      I came in to contact with Momentum solar in 2023. I am a disabled veteran who had a wife at the time that was extremely sick. The sales *** told me I didn't qualify for financing. He explained to me that I could pay $154 a month and after 5 years I had the choice to purchase the solar panels at a discounted rate. Knowing I did not qualify for financing or loan, I agreed to pay the $154 a month. I did not sign a contract. Furthermore i never Electronically initialed. The sales *** never sat down with me and explained anything to me . The only "copy" Of this supposed contract I signed was given to me via email less than 10 days ago. These solar panels have yet to be connected to the energy company.My biggest issue is that in my emails I have about 10 emails asking me to read the contract and sign...I am not tech savvy and never saw them. The sales *** was fired . All I would like to do is have in writing and signed by Momentum solar that they will come pick up these solar panels. The contract is null and void as I never signed. I am in the process of selling My home. At a significant loss... only evil people would lie and sign a disabled veteran up for the next 25 years and knowing his wife is so sick. I want absolute proof that both parties signed this supposed contact ( power purchase agreement) If not, Momentum solar should understand that I have many veterans non profit.organizations looking in to my situation and every news station in ******. Keep in mind I have never paid $1 to this company.. but have been told they will put a lien on my home...

      Momentum Solar has been in contact with the homeowner. After researching the homeowner's concerns, it was found that the homeowner did qualify for a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Momentum Solar **************** It was explained to ************** that upon the completion of the sale, our team conducted a validation call with ************** to explain the terms of the agreement and to confirm that the homeowner understood the terms of the agreement. On the call, he acknowledged that he understood the agreement and stated that he did not have any questions at that time. On the call,he was also advised that there was a three-day right to rescind period in which to cancel the contract if he changed his mind during that time, and he stated that he understood. ************** has been advised that if he is interested in selling the home, we will be able to complete a transfer of ownership with the new homeowner.

      We purchased solar panels in 2019 and were told by the salesperson that we were entitled to a one-time free removal and installation if we needed to do anything with our roof. We were concerned about our old roof, but the company's inspector assured us that it was okay for now and that in 5 years, we could replace it with no issues with their company by honoring the one-time free removal. Now, I need to replace my roof to lower my insurance costs, but Momentum Solar refuses to honor the one-time free removal because I need to supply them with a coupon that I thought I signed along with my contract. My contract was signed electronically and no physical papers were given to me. I have been trying to reach out to them since May in hopes that they can honor their commitment, but they refuse unless I provide them with a "coupon". They have sent 2 quotes, which I can't pay, and ultimately, I want their company to honor the free removal that was promised to me as a customer.
      This issue is a high priority for me because my roofing company needs to start its job, and I can't due to this issue. I hope they can honor their commitment so that I can keep my warranties and continue to enjoy my solar panels.

Despite a lengthy period of waiting, the company has now agreed to provide a one-time removal service free of charge, for which I am deeply thankful. I would like to extend my gratitude to BBB,  the solar company and their mediators who offered their assistance throughout this process.

      So the *** *********************************** came to my door and managed to hype up the solar panels and made them sound so great, saying it could cover up to 90% of the cost of my electric bill. Well the first issue I have is after having the panels barely over a year now. The most I have saved on my electricity bill is less than $10 when I have a bill that totals over $600. When I review the bill month over month I am credited <$10 he also said how I can either get my tax incentive or to fill out a paper allowing them to take the tax incentive so it would keep my monthly payment at $190. Instead I get an email in June saying if I don't pay them $14k by July then my monthly payment will go up to $270 I told them I was told they would handle my tax incentive, and they said no it's on me. So I amended my tax return to submit the panel info. And they gave me $7k for the panels. Half of what they are asking. I also spoke about the possibility of selling the house and when ********* sold them to me he explained they can be transferred no issue to the homebuyer. When I spoke to them on the phone in June they said it cannot be transferred unless I pay the $14k to them. And even then it us up to the homebuyer to take them over. Otherwise I will still remain responsible for the full loan. These panels have been the biggest waste of money I have ever purchased in my life and I was so mislead by the *** selling them. And when I have called them they just said he was wrong with what he told me and there is nothing they can do. But if I was told I would be now paying $270 a month to save $10 at most a month, why would I ever sign up for these? That doesn't even make sense or is logical at all. Also, now I have $14k I will lose if I ever want to move. There were so many attempts to contact the *** and he stopped responding to me, and I found he no longer works there. They have also "inspected our system" and say it is fully functional, and the electrical company said the same about their meter

      Momentum Solar has made multiple attempts to contact ************************ regarding his concerns, but our attempts have been unsuccessful, and we have not been able to reach the homeowner. The federal tax incentive is a government funded program and Momentum Solar can only advise the homeowner what they could be eligible for, but it is based upon tax appetite. Momentum resolved Mr. *********** solar system issues on August 8, 2024. Mr. *********** solar system is now reporting as normal. We would like to speak to ************************ regarding compensation for production loss, however, we have been unable to make contact. If the homeowner has any further issues or questions, he can contact our team at ************.

