We were told by the ** of ******** Leafguard that our refund check of ****** was on its way 3 weeks ago. As of August 30 2025 we have not received it. We have called him and left messages and he does not respond. All we want is the money that is owed to us.Sincerely, The ********Business Response

On July 12, 2025, *. ******* gave us an inspection for Leafguard. We agreed on the job and set the date for installation. One of the items that we talked about was the replacement of any rotten wood. I asked about the cost, and he said it was included in the price. The problem is that he left no phone numbers or point of contact for questions and concerns. I have tried to call Leafguard multiple times, the phone rings several times, and then disconnects. Nobody came out to inspect the work, and nobody has called to see if we have any questions or concerns. The gutters are up, and they're gone. We experienced a leak from the gutters during the first heavy rain.We paid $11,999. I feel they're only interested in making a sale, not satisfying customers.The installers were polite, courteous, and hard workers. They recommended that we ask for several items that I felt should be part of the finish...splashblocks, drain tile adaptors etc. Also, since we did not have any rot to our roof, I would like an adjustment to the price. I did feel like the price was high, but the product looked good. Lastly, we received a "promised" vacation (a promotional prize for buying) but have not heard anything more on that subject.Business Response

A service ticket (Ticket #*******) was already in place for this customer, whose original installation was completed in 2022.
The customer informed us that they would be out of town from September 8 through September 17. In response, we accommodated their schedule by moving the service date up to September 4. The service ticket has been updated accordingly to reflect this change.

I purchased gutter system on 5/24/2025. The installation was done the following day for a total of $15,008.67. They initially provided me with a contact number of 901-479!2303 and ************. The address they provided is ************************************* ************************. The gutters were installed well in the beginning minus a small drip on one dege that I simply asked if that was missing up my or was it OK. The tech that came to my house climbed a ladder for a few minutes twisted things and messed up the entire from above my carport that has been made worse each time someone comes to my house to the point I'd rather the whole thing be taken off my house now. I have been forced to call the 800 number online to get in touch with them as there is never a response locally, and when they schedule appointments they don't tell me. Back in July a few guys came to do repairs and significantly destroyed the system. I'm better off with no gutters at this point. I've ask to have it either replaced on the front or removed. It's crazy that the initial install was well and the rest of the house is done good but this section is not working at all.Business Response

On July 1, I had leaf guard install new gutters on my house. Approximately two weeks ago we had a heavy rain and the gutters are leaking on my front porch. Ive called leafguard several times they say someone is coming, but they never show now theyre not returning calls. I need somebody to help me get the problem fixed.Business Response

My house suffered storm damage and my leafguard gutters were damaged . Leafguard sent a crew out to take measurements, and I have not heard back from anybody from this company as far as cost which I need to submit to my insurance company . I called no less than 6 times and their central answering service tells me their sending my local office an urgent message to send over the cost . A ***** ***** was supposedly working on a bid or dollar cost but its been at least 2 maybe 3 weeks and I have not gotten anywhere . In any case I need a crew to come over and remove the gutters so I can have my new roof put on to keep active my Leafguard warranty . Please assist me with this company .Business Response

It took me no less than a half dozen calls to get a response from **** guard . The general manager was very unresponsive and never contacted me . They finally sent an amount to my insurance adjuster with this GM handing ut over. For what they charge for these gutters their service is far from satisfactory.

Business told me lifetime guarantee. After the first six months plastic shims that are necessary for the function of the Gutters, started falling out. didnt know what they were. After about a year, I called and explained that the shims were falling out. They refused to come out to fix it, or even look at it. They now want me to pay $300 for them to come out and look at it. In just three years, these gutters have not only destroyed my deck around my house, but causing the foundation of my house to be washed out. These guys are unprofessional, and an American. I had LeafGuard gutters installed on 4/30/2025. I now have overflow at the front of my house that is so bad I have plastic bins to catch the water. LeafGuard came out and replaced 2 short sections with an open grate. I was told this would fix the problem but the next day found it did not help. I have since noticed I have the same problem at the back of the house. LeafGuard has not responded to the emails I have sent which included videos of the ongoing problems. I no longer try to call because it is always an answering service and no one calls back.Business Response

Leafguard came out and replaced another section of the gutter guard with a perforated piece. This is the 5th section to be replaced this way. The other 4 did not fix the issue so I am very doubtful that a 5th will be the solution. I am waiting for the next heavy rain to see the results.

I had the gutters installed at the beginning of June, then had two trees fall on my house two weeks later. The sales person had told me that they would definitely cover any problem at all with the gutter system, and then I was told when I called to let them know about the damage that storm damages were not covered. I have tried to get them out whether or not I would have to pay for the repair and they will not call me back or come out. They have also told me that if I have different gutters installed that Ill have to place end cap on them so that leaves will not get into their system, but they also said theyd have to take a lookat everything and may have to come out and put on the end caps themselves. Its very frustrating that they will not call me back and I feel very strongly that its because I am a single woman, and they are taking advantage of me. They have put me into a situation where my roofer does not want to move forward until I can get more information about the guttersand where I cant comfortably have a repair made without risking the rest of the warranty such as it is.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:That is inaccurate.
Most of the time I have not received any response to my messages. Ive called both the main number and *** ***** *******, who is a manager, directly. I have not received any responses to my calls to the main number. The first time I spoke with him, *** ******* said he would come by one day after work and never came by or called to reschedule. I was also told by *** ******* that someone would come by on 7/8/2025 between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, but nobody showed up, so I called *** ******* again after 12:00 PM that day and was told he would have someone call me back within the hour. I received a call from someone whose name came across as ****** ****** at 5:38 PM which I missed and a second call at 5:42 PM at which time I spoke with *** ****** who said he had gotten stuck on the job before mine, which I question as 8:00 AM should have been the first job, then said hed been stuck in the thunderstorms going through the area, but there had not been any rain at my house all day at that time. *** ****** said it was usual for them to be rescheduled to the next day when they missed an appointment, but nobody has showed up or called again.
In addition to this terrible service, the saleswoman who had originally sold me the system did not give me time to read all the terms before signing (on her tablet) and had assured me that the guarantee on the gutters would include any damages to the system. I have no memory of seeing or hearing anything about storm damage not being covered by the warranty and the salesperson had emphasized repeatedly how the gutters would be fully covered as long as the house was standing. The trees (from my neighbors yard) fell on my house less than a full 2 weeks after the gutters were installed, and I was very distressed to discover that no repairs to the gutters would be covered.
I was informed that I could have open gutters placed on the damaged section but would have to place end caps on that section to keep from affecting the Leafguard system, but then the drainage would not be the same and the back of the house is where the trees the leaves are situated. This has been extremely frustrating,especially as I paid over $15,000 for this guaranteed for life system for my 2300 square foot house and now cant even get a call back or an appointment to resolve this problem.
Once again, their lack of response has also been a reason the roofer has given for not yet resolving the issues with my roof or chimney,so I need this resolved. Leafguards service is absolutely falling short of where it should be, and their business practices are very unimpressive.
