      My solar system is down since the 25th and I contacted Momentum numerous times since the 27th and still no resolution or call for service. I called several times and still no resolution

      This company has broken the contract due to their poor service. Their Tampa Bay ** location seems to be ok lying to people. I live in Tampa Bay, ** and Momentum Solar installed solar panels on our roof, which I lease through IGS. IGS monotors my panel production and they notified Momentum on May 30 of an issue with my panels not producing. I have called several times and was promissed a call to schedule service. Over 2 months later no call back, no service, no produced energy. I am eating away at the credit I built feeding the grid power to ************ I've gone from producing over ****kw a month to 0kw. Last call I made was to corp office in **. That person called Tampa Bay ** manager. She was told my claim was listed as urgent and the manager in ***** Bay was at lunch and would call me as soon as returned. That was over a week ago, still no call and no service. Who can fix this???? They were happy to take my tax rebate but don't want to keep their part of the contract. They need to fire him, hire a good mgr, and give the service I pay for!

      I had a sales rep from Momentum Solar visit my home in February of 2023, gave me a quote which was good but neglected to tell me that solar would only produce 50% of my yearly electricity. I was told I would get snow guards to protect my gazebo from falling snow, reimbursement for tree removal and roofing materials, none of this has come true. I have been in contact with Momentum Solar regarding these issues with no resolution, they have also sent completion documents to fiance company which means I am making payments on a system that does not work with promises of reimbursement. At this point I would love to cancel the contract and walk away from the lies and deception, thank you for your time

      I was told by several individuals at Momentum that someone will be reaching to me regarding my concerns regarding the 50% production of my panel and no has reached out to me. The reimbursements are not the only issue I have, if they want to resolve the issue someone that has decision me asking ability needs to call a speak with my instead of customer service reps.

      Momentum Solar has been in contact with the customer. We have discussed Mr. ******* concern for the offset, and it was advised that he did agree to the proposal that was given at point of sale. At the end of the conversation, the **************** inquired about the reimbursements,and we let him know that we will be working with our accounting department to get that out expeditiously.

      Salesperson showed us the product. Upon installation they do not have that product or any similar one. Assured our generator would work. Now we need to get rid of the hook up. They were not honest about the job. We are 6 months down the road paying monthly and still no service. All appointments they cancel. Broken truck no employees , called out sick. Several months of run around

      I am rejecting this response because there still remains several issues unaddressed.  Until all issues have been addressed there is nothing satisfactory 

      yes they have been in touch but  nothing has moved forward yet. Remains to be seem additionally there is no remedy for the installation of panels that were not what was shown to me nor had there been a solution for this problem. I now am stuck with panels that are not what we chose.   I will give them time to remedy this issue but there is no fix.   

      every appointment so far was cancelled to date for one ridiculous reason or another I will see if there is now follow  through and it should not have taken a complaint

      Momentum has been in contact with the customer. We sent a technician to the Tar home on 8/14 to service their system.  Our representative **** called and spoke to Mr.*** to ensure that he was satisfied with the work that was done. **** also explained to Mr. *** that we are waiting on their utility company to change the meter and give us permission to operate so that we can turn on the system. **** also explained to Mr. *** that our accounting department is processing the reimbursement for his solar bill.

      I am rejecting this response because: This has been ongoing since purchase. We are not getting any solar power. The panels have not stored any energy. Theses were not the panels we contracted for ( bait and switch) They promised things we did not get. We have had 22 calls for service. They have admitted all mistakes and still not fixed.

On September 9, 2025, a service visit was completed to replace the Envoy due to the Gateway not reporting.       after letting them know of our concerns over the past two year the only time they respond is when something goes wrong or we file a complaint - they do fix all new issues but all the initial complaint have yet to be addressed everyone says the will look into it and get back to us but after the iitial call we never get a follow up response

      I am a momentum solar customer for last few years - site ID ******* (not sure if u need this) - half of my system has been out of service for almost 4 wks already. I contacted ************* ******* (the supervising sales person who sold me the system) and he respnded after 3 attempts, over 2 days, and told me that he no longer works for momentum and that he runs his own solar compay but "I will help you because you were my coustomer". He forwarded my msg to "correct ***** to see if the date for a technician to come down to evaluate the system can be moved up from 5 wks later. No one responded and so I contacted him again, he gave me an email address to report the issue and I did (************************* - **************************************** responded saying that she will see what she can do to move the service date (this email was on 7/12) - no date changes have been made as of 7/25. I contacted ************** again and he gave me number for current supervisor, at the **** he was in, ************** - ************ - who also told me that "I will forward your information on to the proper department and see what they can do" (this was on July 17 - have text msg). ************* has not responded back to my repeated attempts at reaching him after no response from anyone in ensuing days. I texted him that I will be filing complaint at BBB, four days earlier, but he still has not responded. I am loosing out money during the brief summer months (momentum is promising to reimburse me for the production loss only if it is "due to error with momentum solar installation etc" - but I can't believe them anymore and they may say it was not an error from them after looking at the system 5 wks later and I will loose all that money b/c I will not have a way to disprove them. Please help, I am extremely frustrated at no response or run-around startergy imployed by momentum. Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I will accept  businesses response only after the work is completed. Previously they had scheduled an appointment for another issue and canceled it on the very day They were supposed to come. This appointment will be five weeks after the issue occurred. Unfortunately Momentum Solar only got back to me after Better Business Bureau complaint, my previous attempts at reaching them to move up the appointment as indicated in my initial complaint,  were not successful. I will hold off on withdrawing the complaint till the job is done. Thank you

