      We purchased solar panels through momentum solar momentum. there are no complaints with installation or performance of actual panels. my complaint was with the salesman at the time of sale, the representative told us that the panels could be moved at no charge of we were to move which turned out to not be true. We decided to move in Nov and was just told they don't do that and they would be happy to sell us new ones. they're reason was because the panels are designed for our house. I found a company to remove and install the same panels to my new house. It did cost me about $20,000 which is half of what original cost was so I feel they need to compensate for part of that amount if not then in full for false sale. had I know ln they were a "permanent" fixture then I would have gone a different route since I knew there was a chance of moving.

      Momentum Solar has attempted to contact the customer to discuss his concerns of moving the panels. Per our installation contracts: "We agree to sell and install the ** System on your real property." This means, we will obtain the necessary building and electrical permits and ensure code compliance to the specified property where the solar panels are being installed. Momentum Solar is not liable for any compensation if the homeowner chooses to hire a company to remove the solar panels and transfer them. However, in doing that Momentum Solar will no longer be liable to complete any service work to the panels in the event the solar system stops working.

      In April 2023, I signed a contract with momentum solar for ***** for a solar installation of **** kilowatts on my roof. At the time signing, a 10% deposit was required., ****. 2 weeks later I received a a phone call from momentum stating that their engineers made a mistake and they wouldn't be able to put the agreed upon amount of solar on my roof. Thats when they wanted me to sign a new contract for a lesser amount of production. I refused and said I was not interested in installing a lesser amount of energy production on my roof. I assumed since they reneged on the original agreement that is should be entitled to a full refund of my deposit. As of now, I have only received a partial refund because they are claiming that I'm at fault for canceling. At no time did I cancel the original contract. In my opinion, they made an error and are now blatantly stealing money from me.

      I had my solar panels placed and energized in February of 23. They stopped working in march. I did not notice this until end of April **** ******* cam out in May worked one day . We called again to state the system had been shut down from the electrical inspector as it was a fire hazard. A bad connection keeps blowing the fuse. I called while the inspector was here. A tech was to be on site may 23rd and no showed. We called every day since and no answer no response. The reps are wonderful but the service manager never calls ** back. HIs name is ******* so I am told. I am looking for my electrical bills and the credits that should have built up to be reimbursed and to have my system repaired.

We sent technicians out to Ms. ****** home on 6/8 to replace parts to the solar system, and we have confirmed that the system is producing properly.Momentum will also be reimbursing the ************** for the production loss that occurred while the system was down.

      i signed a contract late friday night ****. after reading the fine print I cancelled the project. Momentum REFUSES to send me ANY type of cancelation confirmation.

      I am rejecting this response because: momentum did not state in their email the date i cancelled. i have 3-5 business days to cancel. I contacted momentums sales rep **** 5/27 to cancel and he REFUSED my request! He stated "we have a signed contract". momentum is STILL sending me (6/10)dates for engineers and "teams" to come to my home (************************************* *****) on June 12th.  In the wording of their contract I am responsible for fees and charges regarding these procedures if i dont cancel on time. Momentum did not state the date i cancelled. I fear with their  misleading business  tactics so far that i may be getting bills for all these "teams" working on my project because I was unclear on cancelation. 

      P.S. Im in sales, I would NEVER treat anyone like this. Bad Business. A smile and a "sorry it didnt work out". Would be a much better way to deal with a cancelation, maybe you'd get me back or make a friend. Instead momentum has tarnished it's reputation and image.

      We signed up for installation after being promised incentives. To date, Momentum has paid less than half of the amount we were promised.Their first claim was that one of the incentives should never have been offered to ** by the salesman, so they asked to see proof. The salesman sent an email to someone in management at Momentum and later provided ** with a screenshot. We subsequently provided a copy to a customer service agent after being asked AGAIN to do so. This happened on May 10, 2023.Based on the description of procedure we were given, they've had 2 weekly reviews since that time, but we have not received anything... not even the callback from a manager we were promised.

      Mustafa *************** a representative of Momentum Solar came to my house on April 4, 2023. As of todays date I have not received a report of the proposed solar **********. I called customer service and requested a supervisor. I was rudely put on hold for a while and was told no supervisor is available and one will call me back. As of todays date No Supervisor has called me back. I requested a copy of the solar ********** and was denied. I would like to be treated properly and have Momentum solar communicate with me and provide the Solar **********.

      Momentum Solar followed our process and supplied the homeowner with all of the necessary information (including the breakdown of monthly payments with an escalator and the design layout) so that he can make an educated decision on whether Momentum is the right company for him to partner with on his solar project.

      Mr. ************************* From Momentum Solar and I agreed apond a price for whole house solar power for my home. This was whole house solar power from the panels in the day time and whole house power coming from the batteries at night time paying nothing to the utility company. In the middle of installing the system the installtion electrical worker told me that the batteries that they were installing were not enough battery power to power my whole house at night. He told me with what the salesman told me about the night time power for my whole house they Momentum needed to install more batteries (2 more batteries) to be enough power to power my whole house. The company Momentum Solar changed the price from the original $184.90 a month to $235.98 a month for enough batteries to power my house at night. That is not what the salesman Mr. ************************* and I agreed apond for the price of the solar system for my house. To me this a bate and switch by the Momentum Solar company. Changing the price of the job after the price of the system was already agreed apond by the salesman Mr. ************************* and my self is Fraud. This company should keep the price the same as agreed apond. My suggestion would be to stay away from this company they are a rip-off.

      Mr. *** brought this issue to our attention several months ago.  We worked through his issues extensively and worked out a resolution with Mr. *** that provided him with the backup capabilities he sought.  He also signed a release in connection with that matter.  He also fully understood the reduced additional cost for the additional capabilities.  ************ issue was fully resolved.

      I was told that I would not be paying for my solar until the day my system was activated. It took 2 months for my system to be activated (installed 2/20, activated 4/24), and I was charged for both March and April. Dividend worked to get me reimbursed for the month of March, and my sales rep even offered to have my electric bills for the months of March and April paid for as well. Every single customer service employee I spoke to even said they believe I should be reimbursed based off of the false information I received and then the sales rep's repetitive offers to reimburse me. One customer service rep even claimed that Dividend usually doesn't charge for 60 days after initial installation.

      I was then denied twice for reimbursement base off the fact that my MARCH bill was due April 20th because my system was activated April 24th. This is ridiculous. Utility bills have a grace period, AND the bill says March on it! I received my March bill April 1st and waited to pay it until I received confirmation that I would be receiving a reimbursement, which I DID! This reason for denial makes NO SENSE and is just an attempt at a multiMM$ company to cheap me out of $125.01, & create a really unhappy customer just because they know they can, because I now am stuck with them for life. This is so messed up, and Andrew, the Director of Sales who denied this, is an absolute coward for being unreachable about this. I am disgusted by the treatment I have received outside of the lovely customer service from Rhonda, who is amazing.

      Additionally, my panels are not generating enough energy for my summer usage, as it was clearly not taken into account that I did not move into my house until July last year, and the math was not done correctly. This concerns me for the summer months and my supplemental electric bill moving forward, as well as the electricity needed for a bigger family should I sell my home.

      They came out over a month ago to install solar panels and they damaged my roof and siding. The job is still not complete and no one is returning my calls about the damages or completing the install. I am now in the process of retaining an attorney for damages and abandoning their solar panels on my property.

      I signed a contract with Momentum Solar 7/2022 for them to provide solar panels on my house. Once they received about 40% of payment, they stopped communicating with me and 10 months later, I still dont have solar panels on my property due to their negligence. I requested a full refund and was told no.
