switch it up only put 43 panels up. Then promised to give us two more panels so I would agree to let them finish the job. Only to leave with the two panels they agreed to after the solar was installed. Damaged our gutters and ruined our rose bushes. Nothing has be fixed and refuse to give the panels we were promise. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. EVERYTHING IS LIES

      Salesman wouldnt get back to me for days.Cant get a real person on the phone.They did the roof left trash everywhere. They didnt do anything about it. Had to had to reschedule to finish my install weeks in advance. They canceled it last minute. Absolutely the poorest customer service Ive ever experienced and they wont make it right.

      Momentum Solar added panels to my roof and then installed electric from my garage to the house. A hole was dug and the piping was put in; however, the hole has not been closed and I do not have any contact with them as they do not answer any phones, Therefore the lack of communication with this company is very bad. I need the hole filled in in my driveway which they obviously forgot all about. I had this company before but recently had more panels installed because what I had was not doing what it should. Now I am left with no contact number and an an unfinished job.

      Purchased solar panels from momentum solar and everything was a lie - couldn't use the tax credit unless you owe the REMOVEDmoney - we were promised a check from the REMOVEDfor the tax credit of over $14,000.00 - did not happen - our solar panels don't work correctly either - between the solar payment for the REMOVEDCPS bill I'm paying over $500.00 a month - totally unacceptable - we were promised we would not have any kind of CPS bill - if we did get one maybe only $15 - $20.00 - huge lie - also not aware of a lien on my house either - if I would have known I would have never purchased the solar panels - I paid my house off why would I want something that would put a lien back onto my house that I worked so hard to pay off - also had a salesman that stayed forever & it was late at night too - like after 10:00 PM before he left - I cannot tell you how much of a bad company this is - this whole thing was a huge mistake - the salesman also quit responding to my texts when I started to tell him we didn't want the panels anymore - the whole process took forever before it was ever completed and the installation finally done - overall a very horrible decision - also had roof leaks that ruined my bedroom floor and when we tried to call about getting the panels removed and fix the leak we were quoted some huge amount per panel to remove & come back & put it back on - 4 panels for over $1500.00 - all in all would never recommend this company to anyone

      I would like to state Momentum solar is a horrible company to deal with. They have no idea how to deal with solar panels or how the solar panel work. I have an issue with my roof that standing water that the roof that they replaced three years ago and they stated that staining water on the roof is OK. I had two other roofing companies. Tell me it is not OK. They refuse to fix their problem and keep giving me lies and excuses like always. Any future solar panels I have installed will not be Momentum solar and strongly do not recommend so at them so because they are a bunch of liars and they REMOVEDat what they do. They keep giving excuses after their excuses and their customer service REMOVED.

      Right now I am not happy and I wouldn't even give it a star but have to on here. But this company and everything i read in the complaints and negative comments on this company seem to be very true so at this point I personally would not recommend them at all and I lease this system. And it seems like they don't even maintain or upgrade technology to their own systems? This is not how a company survives long.

      I am writing to express extreme concern regarding the unresolved solar panel removal and reinstallation at my property. It has been over four months since our initial agreement in November to facilitate essential roof repairs, which are now critical due to ongoing leakage directly attributed to the solar installation.Despite numerous calls and assurances, we have received no concrete updates or a schedule for this work, leaving our roof in a deteriorating condition. My insurance company has confirmed the solar panels as the source of the leak, making your prompt action imperative.I require an immediate and definitive timeline for the removal and subsequent reinstallation of the solar panels. Further delays are unacceptable and are causing significant damage to my home.

      Beyond very disappointed in Momentum Solar the communication from salesman was absolutely awful. He will not return phone calls or answer phone. Was told everything was taken care of and we are online producing. Never was told I had to file a z-4 form with REMOVED. Lost almost 3 months of reduced winter production that would have come off my bill and they also didn't file the power to operate properly so won't get credit for almost 300 kwhrs either. Again was told by salesperson he was taking care of all the paperwork with REMOVED. Service REMOVEDis dreadful, can't talk to anybody, the chat is company BS like talking to REMOVED. Single person on SS and I paid 340 -395 a month to Eversource first 3 from their errors. REMOVEDbugs you for payments when neither has produced a kw off my bill and nobody takes any responsibility or even an apology. Very questionable install job no slope for snow to slide off panels no adjustment for low slope roof. Just o its winter there is reduced production. If thinking about solar run don't walk from Momentum. The worst company I have dealt with in many a moon. Did research before signed and they seemed decent not the best but man was I wrong can't even talk to someone. They are in my opinion rite now a REMOVED

      If I could leave zero stars I would. From the sales guy who we had to force out of our house after 3 hours of unrelenting sales drivel to the now 75 plus calls since being "put on the no call list" this "business" is the worst. They lie endlessly and just look at how bad they are if you actually choose to shoot yourself in the face and hire them to install panels (see all of those abysmal reviews). If I get another phone call from you I will make another complaint and so on and so forth for every call after that follows until the harassment stops.