      Solar was one of 4 solar companies that I considered for solar panels in 8/2023. I let all candidates know I had changed my mind and was not going to proceed. Momentum continues to attempt to contact me via phone and texts even though I have explicitly told them to stop. They will call 3-4 times in rapid succession, very harassing. I blocked one number but have no idea what others they may use. I am 74 years old and based on a text where they "apologized" and said they were training a new *** I have come to believe they use me with their training. I've kept 8 of their many texts and can document several calls from them within minutes of each other. I consider this harassment and bullying.

      On April 21. 2020 Mr. ************************* Sold me a Solar system panels and batteries. He told me that when the system is complete and installed JEA would send me a check for $4,000.00 for having batteries installed with my solar system. As of today July 25, 2024 I have gotten no $4,000.00 from JEA or Momentum Solar. This is fraud. Telling me I would get money Back for installing a Solar system and batteries and get $4,000.00 check back form JEA.

      I had momentum solar install solar panels on my house back in 2021. On June 21, 2024 I called to report that 4 of the panels were not reporting. I called again on June 27, July 9, July 10, July 11, July 12, July 19 and again today July 22nd. As of right now they still have not gave me a date of when they will service the equipment

      I had solar installed in my home by Momentum Solar and ever since have had breakers flipping on a regular. Momentum only sent someone out when I opened a complaint with the BBB but once it closed they stopped trying to help with the issue even though Ive messaged and called every number stating the issue is still ongoing. They originally said the issue was my washer but then My fridge began to throw breakers and currently I have no power in my living room and kitchen with no emergency after hours number to call and none of the previous numbers trying to help! My home is new and had no issues before the solar was installed. They even suggested that they possibly pulled the wires and that maybe it is causing bad connections due to being torn by the staples holding them in place but has yet to fix or check if this is the problem. Instead they suggested putting the fridge back in the main box to see if it continues to flip the breaker which it is but they have yet to come back to figure out why or put the fridge back on the back up breaker. The back up breaker just has an open spot where a breaker is missing which is a fire hazard in itself not to mention how much of one it is to be flipping breakers every other day! It is awful to be afraid if your house is going to have an electrical fire, especially when it is only 3 years old! They installed a massive system and ran no extra or stronger wire to support the extra work it would be doing! They even promised the city inspector they would make sure this was resolved when I told the inspector what was happening, but they lied to get him to sign off on the work! They never fixed anything and instead of having a back up for power outages my family is currently sitting upstairs because none of the power works downstairs! I refuse to let them change this to resolved and keep their A+ score if my house is not fixed this time! We paid 58k to only deal with this massive headache and not even save as much as they claimed.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I confirmed this appointment and the day before momentum called me to cancel because they over booked for the day. They rescheduled me for 8/7/24 and was a no show after I took the day off to sit at home with the 8 hr window they require you to be available! When I called they rescheduled me for the next day, 8/8/24 only to show up late and only look at the battery and to move the breaker to the fridge back to the back up breaker box. When I stated they were supposed to be looking at why the breakers were flipping and if the wires were stripped upstairs like the other electrician believed could be the case the *** told me he would need to speak to his supervisor because he didnt know anything about checking in on that issue, which is what this complaint is all about! I called back only to be told they will let the service manager know the issue was not looked at or resolved and would call me to reschedule yet again!

      Momentum Solar doesn't care about the ******* requests . One of my panel doesn't work from 6 months . I made repeated requests from last 3 months. They abundant a ******* schedule and they don't have the minimum curtsey to let us know. Even after repeated calls the case is registered with ******* team and None of them responds .Absolutely 0 work ethics and doesn't value customer time. No time frame / No clue on the ******* side . Spoke to August ******* manager and he has no clue why the schedule was abundant and no idea how to reschedule and no control over the division.

      Momentum Solar has been in contact with the homeowner. Requests for service are triaged and responded to by the nature of service work required. When technicians arrive to a scheduled appointment, another appointment may be required depending on what is found to be the issue. Due to the delay this customer experienced and our mutual desire for resolution of the issues, the Master Electrician will be on-site at the customers home on Friday 7/26 to investigate the origination of the issue with the goal of functional restoration, and troubleshooting will determine next steps for the equipment. The arrival time for this appointment will be based on completion of a scheduled event with the city of ***************** and permitting department, but no later than an 11:00am arrival. Our Master Electrician will contact the homeowner if he is delayed, or his arrival is earlier than predicted.

      Constant daily calls from a company I have never reached out to. As soon as I block one number, such as ************ they call an hour or 2 later from another # such as ************, or *****************-471-4547, etc all say Momentum Solar. I have done no business with them, asked twice for them to stop calling. They have called 11 times in the last 24 hours
