      DO NOT USE ProctorU at home testing!!!! I spent 3 hours trying to take my PRAXIS exam at home - I downloaded all of the required applications, I did all of the pre-checks, I had a private WIFI connection with great signal, and I spent 3 HOURS being transferred from technician to technician because of technical difficulties with the program. That is 3 hours & $160 I will NEVER get back. I am so disappointed and angry that I invested the time and money into something that should have been simple and easy.

      I only gave one star because it would not let me submit with zero. I have failed the ************* *** 5047 by 1 and 3 points. I found the conversion scale and converted my scores and they do not match what is on my score report. I also called to see if I can get more information as to why my score was so low on the constructed response. I was told that information cannot be released. How are we supposed to fix it? The customer ********************** representative was extremely rude, could not speak clear English and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, hung up on me. It also baffles me that we are using a company that is not BBB accredited to determine a teacher's credibility.

      I couldn't take my test in home because my computer does not have good enough conductivity to take online. They dont tell you that, and at the time of the test they deny you and still charge you. I rescheduled at my own expense and This time there were some ID issue. Again I was denied the test and a refund. Ive paid for three tests only gotten to take it once. If anyone wants to start a class action lawsuit, please let me know how to join it.

      The problem with giving any company a monopoly is they then know they no longer need to provide good service. And based on the score I see here, this is not just me having issues. I couldn't get logged in on a Saturday, and was told I had to call back on Monday. Mind you, this is after already waiting a month to take the test. Not a very user friendly system. If I could go elsewhere I certainly would. They already have my money and also refuse to refund. Terrible company with bad service. if you can, avoid at all costs.

      Unprofessional customer ********************. They refused to help me solve my technical issues. I paid $130 to take a Praxis exam online in the morning waiting 3hrs for them to tell me, they couldn't solve my issues. Also, the ******* was treating me like a criminal and the woman in customer ********************** was disrespectful talking loud over the customer while explaining the issues. I requested to take Praxis exam at their selected testing center. This company refused to accommodate me and kept my money without serving me properly.

      I echo many of the complaints found on these reviews. I was forced to pay for my scores to be resent twice. The first time they claimed I did not request it be sent to my school, although it is listed on my receipt. The second time I had to request it be sent with my social security number. At this point, I am quiet uncomfortable with a company this inept having access to my social. The customer ********************** is horrible! The representatives are very difficult to understand, they are condescending and the background noise makes hearing and understanding more difficult. I am leaving this review in hopes our education systems recognize a massive flaw in the process and find a better way to get educators in the seats.

      This company has caused such a financial burden I have taken this test six times missing it by one point, how can you miss it by one point several times and the company will give no explanation. This company takes peoples money and who knows who they hire to grade the written responses. Its a money scam and messing with peoples life and jobs. No wonder there are no teachers.

      My at-home test did not work. I waited on hold for 2.5 hours only to be told I had to email my grievance with the company and see where it went from there. I had to exchange 4 emails (each with a 5-10 business day requirement to hear back). They kept asking for the same basic information and transferring me to different departments. In the day that their testing calendar flipped, they emailed me a voucher to take the test again. However, I cant take the test now for two months after my next school year begins. I now dont know if I can keep my teaching position.
