      In the month of March I decided that I wanted to pay less for energy so I reached out to Momentum Solar, referred to me by a family friend. They ensured that the did not pay anything out of pocket and the transition was smooth. The representative, ****** showed up to my home and made the presentation. During her presentation she stated that there would be a tax credit, we would be expected to pay approximately $103 for services. The first part of the process she stated would be for someone to come in and assess the roof. I agreed to proceed. The assessment was done for my roof and I was informed that there was damage to my roof. I asked what the cost would be. I was told by the representative, a gentleman, that there would be no charge, He stated that the only thing would happen is that the payments would be about $230. He said nothing about a loan amount or inquired if I needed a loan. I read the paperwork that I signed at no point did I see a loan application. I was also not given the choice to fix the roof myself and then get solar. Around April I decided to conduct business with my home and I was informed about a $46,000 loan in my name. I had to do some investigation. At the end of the investigation I learned that 5th ***************** was the bank that issued the loan and that the solar company was responsible. I did not sign for a loan so I asked for the paperwork that I signed. I was told that it was an e-sign. There is a signature that is not mine. I was told that there were two payments made by Momentum Solar on my behalf. The application clearly states Dividend loan and this was not presented to me. The Solar company said that the loan is mine and they cannot help me because they have their money so I have to deal with the bank. The bank states that I applied for the loan but they did not get permission from me to take out a loan. I was not verified for a loan. This was fraudulent by the solar company and fraudulent but the bank.

      Momentum Solar has been in contact with this customer. At time of sale, the customer originally signed for a solar lease with IGS. Pursuant to standard protocol, Momentum Solar conducted an engineering visit and determined that the customer needed a new roof. At that point, the customer agreed to purchase a new roof from Momentum Solar and also decided to buy the solar system instead of leasing it. Accordingly, the customer signed a contract for the roof and a new contract to buy the solar system and combine the cost of the solar and the roof into one loan.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      In response to the allegations that I purchase Solar and a roof.  This is false.  According to the representative of Momentum Solar, ****** ****, who  said to me on9/12/24 that my partner was the one who so called signed the loan.  How can my partner sign for a loan in my name, ****** ****?  He is not the person the loan was taken out on.  Also, my partner was just as shocked as I was that there was a $46, 000 loan that exists.  I was never told about this loan.  If I was, I would have declined and fixed my roof on my own.  Momentum representatives did not tell me about a loan.  I was aware of a lease but they decided that the lease would turn into a loan without my permission.  I have not seen a loan document until it was sent to me by my request.  A document with a loan amount was never sent or discussed with my partner.
      Again, I was not notified or given a choice for this loan.  Momentum Solar decided that they needed to give me a loan that I was not priv to.

      There is some confusion on the customers end about the timeline of events concerning this transaction.  While initially, the customer signed for a solar lease with IGS, the customer subsequently decided to purchase the system.  That change came about as a result of Momentum Solars engineering visit during which it was determined that the customer needed a new roof. The customer agreed to purchase a new roof from Momentum Solar and combine that with purchasing the solar system instead of leasing it. That combined cost of solar and roof was contained in one loan, which was provided to her by a third-party financier.  That third-third party financier sent separate loan documents, which the customer executed.

      My complaint is because when they came to install my service they told me that my vile light company was going to make a vile low, it turns out that I am paying between $400 and $500 monthly for electricity, the solar panel service went out and they didn't even come by chance to check what was happening. I call them and they never have an option to give the client, that is a fraud, those solar panels, that company is a fraud, they don't fulfill anything they say.

      Momentum Solar has been in contact with the homeowner. After researching Ms. ******* concerns, it was found that Momentum Solar designed the solar system from the square footage of the home.The homeowner is using more electricity than what could have been anticipated at the time of sale. The homeowner's system is working as expected. It was explained to the homeowner that they could benefit from an energy audit with the utility company to receive information on how to preserve electricity.

      I have asked momentum, solar, numerous times to stop calling me and to take my name off whatever list they have. They keep bombarding me every day, but 5 to 6 phone calls.

      I would like my phone number removed off of Momentum's Call list. I am on the Do Not Call Registry. This company is continuously calling me. I block the number, and they call back with another one. I have repeatedly told this company in the past I am NOT interested. I pick up the phone to say I am not interested I hear a dial tone. Today they called from - **************, **************. I got a break on the 27th as I managed to block some numbers successfully. On 08/26 calls from **************, **************, **************. 8/25 calls from **************, **************, **************. AND ON, and ON - you get the idea. This is abnormal behavior. I want my name off your list. I am not interested in your product, I would never buy anything from a company that is essentially harassing people by repeat calling. Stop calling me. I will report you to the **** and the Attorney General of NY. My phone records are meticulous.

