      Unprofessional customer ********************. They refused to help me solve my technical issues. I paid $130 to take a Praxis exam online in the morning waiting 3hrs for them to tell me, they couldn't solve my issues. Also, the ******* was treating me like a criminal and the woman in customer ********************** was disrespectful talking loud over the customer while explaining the issues. I requested to take Praxis exam at their selected testing center. This company refused to accommodate me and kept my money without serving me properly.

      I echo many of the complaints found on these reviews. I was forced to pay for my scores to be resent twice. The first time they claimed I did not request it be sent to my school, although it is listed on my receipt. The second time I had to request it be sent with my social security number. At this point, I am quiet uncomfortable with a company this inept having access to my social. The customer ********************** is horrible! The representatives are very difficult to understand, they are condescending and the background noise makes hearing and understanding more difficult. I am leaving this review in hopes our education systems recognize a massive flaw in the process and find a better way to get educators in the seats.

      This company has caused such a financial burden I have taken this test six times missing it by one point, how can you miss it by one point several times and the company will give no explanation. This company takes peoples money and who knows who they hire to grade the written responses. Its a money scam and messing with peoples life and jobs. No wonder there are no teachers.

      I couldn't take my test in home because my computer does not have access for remote from other software, I made a request to reschedule the test and they said that my computer has high CPU and it was my responsibility to make sure that everything worked fine and I did that one day before and everything ran fine I'MNOT A COMPUTER TECHNICIAN HOW I WAS SUPPOSEDTO KNOW THAT???. They are stealing money

      ETS is the BIGGEST MONEY GRAB SCAM I have ever seen in my life. Educators already have to jump through hoops and pay ridiculous fees to get certified and to keep up with their certifications, and it is such a shame that this company has so much power in the certification process, because they are HORRENDOUS. I had a free score recipient selected for my test, but I did not have my *** on my account (saw no where that indicated it was required), and they sent the scores. Well, because I didnt have the *** attached the recipient could not credit the scores to my account. I updated my account to include my *** and now ETS is making me pay $50 to get a new score recipient when you initially get three free anyway, and I only chose one. How much does it really cost them to send my scores somewhere? Their customer ********************** is condescending and almost impossible to understand, and this company should be ashamed of how they are treating the people who keep them in business. ETS is just another perfect example of the mistreatment of educators. I have had one decent experience with them, and the rest of the time (including during my praxis with a power hungry ******* who would not leave me alone about things as stupid as leaning on the desk while I worked out a math problem) my interactions with them have been abysmal. Something seriously needs to change.

      I would not even give them 1 star! I had a horrible experience when trying to take a certification test through Praxis. I was having issues with logging onto my test. I contacted the ******* service and the person I spoke to was unprofessional and very rude. I was struggling to understand him due to his poor English and he was also struggling to understand me. He then said I do not have time to help you any longer and hung up. I then called the customer ********************** line for ********************** and was told I had to wait 24 hours. I called back 24 hours later and was told to send an email. Both these times I waited on hold forever. I then sent the email and the response I received was that the ******* service reported that I did not show up for the test. I am now out $176.00.

      Terrible system. When you call customer ********************** be prepared to be on the phone for a LONG time and to talk to people that don't understand English.

      As a newly graduated student-teacher, it is required that I take and pass the Praxis Exam to qualify for my educators license in my state. I signed up for an in-person exam through ETS, which I understand is the only provider of the Praxis. I scheduled my testing date and location, and was required to upload artifacts to use for my written essay questions. This had to be done at least 3 business days prior to my testing date, not including my testing date itself. I ended up moving my testing date to a time later in the month because I wanted more time to study. At this point I had spent almost $200 on this test. I went to upload my artifacts 3 weeks prior to my testing date, but discovered that there was no link or button for me to do so through. I promptly emailed customer **********************, and received instructions on how to upload 3 days later. It was then that I discovered I was missing the linka technical issueand reached back out to customer **********************. I received no answer at all. I now only had 2 weeks prior to my testing date, so I called customer **********************. The rep was kind and polite, but only gave me an email address to reach out to about my issue. I again received no answer. I now only had 4 business days til my test date, and as I stated earlier, I had to upload these artifacts at least 3 business days prior. I had also researched the refund policy, and it was the same: cancellations at least 3 business days prior to your date are entitled to a 50% refund of testing fees, but this had to be done using the missing link. I called again for help, and was told there had been no progress on my tech issue, so I requested a refund. The rep tried to tell me I was no entitled to a refund due to the timing, but I corrected him, and he complied. I did receive a full refund, but this was a massive waste of time spent studying, reaching out for unproductive help, only for me to cancel my test in the end. Its already hard enough to get a license w/o ******************** making it worse.

      I took the praxis test online, and have not received my official scores yet. Even though I received an email which reported information that my score is under investigation, and I asked about it through phone call. Now they told me that they dont know and have no information. Poor customer **********************. This is freaking ridiculous! I took the test about 10 times all together and because I finally passed with money wasted on tutoring. I finally passed and they cant take anymore money from me they want to investigate. Now, I have to wait 1-2 weeks for my scores and cant report it to my school if I passed so I can finally start my Clinicals.
