      FANCY OFFERS TO CHEAT DURING SIGNUP I had Momentum Solar install my Solar panels, during which they had agreed and gave me Momentum flyer with fancy Sign on bonus($1000) and 4 free months etc. Now after repeated follow **** someone called me that none of it would be honored. It is close to 1 year and repeatedly try reaching REPs to get one standard answer that they are looking into it. I had quotes from multiple Solar providers but choose Momentum as their Sales representative were good in clarifying about panels etc. but all of them were laid off and as soon as panel was installed new reps were unreachable, not responsive and some just took complaints when asked for a copy they say their emails are restricted to send outside.

      When we purchased our solar we did so believing that should we at any time need to replace our roof, Momentum Solar would provide a one-time no-cost removal and replacement of solar panels. At the time we knew we would soon need a new roof, so this was a HUGE selling point to us. During the last hurricane we realized we had a leak and a new roof was necessary. We called and were informed that without a "coupon" we should have received at purchase, Momentum would not honor the promise. There was no "coupon" given! This constitutes a breach of contract and involves deceptive sales practices with misleading information. I do not want to take legal action. We referred others to Momentum who purchased, and they also had been promised the no cost removal and replacement if a new roof is installed.... what will they receive as a response??? How many others were guaranteed this and now get nothing?? Sales people will pitch the whole free removal and install when a new roof is needed but lie about the whole thing and don't mention one single thing about needing a coupon during the whole process.

      I first met with the sales team in July for the purchase of solar panels on my new build home. I was told about how it works, the process, and even incentives. At the sales meeting I was told if I referred (names and numbers) 6 people, I would receive a check for $2,000 after the panels have been installed and turned on. I had solar panels installed in October of 2022. Shortly after install the breaker box kept tripping when the washing machine would run and randomly in the foyer. I never had these issues before the install. I called and opened a case about the issue and they were going to send someone out, he never showed and the case was closed without informing me. I have called multiple times since and also about the referral check. The customer service told me that the referral program doesnt work like that and that the most you would get $750. There is a HUGE disconnect between departments because the salesman, ******, called and told me he sent the information in and I would be receiving the check. Still nothing. They have opened the breaker box cases again and decided it was not their problem and again closed the case without informing me. I have tried to get in touch with a supervisor and there has been no contact. This has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with and would never recommend them to anyone. I have also spoken with my neighbors that also have panels with them and they are having the same issues, again didnt have these problems before install. The customer service is awful and this company is a disgrace. They open cases and close them without a solution as they feel. I was also told that I would only be paying $26.00 to the power company. Again not the case. They also stated they got approval for install from my HOA and come to find out they never did.

      When I was sold my solar panels I would told that if I needed a roof replacement Momentum Solar would come out and take them down and put them up for free one time. I have incurred damage to my roof and I need a replacement, when I called Momentum solar they told me that I must present an R&R coupon in order to have the company take them down and put them up free of charge. I was never given an R&R coupon, the company made it seem that this was their standard policy. So much so that when I recommended this company to my fiance and they came out to his house to give him a quote, he asked them the same question. If he needed a roof replacement, would them come out and take them down. They told him not to worry that they would do this one time free of charge just like the told me. Now the company is saying something different, and saying I need to provide some sort of coupon I was never given in order to get this done. This is ridiculous. The company cannot say one thing and then when it comes time to keep their word they say another. I believe so much that this company is lieing that I could get them on the phone right now request a quote for solar panels and they would tell me the same thing, that if I ever needed a roof replacement that they would come out and take them down and put them back up for free one time. I would like the company to keep their word and do what they told me to do. I didn't have a true sales representitve ( I believe he was a project manager helping the sales team out), so maybe there was a training error on my sales representive's part to not provide me with a R&R coupon or submit the coupon on the profile, but I shouldn't be punished for it. If the company is still actively telling customers in ************ ** that if they ever had a roof issue they would take the solar panels down and put them up for free, I should be treated the same and not have to show an R&R coupon that was never provided to me.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The company's sales team was negligent and did not offer me a coupon, as stated before I was under the impression that this was company policy. In addition, the sales person was negligent and did not upload my paperwork into the company's system so they have no record either. 

