      I was told that I would receive $500 to refer someone who has the system from momentum installed. I referred my mother and she has had the system for months now but I have not seen a dime. The salesperson has since left the company and they are not helpful. When I call them they say they cant help me but they will have someone who can reach out to me and that never happens. Bad business.

      I have Solar with Momentum that was installed about 5 years ago that I have been paying for a lot of money for. Three months ago, I called their office to see why I was being charged a lor of money and they discovered my System was not producing. They shipped a product to me that they said was not working and promised to come and install it. I have called more than ten times to phone number ###-###-#### and I am told Momentum is no longer in Texas and it's hard to get someone to come and install the product, but they are going to try and get one and that person will call me. They told me in Texas Technicians are mobile and they longer install solar in Texas. This is very sad. This is very poor Customer service. That they abandoned the first people who gave them business. I am paying for a loan for the Solar I am not using. This is very frustrating me. To pay almost $500 for solar and $500 to electricity. This is Highway robbery. I am not working a job that earns money to waste like that. Please help me to resolve this situation.

      I am filing a complaint against Momentum Solar for poor service, unethical behavior, and failure to fulfill contractual obligations. Below is a summary of the issues Ive encountered:Several years ago, I had solar panels installed at my home with a 25-year warranty. In 2023, some panels showed error codes, and it took nearly two months for Momentum Solar to resolve the issue, after I filed a complaint with the BBB.Recently, I had a new roof installed and contracted Momentum Solar to remove and reinstall the solar panels. After waiting weeks for an appointment, the panels were removed and reinstalled late in the day. The crew left significant debris, including nails and sharp objects, in my driveway. Despite providing photographic evidence and requesting a cleanup, I was told I would have to wait weeks for them to return. As a result, one of my cars tires was damaged, and I had to replace it. I also asked my roof installer to inspect the roof, finding significant damage caused by Momentum Solars crew. I submitted the photos as requested, but was told I would have to wait weeks for repairs. To avoid voiding my roof warranty, I paid $780 for roofing repairs, to be done by roof installers, and submitted the bill for reimbursement, but have not been reimbursed.Since reinstallation, Ive been receiving error codes from the panels. The repair appointment is scheduled five weeks later, causing a loss in energy production.Ive requested to speak with a supervisor multiple times, but have not received a response. It has been over three weeks since my reimbursement request, and I have not been paid or received resolution.Momentum Solars failure to address these issues has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. I am seeking your assistance in resolving these matters. Now I'd like to paid for my car tires as well as roof repair

      They call my home multiple times a day from many different numbers. when i block one Phone number they just call another. Weve attempted multiple times to answer their call to tell them that we aren't interested, its always a recording so we never get to talk to a live person.They only use to call us a couple times a week but over the last couple months its been sometimes a dozen times or more in a single day including weekends as well.We don't want any more or court proceedings, we just want them to leave us alone....NO MORE PHONE CALLS

      This company calls my cell phone multiple times a day and has for over a year. Ive asked them to remove my number multiple times and they never do. I get calls from many numbers all relating to momentum. Im on the do not call list and have blocked their numbers but more keep coming.

      They continue to call multiple times a day. I have asked them and told them to stop calling but they persist. I would never do business with a company like this.

      Had solar panels installed & went live July of 2020. Since then I have been trying to get the panels activated on the **** program but have been unable to because Momentum has been stating my NJ state certification # is incorrect. I spoke with the customer service **** from NJ GATS ************** confirmed my information is accurate. Momentum has not taken the steps to help us resolve this issue going on almost 5 years as they are unwilling to take my calls due to my complaints. When we got solar panels we were supposed to receive energy credits each month which we cannot without getting this resolved. I have attempted to contact Momentum in the past year to get the spec sheet on my solar system but no one is willing to take my phone call, just leaves me on hold or states a manager will call me back & never does. At this point I want to get my solar panels activated, get the money I am owed for the energy credit that has been building for the past 5 years. Or I would like to get the panels removed. I am paying a monthly basis for solar panels that was supposed to be basically paying for itself. This is not my first complaint about Momentum but hopefully it is the last as I am frustrated & need to get this resolved finally.

      Momentum is fabricating a repair that never took place. A disgrutled contractor turned the power off. The repair was to flip the power switch back on. Momentum is trying to charge $800 for that. I have asked for documentation of the alledged repairs but that has not come to pass.

From the date of installation of our solar panels and the power monitoring electronics that accompny the system. The installed system, could have never performed as they were designed to function. The cost of electricity has been exuberant since the installation of this Momentum system. Not only were we paying a high electric bills, but at the same time repaying the loan of $47,480 @ $297 per month that we did not receive an amortization schedule of the said loan until July 2021. The saleperson *** ******** never gave the cost of the system. The only thing we received was a flyer with a promise stating we were getting a 50 year roof. And there is not a 50 year roof in exsistence. We were under the impression that the total cost of the system was ****** which was the price stated on the flyer. Mr. ******** boasted about a tax rebate. Therefore there is a lot to be resolved before this matter can be settled. I was not really able to comprehend everything that was being thrown at me due to the fact that I has just come home after having cardiac surgery. What really cause me to buy is Mr. ******** told me if we paid it off in 12 months there would be no interest charged. I was about to retire from my job, and there is no way, Our house and cars were Paid in Full,  I would never have got into debt for $47,480 had I known the total cost of the system.

      Momentum Solar continues to call me from different (888) phone numbers which I continue to block and report and junk. I have answered the phone on 2 different occasions and told them that I already have solar and do not wish to be contacted by them anymore but the calls keep coming.I just want them to remove my phone number and stop trying to call me.They have called me from at least 20 different (888) numbers, I don't have the exact count as I have been deleting the numbers from my call log after blocking and reporting as junk.

      I have asked numerous times for momentum solar to stop knocking on my door trying to sell me solar panels. I have had numerous conversations with every single door to door sales person for momentum to remove me from there lists. I even have signs on my front door that says no solicitation and yet another pushy representative today knocked on my door and rang my doorbell l. I work nights. I want my address removed from all momentum sales reps I’m not getting solar. But this time I want someone to actually remove our address from all momentum sales and not be told ok we will remove you and nothing gets done.
