      I purchased gutter system on 5/24/2025. The installation was done the following day for a total of $15,008.67. They initially provided me with a contact number of 901-479!2303 and ************. The address they provided is ************************************* ************************. The gutters were installed well in the beginning minus a small drip on one dege that I simply asked if that was missing up my or was it OK. The tech that came to my house climbed a ladder for a few minutes twisted things and messed up the entire from above my carport that has been made worse each time someone comes to my house to the point I'd rather the whole thing be taken off my house now. I have been forced to call the 800 number online to get in touch with them as there is never a response locally, and when they schedule appointments they don't tell me. Back in July a few guys came to do repairs and significantly destroyed the system. I'm better off with no gutters at this point. I've ask to have it either replaced on the front or removed. It's crazy that the initial install was well and the rest of the house is done good but this section is not working at all.

      We have made 3 appts. for small adjustments to our newly installed gutters (in April) and no one has showed up for any appointments. Waited 3 times, no phone call, no showing up. Getting tired of the run around.

      Leafguard gutters were installed on my house in July 2020. The gutters are pulling away from the house and in some places are not screwed on to the house at all. I've been contacting the company since June 2025 trying to have these gutters repaired or hung properly. I've called repeatedly, have spoken to people (a production manager and a general manager) who have subsequently stopped responding to my calls, texts and emails. I've sent a letter via email to both of these individuals with dates, details and photos showing screws for the gutters that are not attached to the house at all. They claim to have scheduled inspections that I was not informed of in advance, was not present for and did not include viewing the back side of the house because my fence gates are locked. They then provided an estimate that was nearly as much as the original installation cost to make repairs that are not needed (install a drip edge when the house has one), are the result of the poor installation of the gutters (replace fascia boards when fascia boards were replaced at the time of installation) and are their company's responsibility (rehang the gutters properly).

      Local production team spoke to mrs ******* on 8/1 and serviced the system on 8/5. Service crew found and documented severe damage to the system caused by the roofers. The production manager is working with the homeowner to document the nature of the damage and get funds from the roofing company to replace the system as that is the cause of the malfunction. Customer stated she thought she'd already told BBB that it was taken care of and she is now working on holding the roofers accountable.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Once again, the gutters were separating from the house and not attached to the house in some places prior to the roofing company installing my new roof.  While I did speak to the gutter company about the damages they reported as being from the roofing company I also expect them to take ownership of the gutters not being installed correctly in the first place. The condition existed prior to the roof installation therefore the Leafguard response remains unacceptable.

      On July 26, 2025 Chance ******** came and showed me the rain gutter system and was here for three and a half hours. I decided to go with the system and signed and needed to put down one third of the cost, which was $2,000.00. I had three days from the 26th to decline. On July 28, 2025 I called Chance that morning between 8:30 to 9:30 in the morning and told him that I wanted to cancel the rain gutters and also that his vehicle spilled oil on my driveway. He told me that it wasn't his and that another vehicle did it. No one has been to my house since he showed up. He again denied it and hung up on me. I called to Leaf Guard on the 28th at 10:10 am and spoke with Alias and told her I was cancelling and she said someone would call within 24 hours. I called again on the 28th and spoke with ******* at 4:30 pm and told her I was cancelling and she told me someone will call with in 24 hours. It is now July 31, 2025 and well over seventy-two hours later and no one from ********** has contacted me. On July ******* I called my credit card company and they processed the $2,000.00 on my credit card. I contacted my credit card company dispute department and disputing the $2,000.00 charge. I want my money refunded and also when I called as I made the appointment when I saw the ad for Leaf Guard they said for doing a estimate, usually you got a $50.00 gift card to ******* Restaurant, but were giving you a $100.00 instead. I saw the ad on Channel 7 **************. I want my $2,000.00 and $100.00 ******* gift card that was promised. I'm very disappointed in Leaf Guard that they haven't corrected this. Also when I spoke with the two ladies at Leaf Guard I want my driveway cleaned from Chance's vehicle.

      On July 1, I had leaf guard install new gutters on my house. Approximately two weeks ago we had a heavy rain and the gutters are leaking on my front porch. Ive called leafguard several times they say someone is coming, but they never show now theyre not returning calls. I need somebody to help me get the problem fixed.

      My house suffered storm damage and my leafguard gutters were damaged . Leafguard sent a crew out to take measurements, and I have not heard back from anybody from this company as far as cost which I need to submit to my insurance company . I called no less than 6 times and their central answering service tells me their sending my local office an urgent message to send over the cost . A ***** ***** was supposedly working on a bid or dollar cost but its been at least 2 maybe 3 weeks and I have not gotten anywhere . In any case I need a crew to come over and remove the gutters so I can have my new roof put on to keep active my Leafguard warranty . Please assist me with this company .

It took me no less than a half dozen calls to get a response from **** guard . The general manager was very unresponsive and never contacted me .  They finally sent an amount to my insurance adjuster with this GM handing ut over.  For what they charge for these gutters their service is far from satisfactory.

      i called about an issue with the gutters that were installed on September 2024 and was told by a **** ******* in the ** office to email him pictures and description of the issue. it is now a week later and still no response. i have called several times and the call goes to voicemail which is full. i have called customer service to have him call me and he has not called. i would like an answer, please.

      I had leafguard gutters installed on my mother's house in November of 2024. *******, my representative, did not disclose a few things to me. After they were installed my project manager ***** started out really polite when pieces started falling off. They need to put extensions on 4 gutters and showed up with ugly black hose for extensions. I have asked them from the beginning to please not just show up at my home and they just show up every time. I have my reasons- very personal. There's more but I have 2 eye diseases and it's hard to text. No one will give me a phone number to talk to someone with authority. I lost both my brothers and my mama back to back. I'm trying to fix the house up out of respect for my parents. I thought leafguard was supposed to be the best. I just need them to do their job!!

      Business told me lifetime guarantee. After the first six months plastic shims that are necessary for the function of the Gutters, started falling out. didnt know what they were. After about a year, I called and explained that the shims were falling out. They refused to come out to fix it, or even look at it. They now want me to pay $300 for them to come out and look at it. In just three years, these gutters have not only destroyed my deck around my house, but causing the foundation of my house to be washed out. These guys are unprofessional, and an American. They do not take pride in their work. They do not take pride in their product. They not take pride in themselves.

      I had LeafGuard gutters installed on 4/30/2025. I now have overflow at the front of my house that is so bad I have plastic bins to catch the water. LeafGuard came out and replaced 2 short sections with an open grate. I was told this would fix the problem but the next day found it did not help. I have since noticed I have the same problem at the back of the house. LeafGuard has not responded to the emails I have sent which included videos of the ongoing problems. I no longer try to call because it is always an answering service and no one calls back.

      Leafguard came out and replaced another section of the gutter guard with a perforated piece. This is the 5th section to be replaced this way. The other 4 did not fix the issue so I am very doubtful that a 5th will be the solution. I am waiting for the next heavy rain to see the results.
