      Lies about fact's Misleading statements Says customer has rights in contract that are not there when asked to be seen Stated by salesman you will be given equipment after **************************************************************************************** government savings when they dont apply to customer Lied about needing signature for credit check when it actually is the lease that you are signing High pressure

      MOST OBNOXIOUS COMPANY SENDS ROBOCALLS TO MY BUSINESS CONSTANTLY. ANY COMPANY THAT ****** TO THIS KIND OF MARKETING CANNOT BE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY TWICE NOW AND STILL THEY BOTHER MY COMPANY WITH OBNOXIOUS ROBOCALLS AT LEAST 5 TIMES A DAY EVEN ON WEEKENDS.

      Notice of Cancelation for Sales Agreement OP-******* was submitted 08/11/2025. This business was requested REPEATEDLY by both email and text msg. that they acknowledged receipt of the file sent and confirmed the cancelation effected without charges, penalty or obligation to the customer. A proper response by email or letterhead was never received - Is that too much to ask? I don't think so. They're very quick to sign you in but extremely inefficient for everything else; No wonder this company has so many bad ****** reviews; I should have checked first and deflected the selling tactics. Avoid Momentum Solar, LLC; Aim for a responsive with better customer servicing.

      I had an outside salesperson (who doesn't call himself a salesperson) come to my front door and: Ignore my "No Soliciting" sign, ring my doorbell, knock on my kitchen window repeatedly, and then yell through my kitchen window to get my attention. I rushed to the window thinking someone was in distress and when I learned that it was all about solar, the young man refused to leave my front porch and wouldn't take no for an answer. I learned he got the attention of my neighbor by using the same tactics. When I found him at another neighbor's front door, I confronted him and told him his tactics were rude and aggressive. He doesn't agree. He called his "boss" to complain about me, but I'm sure this is how this young man was trained: Do whatever you need to do to get the homeowner to open their front door. Unconscionable. People need to make some noise and stand up to this kind of behavior.

      This company likes to continue calling after I blocked 100 of their numbers. Let see if it reaches ***** numbers blocked for Momentum Solar.

      Not a good company all lies they feed you. Lied about tax rebate. Not sending correct kw amount to my electric company. I have to ****** all kw i product but only 250 go to my electric company. But im producing 1300+ they are all joke stay away from **** company

      Worst company to deal with, we were lied to, the sales person told us we would get a $16,000 check. Wrong no check its a credit, then they showed us someones elses roof picture and said it was ours we knew it wasnt. They said we needed a new roof for $50,000. We knew they were lying because we had no leaks. My husband sent our contractor up on the roof and he took tons of pictures and our roof wasnt even close to the pictures they sent. They dont have an office out here or service people. If you need the system fixed you have to wait till someone comes from another state to get it fixed. Also that happened to us and I had to wait 4 months and each month that went by cost me high power bills $1,200. Send them copies and guess what they offered me when I told them it wasnt my fault they offered me $250.00. I told them to keep it I was not accepting it. I wrote to the CEO of the company and he didnt have the decency to write or call me. The company doesnt care at all about their clients. Plus it took 3-4 months to install it. Please if you dont want to spend your time calling them every day and stressing. Getting angry, then in all honesty dont use them. Good luck

      I never used Momentum Solar. Im on the do not call list for years and did make a complaint about this company. I have told them to stop calling me over the last year many times. Despite all this, today 4 calls before 11 am, I got 4 calls yesterday. It is harassing me

      I was promised a cashback rebate, but it has been 8 months since the system was activated and I have yet to receive the check. Customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful.Additionally, I discovered that the company initially installed an older, cheaper inverter model than what was stated in the contract. After raising a complaint, they did replace it with the correct one.However, there is still a major issue: the energy production data shown by Enphase differs by nearly 50% from what my electricity provider is receiving. I plan to submit a support ticket and will update this review if the issue is resolved and the system's performance *********** of now, I do not recommend this company for your home solar project. Proceed with caution to avoid similar problems.

      This company has harassed me for weeks with unremitting solicitation calls. I have requested to be taken off the call list to no avail.