      In addition, the company's sales practice is still negligent. As they are still actively using a free removal of solar panels one time without mentioning a need for a coupon in their current sales pitch. 

      So this company is giving its customer the classic, It's no problem when they sell you the product, but when its time to actually do it there is a problem, even though you already spend $23K with them already, that doesn't matter anymore. I've never worked with a company so corrupt before. I would not recommend working with this company. They are unprofessional and disrepsectful to their customers.

      I got solor panels through momentum solor, They came and installed the panels but did not finish thr work. They have not run the wire from the garage panels to the main box. I don't even know if any wires have been run. All I know is that the finance company is getting ready to send us a bill for thr panels that have not been fully installed or connected, and have not been energized. I keep calling them but they keep giving me the run a round. Saying they are escalating it, sending email to see when they are going to come out to finish the installation. They also mentioned inspection. How are they going to inspect if the project is not fully installed.

      I was promised from momentum solar that they will send me a cheque of $1200 after 60 days of installing solar panels.I installed the solar panels in August 2022. I also called them many times but they always made excuses that the cheque is stuck in accounting department.It is now April 2023 and still no cheque.

      When we signed the contract with Momentum Solar in Aug 2022, we were promised an Efficiency Partner Cash Back of $5711.14 due at install. However, it has been a month after our system was fully installed and activated in March 2023 and we haven't received our cash back. Our loan payments have started, and to be honest, this cash back is a significant factor we signed the contract after our calculation.
      We contacted customer service team and provided the screen shot our sales reps shared with us when we signed the contract, and the customer services sent this to management for approval, though our sales reps told us this has been approved when we signed the contract. Recently, the customer services called us and told us the sales team denied the payment because our monthly payment has already decreased. However, the decrease in our monthly payment is actually because of Federal tax credit (if we contribute the tax credit into our loan account), which has nothing to do with the cash back Momentum Solar promised us. We're not sure why the sales team denied the payment they've promised simply because of something that has nothing to do with them.
      The customer service team asked us to reach out to our sales reps. We immediately reached out to the sales reps but were told he's no longer with the firm. He confirmed this cash back in the text, provided the manager's name who approved it, and directed us to another sales reps who took over his account. We then contacted this new sales reps and he told us this is a customer service issue and asked us to contact customer service. We then called back the customer service and the staff told us this is a sales team decision.
      We emailed both sales and customer service team and requested a response, but until today no one reached out to us. We're DISAPPOINTED by this runaround, and we do expect that Momentum Solar perform its part of contract and do not break the trust.

      I have called Momentum Solar customer service numerous times to have someone come out and inspect a ****** they switched to the backup box. The ****** has been tripping ever since they did the work. I would like for someone to contact me and schedule a visit to see what's going in with the ******. This could lead to an electrical fire and I'm very concerned.

      Good Day,Momentum Solar installed a roof and solar panels in May 2022 and upon the installation I complained of the debris coming from the attic and was told to vaccum it myself and nothing happened. On March 5, 2023 I again contacted Momemtum Solar by phone and e-mail and no response and then on March 15 & 16, 2023 and was told they would get back to me and I am still waiting. On March 28, 2023 I called Momemtum Solar and the representative simply told me it was miscommunication and hanged up the phone. I need for Momemtum Solar to look at the roof and to fix the debris that is the attic now I have to vaccum everyother day. This is unacceptable no one wants to assist.

      Momentum contacted me and positioned themselves as an energy services provider in order to set up a scheduled meeting with me. After scheduling the meeting and doing research on them, I found out they're only a solar panel installer and do not provide energy services such as a power company. I cancelled the meeting with them and every since, they've called me at least 2 times per week. I have blocked over 10 numbers from their business and yet I still receive calls every week. I have been asked to stop being called repeatedly and these requests are ignored. When I ask to speak to a manager I am told that no managers are available.