      This company calls me 5 to 10 times a day. I have blocked them at least 5 different numbers but the continue to call

      Momentum solar visited my house at 7:30pm on a Thursday night. They asked when my husband would be home and if I was interested in Solar and if I would like to set up a meeting at my house the following day for ******************************************** Solar if it saves money. We set up the appointment and they mentioned if I would like the cancel, just call them 30 minutes prior to the appointment time. I called them 90 minutes before my appointment to cancel this after deciding I did not want to pursue this right now. The sales person can across as demeaning and kept asking when we would be home and what our schedule was. He would not cancel my appointment and instead rescheduled for a later date the following week. The call dropped and no confirmation was made that this appointment would occur. The day before this rescheduled appointment, momentum has called several times to confirm the appointment that I did not agree to. My concern with calling them back to cancel this is that they will try to reschedule for a later date, repeating the problematic cycle. I do not appreciate anyone asking about my personal schedule and coming to our door unannounced or without prior consent as this is a safety risk for my family and home. Momentum should correct their business practices.

      I moved into my home earlier this year. Had no electrical issues until after the solar system was installed. Immediately after the installation, the breaker for my refrigerator has started tripping off every day. I called their support and submitted a ticket. It has been over a month and still no one has come out to even assess what's going on or how to resolve it.I've started calling every day to get an update, and so far has just been the same response. "We've sent the information to our Service team again". I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service provided.

      Momentum Solar has been in contact with the homeowner. Momentum Solar's service manager went to the homeowner's property on August 27, 2024 to assess the homeowner's breaker box for the refrigerator concern. The homeowner agreed with the results from this assessment that this is a builder's issue, and this is not at fault of Momentum Solar. The homeowner has been advised to contact his builder to have this resolved.

      4 years ago, Momentum Solar knocked on my door. I agreed to install because they offered 36 panels. They told me and put in my contract that I would be covered 101% of the previous 24 months ****** bills. They told me I would never have a bill over more than $20 with ******. I have paid ****** every year.$893 year 1 (3 months)$2600+ year 2 $3300+ year 3 $1700+ year 4 I now am currently in month 2 or 12 and owe $698 so far.I have paid the same or more having solar, there's been no savings as they promised.I have tried contacting Momentum solar several times over the years by phone and email with no replies. I was once able to talk to someone, she advised me to email copies of my bills for the company to look over. I never heard anything back from them. I have ask them for a copy of my contract and they will not send to me.

      Momentum Solar has been in contact with the homeowner. Upon reviewing the homeowner's utility bills and conducting a billing analysis, it was determined that the solar system is producing within normal range. It was explained to ******************** that their utility company doesn't credit 1:1, which means that the homeowner is not being credited back fully for the overages that are sent to the utility company. ******************** was advised that due to the payment arrangement he has with the utility company, it is impacting the utility bill due to having to pay the past due balance as well as the current charges. It was also explained to ******************** that since they have gone solar in 2019, their utility company has raised its rates substantially.

      In Aug 2018, I was discussing solar panel installation with the Momentum Solar salesperson that came to my house. I told her I was not interested in the installation at this time since my roof was 13 years old so I would rather wait until I replace my roof in the future. She told me that Momentum Solar would do a onetime change out to replace my roof. All I would have to do is call Momentum Solar customer service and they will do this for me one time. Now, 6 years later after installation, I made my call to Momentum to get this onetime change out to do my roof and was told I needed a coupon. There was no coupon given or discussed. Momentum now sends me a quote for $12, 900 to take the panels off, store them at my home and put them back on after the roof is complete, which was promised at no charge at the time of sale. (They have now offered a "discount" at $10,000) The mounting doesn't even need to come off as I am doing a sealer of the roof so this would be a job that maybe would take a small crew a couple hours (I know this because they had to fix some parts on missing brackets that caused a leak so they took off 1/3 of the panels in about an hour for the whole job of removing and correcting the mounts). Without a new roof, I cannot get insurance and then the problem not having coverage with a mortgage. I don't know how they can sleep at night of stay in business making upkept promises. If they don't make this right, I will do everything I can so everyone knows not to use this company.

      My Roof has been leaking for over 9months now 3 months ago some roofing company came and tried to fix the problem but the leak still there Im getting a lot of water in to my House and as a result I have a lot of damage inside my house. My roof was fairly new wen they installed the panels I called last week I got 1 phone call and yet as of today nothing yet
