      My phone number is on the national "do not call" list yet this company calls multiple times per day from dozens of different phone numbers. I have already blocked many of the numbers they call from but they keep calling from other numbers. It looks like there is already a class action lawsuits against the company but the staff has not stopped their illegal harassing practices. I actually answered one call and advised rep to stop calling me as my number was on the national do not call list. Did not work, as they keep calling!

      I was looking into solar panels about 10 days ago. Little did I know it would trigger any and all solar companies to call you. Most were nice about removing me from their call list. Momentum solar started calling me about 8 days ago. I told them I wasnt interested at the time, I was just looking around and to remove me. Seems this was a challenge to them. For a week, they have called me 3-4 times a day, at all hours, totally disregarding my pleas to stop. It was like they were harassing me. I asked to speak to their manager, to which they just hung up on metwice! Please help to get them to stop this practice of harassment

      They had a rep soliciting. I agreed to take a meeting with them to which they never showed up for the time scheduled. I have since asked them to stop calling me, and they call EVERY DAY several times a day, no matter how many numbers I block they have new ones coming in. I have asked they stop calling me, they are harassing at this point and I would like them to STOP calling me and leave me alone.

      Momentum Solar has installed solar panels on my roof at the end of August. The project didn't pass electrical inspection because the electrical job wasn't complete. They came back and supposedly finished electrical work. Momentum Solar notified financial lender Keybank about installation. According to the financial agreement, the lender started billing me ****************************************************************************** November. I reached out to Momentum Solar to find out when my solar panels would be turned on. I was told that the second inspection was still pending. I reminded them that I didn't sign up to pay full electric bill and solar panels, which at this point were just decorations on my roof. Momentum Solar re-imbursed me for the 1st installment payment and assured me that they had sent the check for another inspection. The second payment is coming up but I'm not able to get any answers from Momentum Solar. I call daily and stay on hold for 30 min to 1 hr until I give up waiting. I've emailed my complain on the company's website but didn't receive an answer. I was able to get the name of the company's ********** ********************* but not his contact information. It looks like I have no way of resolving this nightmare. I hope that you can help me resolve this issue. I thank you in advance.

      I received a message on 1/13/23 at 6:11 pm from Momentum Solar employee ****** telling me that they were scheduling my inspection on Monday ( assuming 1/16/23). I called back today at **** am to inquire about the timing of the inspection. The representitive told me that she couldn't find any notes in my file about the inspection. *** told me that she'd find out and get back to me. She confirmed my phone number. However, as of 08:32 pm when I'm writing this response, I have not been contacted.

      Momentum has tried to reach out to Ms. ***** to provide a project update but we have not been able to make contact. Inspections were completed and passed on 2/2. We have submitted the permission to operate application to the utility company. On 2/10, the project was released and moved to meter change status. It is now in the utility company's hands. It generally takes about a week after a project is assigned a tech in meter change, and we will follow up with the utility company on 2/14.

      Our records indicate that everything has been completed by Momentum Solar. We are currently pending the meter swap and the permission to operate from Eversource. Momentum Solar has spoken with Eversource, and Eversource stated that they are very backlogged. We were told that the person at Eversource who was assigned to this account number no longer works for the company, so this account had to be picked up by one of the current meter techs. This is an issue Eversource is experiencing with several projects that were to be serviced by this employee, but they are working to get this rectified in a timely fashion.

If it werent for Momentums original failure to complete the job correctly the first time, we wouldnt be in the predicament we are right now. I still expect to be reimbursed for the loan until the batteries are fully operational. Additionally, I would like to have a contact person at Momentum so I can follow on the process with them. Momentum will also be mailing Ms. ***** a reimbursement check since she has started making loan payments and the system is not yet energized.       I am rejecting this response because: Momentum is telling me that we are not producing energy. However, the ************** application indicates that we are producing energy. After spending over an hour on the phone with maintainer Enphase, I was told that the production meter was not installed correctly. Momentum needs to come back and make corrections because they should be seeing that energy is being produced and I should be able to see that on the meter.

      I was very clear on what I needed from a solar solution - a solution with battery backup system that would power the critical power needs to include HV** (heat, **), fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and main lights. I signed up for service with the understanding that the designed solution would power this on battery. It wasn't until they already installed the battery that the battery installers informed me that the system would NOT be able to power the ** units - not even one of them. I reached out to Momentum customer support several times as early as late August / early September 2022. Customer service said they would look into it but no one from a decision making level has been in touch with me with any sort of resolution. I have contacted Momentum several times and now have a cell phone number for another Momentum employee. I have been texting him and he said he is trying to escalate but there is no visible progress being made. The current state of the system is that it is NOT hooked up. Even if I wanted to start using it, I couldn't because it is not hooked up, it has not passed any inspections, the meter is not installed, or anything. Yet, Momentum has told the finance company that the system is installed and the finance company is moving forward with the loan start date. At this time, I have a non-functional solar system that was not designed to meet my needs and a company that is not responding with any sort of path forward or even to have a conversation as to how things could be updated to meet my needs.