      We were working with momentum and they installed our solar panels in January. The inspection by the town was in early February. Now it’s been over 6 months since installation and the panels are still not on and functioning but we’re still paying on the financing and paying the electric bill until they’re turned on. We’ve been calling momentum for months to see what the issue is and they keep deflecting onto the electric company- but when I contacted the electric company they told us they were waiting on documents from momentum, I’m tired of the finger pointing. It’s ridiculous and momentum is doing nothing to get this done.

However, I will note that while the company has made steps to compete the job, it is still not compete and I reserve the right to make an additional complaint as needed. Additionally, the company has agreed to reimburse payments on the solar panels paid during the delay as compensation,  but they will only cover half as they argue they can only cover the required minimum payment charged by the financing company and we were paying 2x per month.

      I signed up for solar in 2018. I have yet to see any kind of savings. This month I paid $824 to A.C. Electric and $185 to Momentum. When I call they are no help. How is this correct? Other people are paying $7 electric bills. I am a senior citizen with an outrageously high electric bill. We had an electrician come out and test the panels. He said your panels should be producing this much but they are only producing during this much. Called momemtum and no help.

      I am tired of receiving spam calls that come from a number that is not in service. Since telling them to stop calling has not worked the the last 12+ months and any attempt to ask who they are results in a hang up, I decided to take it one step farther and see if I could actually get a company to identify themselves. I received a SPAM call today at 10:15 am. After playing the game, she told me someone would call me back within an hour. At 10:54 am I received a call from "*****" at Momentum Solar.I told him I did not want him to call me and that he was wasting his time. He STILL tried to talk over me and tell me he wanted to "save me money". He even implied he did not work for any company. He spent a full 4 and half minutes trying to talk over me AFTER I made it clear I was never going to do business with a company that uses dirty marketing tactics.Whether the company did the spam marketing, or they are paying a provider that using spam marketing, they are responsible for their marketing.I want the spam calls to stop.

      A representative from Momentum Solar came to my home by the name of *****, we connected on the level of both being educators and she sensed my hesitation about signing up for Solar Panels, this was back in Oc/Nov 2022. She called her supervisor ****** who on the call said that if I decided to go with Momentum once the panels were up and running they would (company) will send me a check for $1,500 to help with bills or whatever I needed. ****** jokingly said don't use it on bills...***** wrote this information down into my account and I moved forward with signing with momentum. A few weeks later **** came to my home and spoke about redoing the portion of my roof that would hold the panels and I agreed and they redid the front part of my roof. Once my roof was done they came to put the panels up and ***** was no longer assigned to my case ****** was. ****** ignored my messages when I inquired about the next steps of my project until I finally called him which he didn't seem to know much and when he would said he would find out would never call me back. The panels eventually started working when I inquired about the money that I was promised ****** quickly said "we don't do that, did I download the app to refer people" I reminded him about the conversation, I even called ***** who confirmed that she wrote it down and that's what he said. ****** claimed it wasn't in my notes, so I asked to speak to a representative above him and ****** ignored me and I haven't heard from him since. I was lied to by this company in order to sign up with a promise of a check back to assist me. My initial rep ******* *** both remember this taking place and no one has since helped me. ****** lied and refused to respond. Highly disappointed in how all this played out.

      Had them come to my house to see what the solor is about. Then they sent an engineer out to check my roof he said it was good to go, the guy screwed up my ac had to have it repaired that day for $125 wich I payed and have the receipt. Then I called momentum solor and told them I do not want them to go no further with the project. They called for a month straight AND I TOLD ALL OF THEM I DO NOT WANT YOUR SOLOR.That was not a problem. This was about 3 months ago. I am now refinancing my house AND THEY PUT A NO COMMSCMET ORDER ON THE ****** I have sent them the paperwork to remove it and momentum has confirmed they have it. I NEED MOMENTUM TO SIGHN OFF ON IT TODAY SO I CAN CLOSE ON MY HOUSE TOMORROW. That is all I am asking for from momentum. Need momentum to sijhn off on it by 5pm today.