      I started dealing with this company in 3/4/22. At first things were going smooth. Went through the process of even doing the roof on 4/14/22. After that I was hurt at work, called and canceled the roof, and put a hold on the project. I started getting phone calls daily to start the roof project and the project manager refused to take no for an answer. On 5/2/22 I called momentum solar and talked to a ***************** (not sure if that's spelled correctly) and he went ahead and canceled the project and said I wouldn't have any penalty costs, and notes were made on my account. Then I received a letter on 5/31/22 and I called and I spoke to a person named ********************* and he said that what I was told wasn't true, and I was on the hook for almost 100k. He said he didn't know ***************** and acted like I was lying to him. He said he would look into it and call me back, and never did. There was no contact so I thought it was settled. Then on 12/8/22 I received a phone call and spoke to a ********, and an ******* and they said that the project isn't canceled, but there are notes that it was supposed to be canceled. So they're trying to get me to continue with the project or get cancelation fees for all this year. Plus, when I was talking to them they said on page 14 of my contract talks about cancelations, but my contract was only 12 pages. On 12/9/22 I called to speak to ***************** again to find out that he "no longer works for the company." So the guy that canceled it isn't there and they reactivated my account. I just want out and this is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with

December 15 ******* was supposed to call me back and never did. It took 7 months to be told the person I was dealing with no longer work there

      Yesterday, I went online and asked for a written quote from the company.Almost immediately, the company called me every 5 minutes and hung up when I didn't answer.I finally answered the phone and told the lady whom I spoke with to stop calling me.Then, a man named "*****" started the aggressive calling.I told him to take my name out of their system, and he hung up on me before I could say thank you.I sent 2 e-mails yesterday stating that I didn't appreciate their aggressive calling and asked never to be contacted again.Today, they have called many times - all using different phone numbers so I couldn't block the number.I sent another e-mail to never contact me again.Please contact their main headquarters and let them know that I will never buy their product and to take me off their calling list.

      I Was in the intent of purchasing solar panel i had the a solar representative in my from MOMENTUM SOLAR in my house on Oct 6 with ***************** midnight and finally came to an agreement on the price of , installation, and warranty so as good fate i gave a deposit 0f 5023.00 and on the next day they were going to send me the contract to sing and they did but i did not sing because it was not what we agreed on warranty was wrong and price. now trying to get my deposit it's been A nightmare till today 12/08/2022 still have not receive my deposit back.

      When the salesmen came to my house, he was knowledgeable and courteous. During his sales presentation, one of the things that he promised was Momentums policy, that if I needed to replace my roof within 10 years, they would remove and reinstall the panels once at no charge. I expected this as normal because I had met with other solar providers who offered the same. Seemed like a standard, nothing special, unless you ever need it and they dont make good on that. I dont have plans to replace my roof, but this is good to have. Installation went well, the crew was very good. I got concerned when I started reading reviews. I usually do that first, but not enough this time. I read complaints from dozens of people that were told the same thing as me and when they contacted momentum to have the panels removed, they refused. Told the people that they needed a coupon to do that. Something they were never told at the time of the sale. I had not received any such coupon myself, so, I got worried and figured Id better follow up. The first dozen or so times I contacted my salesman about it, he said, oh no problem, Ill have the office send that right away. Never came. Then, I began calling *******, the regional manager in **. he at first, says that they dont offer any such thing, knew nothing about it. After a half dozen or so more calls between ******* and my salesman, ******* said that while the salesman shouldnt have promised it, he would honor it. After months now, neither one is returning my texts or phone messages. Be very careful with these guys. There are other, better companies out there. Once you pay these guys, you have no leverage. There were other delays during the approval process due to momentum dropping the ball many times. But thanks to my persistence with eversource, the town and dozens of phone calls over several months, I got the system cleared to run. But, hope I dont need a roof!! Beware!

      We signed up for solar. Once we signed up there was nothing but issues. They installed the solar and didn't finish for several months then charged ** before it was turned on. They kept making excuses and said they would reimburse us. They never did. They continue to dodge our calls and give us the run around.

      I am rejecting this response because: our request for being compensated to what we feel is deserved and reasonable is not being met. We also were told that when signing up for our srecs we would have our account number quickly, later to be told that it would be at least 12 weeks and if momentum solar did anything incorrect it would be an additional 12 weeks of waiting. We are requesting to be compensated the amounts of our electric bills during the timeframe that we were under the impression our system was up and working from August to October (our app was showing solar being produced only later to find out it wasnt), in addition to what is already owed to us which is 3 payments of srecs from momentum solar and 2 additional months of solar payments which we were told already we will receive. Our solar panels were put on in May 2022, and now it is almost January 2023 and we are still dealing with back-and-forth from this company. They only started communicating again with us consistently once we filed this complaint. The only additional thing we are requesting due to all these inconveniences and miscommunications  is compensation for the amount of our electric bills from August to October, which we have screenshots that our system showed we were producing during this time without it being active which we didnt find out until months later. We have been told that this has never happened with the app showing energy being produced consistently and it not being turned on, as well as now being told that it was unheard of that it takes 12 weeks to get the information we need to sell our energy as if we are the only clients of momentum to be going through this and this news is new. This is something we feel is fair to request due to all of the circumstances and we hope that Momentum Solar will make it right with how long we have been waiting now.

      I am rejecting this response because: we are continuing to not fully agree on a solution. We havent heard back from *** in escalations since we responded to him on Tuesday January 17 (he reached out on Thursday the 12th). Our panels have been on our roof since May of last year and we still are dealing with these back and forth conversations with momentum solar and feeling as if they dont truly care or understand the stress we have had since deciding  to go through with solar through them.
